that it once was. The interstate extension
is just pushing people past your place. You need a reason to pull them back in. - Your outlet center will do that, right? - It's a mutually beneficial
arrangement, ma'am. We buy half of your property, and in addition to an infusion
of much needed capital, you get 2000 cars a day, less than a mile from your front door. That is the game changer you need. I don't mean to be
