so everyone is making a you know everyone is is very excited obviously about the upcoming college football season you know the spring games is here and i believe it was usa today it could have been another publication but i know usa today had it and it came out with the best uh college football rosters in in the 2022 football season and number one was surprising number one was a tie between georgia and alabama in terms of best football roster number three came in obviously ohio state came in at number three and then what was surprising to me was texas came in at number four with the best rosters now texas has a tremendous wide receiver xavier worthy he he's very good they have queen euros a transfer um we'll see what what can what can texas do this year in the big 12 what can they build build on before obviously they head to the sec now oklahoma is you know been running you know oklahoma's been running the big 12. they're in a lot of transition right now texas can have a great season but if we're talking like best football rosters i don't see texas having a top four football roster in the country i just don't see it i i just don't see it you know if we incorporate the recruiting rings this year and the previous year and who they have coming back i just i don't see texas being number four number one georgia national champions you gotta give them that uh their national champs the champ is here uh 1980 i believe very great team they're losing a lot i know stetson bennett's coming back but can we can we say that they are a top four roster coming back i mean they're losing some pieces so i'm interested to see who steps up i know kirby recruits very well he's a tremendous recruiter um i don't think they're i wouldn't say they're number one number one to me would be alabama i can be unbiased i think that they have the best roster heading and heading into 2022 heading into the spring game i believe alabama has the best roster and but i do think that georgia is definitely going to win um their their division and have another chance at you know sec championship college football playoff st alabama now alabama they have to worry about texas a m now i i you know jimbo fisher can talk only once about the nil this the nil that they have a tremendous defense and they're gonna those guys are gonna come in right away some of them and and potentially start with now we've seen in sec we've seen guys freshmen come in be really talented and start i believe patrick's retain for alabama he was a freshman starting we know we've seen jayla's jalen hurt start you know so this isn't this isn't new that that freshman in sec could start and if i'm jimbo obviously with the portal stuff like that they probably paid a lot of money for these guys they should be they should be playing no doubt i'm pretty sure whoever's paying them their money wants those guys on the field they have some really they have some they have some great talent defensively they're they're going to be able to rotate at least on that defensive line they're going to rotate 7 or 8 in that's a tremendous defense right there a team to look out for and then obviously come on ohio state come on man ohio state has a tremendous roster a lot of guys coming back now they have to get healthy they have to get better on defense a lot of new defensive you know changes for you know coach day i'm interested to see but you know cj is back trevor henderson is back we've seen in the rose bowl the potential that the wide receiver group has ohio state's recruiting well alabama's recruiting well texas a m is recruiting at the top you know doesn't get no better than texas ain't no in the way that they they have recruited but just georgia number one we're tied with number one alabama and texas number four i don't see that but i do expect georgia to have a great season i accept i expect texas to be better than they were last year but i don't i don't see texas being in that college football playoff i just don't see it but i can definitely see um alabama i can definitely see a m i can see ohio state you know there's some other teams i can definitely see obviously uh michigan penn state there's some other teams look out for texas not so much but they planted big 12. so we'll see oklahoma state they gotta they lost a little bit on defense but very excited but i'm very surprised that texas is number four and georgia is tied for number one
