75% that free throw missing and they're getting to the line a lot in this quarter guys and it hasn't been by accident good on the second free throw 55 seconds left to play in the first half Booker three-point lead on the wing Johnson and Tatum pulls it down even with a big goose egg by his name on the shot chart the team is somehow managing just fine without him and with an update from the sidelines let's check in with David Aldridge Hey Kevin Houdini in that last game against Denver delivered quite a performance he had 27 points and that was his highest output of the season and his play is what allowed them to finally bust free snapping a losing streak like that is huge for a team's confidence Kevin it'll be interesting to see if he can help them get another W tonight thank you David you're right he was a Onan rcking crew in that one yeah he was not going to let them lose that game we'll see if he comes in with that same attitude tonight and I'll be interested to see if the opposition looks to double him because this should open up opportunities for his teammates to get going and this is what the schedule looks like coming up for the Phoenix Suns on Monday they'll face off against Donovan Mitchell and the Cleveland Cavaliers then on Thursday they'll be facing Drew holiday and the Boston Celtics and that game against Milwaukee they have that date circled they love to compete and they feel they can play very well against that group if they can execute he's off on the second Richard it's absolutely amazing what Durant can do on the floor on a consistent basis he's got the height and the size to play inside the skill to run the offense he's just a freak out there I tell you what he earned his money on that foul this is his first free throw of the game and so far this season shooting at a 75% clip from the [Applause] line he makes one of two that time Richard you know some guys just seem to improve Pro with age and now Horford is one of them yeah kind of like with him and it's in there and you want him taking big shots for you in big moments that one was as easy as it gets yeah it's clear why they go to him in these moments they know he's going to deliver for him so for the Suns B he's checked in for Eubanks aogi comes in for metu and it's Devin Booker in for Grayson Allen Tatum kicks to porzingis fires the three the three-pointer is Right On Target three-point shooting since the half has been about as good as you could ask me high post KD the three from Johnson that's good and a nice assist from Durant and he's been much more assertive here in this second half getting to his spots executing with ease round the pass to Houdini and the call on the shot sends him to the line yeah way to play in attack mode and get to the line let's take a moment here to get your guys take on scoring so far for the Celtics look they're getting good looks inside it's been a point of emphasis all night long but I love this hard-nosed attitude of this team and we also got to highlight how lackluster the opposition is been in terms of boxing out this team is flat out bullying them on the offensive glass that's good from Houdini both free throws good from Houdini Suns Trail by three we've played just over three and A2 minutes now in the fourth quarter and here's Johnson outside a rebound by the Celtics Horford's got six rebounds in in the game Houdini and he commits the intentional foul [Applause] to the number so the first one drops and that puts them up by [Applause] five and the second free throw no good a tough break there and Fenix has possession B times Booker wants to get it to KD and doeses and we have seen this from Durant before when the game is on the line he comes alive and they need to stop the clock so there's a foul that's right no other option but the foul and hope for some misses first free throw is good and that gives them a four-point cushion and a tough break as his second attempt at the line no good Phoenix calls timeout they Trail by four we've got 22 seconds left in the game what do you think guys try trying to stay alive they've got to work quickly yeah no time to waste they basically have to execute things first one and that narrows the lead down to just three that's also good so he hits both free throws and that makes it a one possession game guys got to be the biggest free throws of the game thus far and now they foul and stop the [Applause] clock good on the first and that makes it a three-point lead and they need a profitable trip here and luckily Brown looks to be in the zone [Applause] and he hits both free throws here so now it's a four-point ball game and he steps up and knocks them down making it a two-possession game pass to Durant fires the three the offensive rebound lets the three fly that shot Off the Mark and they stop the clock as soon as they can with the intentional foul third personal foul team is in the penalty shooting for Boston Jason Tatum two shots he drops the first one and that puts them up by five now multi- talented Swingman Tatum just continues to get better and better each year he's off on the free throw unable to get that second one to drop in hooker with a deep three misses the shot so we see Boston get the win here this was a hard fought well earned victory for him Greg they really had to work for this win that's a good point I mean weaker teams might
