Washington Nationals play me and Kim are about to do a shirt swap waiting for uh one of the Nationals players now and then take our seats and watch some ball please welcome to the field representing guy hey guys we are here at a baseball game and I actually have no clue about the rules but I think step can tell us a little bit so maybe you can explain know the basics strike three strikes you're grew up on it but you guys just you put Palms on everything we can if we want to we can put any condiment on any food I think I have yeah you do I think with the us we just have so many options yeah so many different Cuisines yeah and you can door Dash any time of night and stomach's open things stay open yeah that's the truth convenience [Music] food you know what to do yeah but we have a we have a Dell you love country music I do I do love country music I love a Dell too but I mean you know what for my music library I would go American cuz you have like mot toown so I like that as well yeah okay fine fine fine but Adele gets a special shout out for being thank you very much Americans are way better at using slang than I don't know I don't know both I think British people are funny but you guys use more slang I think and it's funny but I do think swearing slang is funnier in British accent yeah just has rolls up thep little more flavor flavor yeah I agree flavor there she is the slang yeah I'm going to go with your answer both are very good how did you do that so good I mean from watching like I've only ever really watched yeah I feel like we're both biased yeah there's not many American TV shows up I love Yellowstone can you imagine an American person watching this country no but funny very funny I haven't seen this country yeah I don't think you would find it funny but I do find it but I love uh Love Actually I don't know if that's a British film it is a British film but there's a lot of British people in there we have some good like I don't know Classics friends the office friends is yeah the office we also have a an office an English version yes it's a battle I think we're pretty set on them you can just I'm like [Music] this no doubt in my mind I would I would say you guys are more clever and a little more honest so yeah the width the width of an English person and the sarcasm it's a a very commonly known thing that Americans struggle with sarcasm yeah I'll give you that I think British people take the mick out of themsel which is funny that's a good quality to have yeah yeah we're not very serious yeah there are some funny Americans though I'm going to put that up there oh that's that's a no you know what that's really difficult because both countries watch sports differently like in the UK if you started getting cheerleaders out and disrupting the game people would Riot which I appreciate cuz everyone loves it but then as a spectator you would go I feel like you'd watch more Sports in the US because of the experience you know what I mean yeah you do it more to spend the time with the people that you're going with weet tailgate and stuff yeah whereas but the UK in terms of like for the sport then the UK in my mind no doubt for football yeah cuz you have American football you have basketball yeah well you would go to watch more yeah like my the Liberty game that I went to women's NBA I loved it like actually loved it and there was so much going on yeah playing at the Emirates and playing at wble was like cool so cool I'd say people are a lot nicer to each other in the stands and we just want to have a good time yeah had a lot of gold medals in the so next to I'm right now listen I can't say nothing I don't have one I would be wearing it now if I were you probably you know what I love about sport in America is that genuinely gives people like a past way in life whereas in England it's more of a community thing you know yeah it's a tie to finish is a tie come on with a nod to Emily's gold medal congratulations thanks for watching a small victory a marginal victory yeah well done thank you Cheers Cheers it's the Bri it's game day here in Washington DC we have to go watch Arsenal V Chelsea deut but right now it was a step in the right direction for us as a team and we're going to leave this place here in a stronger place than we think and I'm proud of that okay 2 [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] obviously not the result we wanted but um I think we had some good moments and one sort of sloppy goal to concede I think you know Chelsea are normally pretty good at capitalizing on opportunities and maybe we didn't capitalize as well as we normally would or should have but some positives in there as well yeah like we kept the ball quite well controll the game well in certain periods there are a lot of positive things we can take from the game yeah I haven't started a game for yeah almost 1 and a half years now so yeah enjoyed being out with the girls and yeah just played some minutes just enjoyed playing football again for us watching you come back has been really amazing like watching your fight through your rehab and how dedicated you were you can see that it's paid off now cuz now you're back on the field it's like you've not skipped a beat and you look so natural and just like happy to be back playing football and running around I kept the people around me Clos and I think it was so important for me as well to just be still close to you guys and you always gave me the feeling that I'm still part of the team which is really nice and not a given I think when you go through a rehab so yeah that was very nice to share this moment with it's been nice to be back with everyone and now we've got a big match around the corner with Champions League qualifiers that we have to be ready for so I think everyone's really motivated just to make sure we're on the same page and feeling as best that we can be the tour we had obviously we've been away for quite long I always think that's good to just build relationships um on the pitch but also off the pitch and I think we used that time we've been here quite well and yeah like you said I think everyone is ready just being able to go out to coffee with the girls again and just sit and chat and catch up um yeah it was a long offseason and long Olympics without seeing everyone so that's been nice it'll be nice to get home and then focus on that Champions League game we've got coming up being back with our fans as well back in England I think that's going to be yeah exciting weeks ahead of us that's the end of our preseason tour out here in Washington DC thanks for coming on the journey with us and we're going to see you in North London soon h
