worried that Blake may pass you on some of the yeah no more touchdowns for Blake be Club no not at all at all excited for speaking of Kalel too I mean you said I think a few weeks ago that he's like a freshman or sophomore in running back uh years or whatever how have you seen him progress and what do you think his potential is no I think hello special you know he's a special back he's big he's fast everything's explosive he's got good Vision he's got good hands he can pass bro I mean he can do it all and uh he's just been growing week by week and uh you guys see it on the fields he's fun to watch and he runs hard nothing young Donovan's look you know great young man you know he's excited for everyone it's a success [Music] um obviously he's not the start he wanted but it's also I mean he's a guy that's just getting better and better every week you know watching him improve um obviously coming off those injuries last year he's getting back to where he needs to be and just really happy for him um with his attitude and obviously you have to keep a positive attitude and he's doing that and it's fun to see he's just a great team player yeah no good question um no I mean practice we roll right um guys get raps who try to give people reps in practice so everybody can get those opportunities with the same place um obviously short yards we have a short yardage period right and and that period it's Blake and Kalel getting those reps right because those are the short yardage backs so um and really as you get into the game it's just flowing how it feels it's really just a gut to be honest with you and Blake has a bunch of carries and I want to take you know short yardage off of him then you put cologne in the game and let go they'll get those Reds and same thing if it's a long drive you put Donovan in the game you know I mean if you Donovan always goes into third Drive of the game as a starter you know as a starter in the in the backfield um that's like the consistent thing that I do do with that and then besides that it's just game Flow is it a long drive the Donovan will get in early you know um so you just go with the flow if it's a long drive then you know you got to take Blake out but Donovan in get calella and do what we have to do so um don't really I really don't decide you know how many reps they're gonna get how many carries they're gonna get before the game it just depends how they're running who's running the best and those are the guys are going to get the carries
