got to have your whoop to know where your Baseline is and to know how you're going to finish secondly got to have almost every single hyper ice product that exists to man if you're going to play if while we had a mini break any guys do band work on the first te when they get here you know by the first one you've ever seen not like that but I do I I see them on the ground a lot stretching you do yeah the the roll over are they actually do are they actually stretching or they just crying for help before they get started a little bit of both Lex are you okay doing a little skinned game the last 18 holes of our round today loser devil bags first hole of last nine okay I'm in what did you do during your break um I cold plunged showered stretched coffee and food I feel way better I think changing shoes and socks just feels like new new life I think I'm more of a fan of just like playing through it yeah versus having a break but it was really nice it was nice to shower change clothes refresh get a little coffee sit down for a couple of minutes yeah I think it's always encouraging to get through 6 holes and feel like I actually can go play another 18 without a doubt and then another nine I don't know about the other n maybe another nine after that noce a little closest to the pin action yeah sure should be fair away yeah that's fine maybe sneak up on the [Music] green got it it's the biggest tantrum you've ever had on a golf course you know surprisingly I was uh you know wasn't much of a hotthead never really got too angry at all just kidding I was I was absolutely a hotthead I I definitely had a temper problem I had just high expectations and I think that's been the best part of moving on from the professional games I play now and I hit a shot that I'm not happy with and I'm like all right whatever I'll go just hit it again oh be good oh be good oh wow great shot Memphis one year it's finishing on nine and hit it out of bounds off the te Easy t- Shot I just like got I was walking I just no just ripped my shirt and full Hulk Hulk Hogan yeah which is I don't know more impressive that I was able to rip it in half or embarrassing that I had to walk off the green with a ripped shirt so probably the [Music] ladder we've seen some alligators buzzards we haven't seen any Bobcats [Music] yet all the animals are communicating and they're starting to circle the wagons maybe not for quite for you but for me it's been a long day it is how you hanging in there it's good need to readjust my language I'm trying to act like it's not affected my legs 100% I strain of nine so I've definitely creeped up a good bit and I just checked the weather channel app it's 95 de and it feels like [Music] 100 little pre-shot routine right here [Music] here there it is this is by far my [Music] favorite body temp just cooled down a cool 72 it's way all right so we have have four more holes left of our last 18 hole round this one and it's uphill where's your strain we're at 17 17 I love it I am at 994 so we're creeping up there you're going to want to get this one on [Music] camera what a shot I can't believe that didn't spin back in the hole what a freaking app I can't make [Music] nothing what's the highest strain day you've ever had you think the highest strain day was I think playing 36 exercising going for a walk and playing basketball think I had to do a lot in that day to get to get a high strain I'd be a stretcher final hole of the last 18 we got a four skins carryover right right now currently in the lead mhm there's a lot riding on this hole a it long how we're going to do it is winner gets to pick which chain whether forward or back great uh well I got to carry your bag on this hole and mine cuz you decided to birdie 18 and win the match
