he'll pull it on the read and he's able to shed one tackle and get what a good position it's second and inches I can do whatever I want next I can take a shot down the field I can run the football and get a new set of downs like nice first down execution brought down at the L one on that last one it's second and 11 easy he'll ride his man on the option he'll toss it tripped up for the tackle second and a lot of yards to go and they got caught off guard not enough guys in the Box to control that running back give to the big fullback and he's brought down at the dir work hand it to him let him plow ahead Palmer and get that first down are we in a Time Warp like what year is this is this 1995 we're handing off to fullbacks again that's a play that is basically extinct now in college football but I love it just blooded their nose on this drive all on the ground it's first and 10 the option look now the pitch and he finds Some solid space after that seven yd pickup on first down it's second and [Applause] three they'll run the option tackle is made after the all the way down at the 33 yd line it's first and 10 the give to the lone running back they'll rip off eight on that play be consistent make that defense physically make the challenge headed to the line at the 23 trying to convert this third and short oh it's on the ground life ball bounce ball and you stick the quarterback and you make him cough it up just to have the other team recover it again and you don't get it still a good stick still a good physical play keep hitting that quarterback they finally make he'll power it inside with the fullback and it's loose defense just cradling that fumble and securing it the offense grinds out a really good drive they have it going and then on the option he'll toss it and and that's a very productive but if you can pound it away and get these kind of gains they will just add up wear the defense down get first downs and ultimately get some point they get him on the ground but not okay those dudes have one of the worst jobs on the field always blocking every single Play Down in down out when you get those situations you can give him the ball give him a bone reward him for all of his hard it's ridiculous man I'm telling you that has to be exhausting for the defensive lineman trying to chase down guys guys like that it's silly because even when it's a design play it's a design run like here fine but then it's scramble plays and then it's passing plays he's always a runner just exhausting well the defense is on their heels right now they're going to have to find a way to stop this guy got stuffed on first down it's second and 10 Phil 29 Philly moving the running back trying to get the D to tip its hand pick up of five it'll be third down a line to go out really trying to establish their dominance and their assertiveness and they've done a good job of that early in this game running the football got enough for the First full back I know being one of them how about that guy there picking up the first that's a nice job don't don't make this hard don't make it overly complex we've seen the Big Fellas block all the time give him a bone reward on second down pre- snap motion quarterback trying to get read they ripped off seven on that guys they're whether they're throwing the football or running it at least they have the football in their hands every time you know where they're going to be you focus in the defense locked and loading understand what they were trying to accomplish doing a good job ball he knew it and was able to make the tackle in the back field running back goes in [Applause] motion they bring him down and he's going to lose a yard on that one goodness goodness gracious that's supposed to be a quick hitter get me a few short yards and there was nowhere to hit it they guess got hit in the back field and brought the big fella down quickly on Third and long he'll need to push it down field and he was drilled just and if the kicker can put one through this will be a successful drive it is true as he puts three on the board let's go to the studio now ready 42 [Applause] spider reading the option it's back to open this drive it's second and 12 we goes to the option oh and he can't hold the pitch and the ball's loose motion by the back forces the defense to adjust wrong way on the counter but they were not fool get them flowing one way and then maybe hit that outside on the other side right but they didn't even let it get outside they kept it right in the middle of the field did a great job seeing it going and getting it be and the pressure he wants to throw grabbed behind the line it's quick didn't make it any easier on themselves on first down now second along from the 2 he's looking to throw that pass is incomplete time he was trying to find his check down out of the back field but the hit forced the incompletion option look it's best they stop him after a short game coverages this offense has shown that they're willing to be aggressive they've got a lot of speed this defense cannot allow any big plays here in the second half gets it out fast he's close to the first down but they're going to Mark him just a little short we've got a timeout but they're going to go ahead and try the field goal and try to get points before the [Applause] break and the kicker delivers the three ball to finish off the drive they'll run the option really nice job to scrimmage on third [Applause] down on the option he'll will toss it runs through the tackle they'll finally Jesse it looks like they're going to start with the ground game and I love this David too regardless of whether they're losing or they're winning come out here and try to be the most physical unit here in the second half get this run game established that's just it's so hard to defend to the air it's best makes the catch and steps out of bounds but short of the they understood the down and distance they knew exactly what they needed to do to make the tackle to force the punt that is so well done give to the fullback tackled after picking up the first down ha no drama it be drama if you didn't go for it if you were that if you were that big of a scaredy cat and you didn't want to go for it on fourth down you to find some other game to play you know I [Applause] really got the first down and more to Pride they want to come out each and every game and really impose their will on the dline they got just enough push there on that one play to pick up the first nice just inside the Red Zone first and 10 from the 19 on the option he's knocked down in the back field he'll lose he'll ride his man on the option and he was able to get away from one tackle but plenty of and they're turning out positive yardage early great shot at a field goal from here you don't want to be Reckless and take it off the board but you got to go for the score quick toss and not much doing there Old Reliable he's already knock through a couple today it's good and with that field goal they now have motion trying to get the defense to show his hand the pitch and he's able to shed one tackle and pick up the option look and a decent gain there before this blocks the whole game give a bone every now and again well of course you like the fullbacks because you wish you had been a fullback some wanted to make you a fullback and you were great could have been even greater or I could have been a defense threatening post to the end zone now with a new set of downs they'll keep it on the ground for first and goal he expected the quarterback to keep it went after and was able to make the tackle for loss on Third and goal they'll try to throw it in and the pass so here comes the field goal unit again this kicker has already made three in this one right down the boulevard it's [Applause] good they'll run the option looks as if we have an injury on that last play and we'll take a break to check him out for a second down play sticks it in his belly and he'll be taken down but he does backers and blocking the whole entire game so when you get a chance to give the big boy the ball it's always and you know what it is it's a morale boost for everybody on the whole field everybody gets jacked up and he finally gets to touch the football knocked down at the 35 moving the running back forcing the defense to adjust he's knocked down in the back field this is exactly what a run blitz is when you know the ball's coming up the middle you want to bring those linebackers get them closer to the line of scrimmage and fire right when the ball snapped he's coming downhill doing a good job quarterback feeling that pressure and he's let's go on the option got the first down and more being on the field every single play you don't see that anymore but the big fella gets the football hey he looks like he knew what to do with it too nice little pickup little little little agility little little uh speed but mostly a lot of just girth and strength and just grown man just sort of a Rel now on the option and now on the pitch the ball's loose on the move at the 30 here comes the option good solid run on that one running the football nice job finding the hole and getting up field takes a lot to bring this guy down goes to the option now the pitch and there were no creases or cres to types of plays where offenses impose their will third and short from the 45 he'll keep it himself and he keeps it himself a good decision there for a first down from the [Applause] 45 Ed the play fake now to throw as that quarterback he really has to sell the fake he can't tell his offensive lineman's getting beat right away while he's selling the fake he had no shot and this defense is bringing the heat another a bunch of points is that the defense knows they're going to throw the football and right now offensively they cannot protect the edge you saw the speed coming from the outside he was able to get to the quarterback for another negative play they'll run the option these little Gams can start to add up looking to move it through the air and the Freshman will talk CES in college football all of the time and they could use one here getting some heat escapes trouble and the pass rush is a how we create more turnovers I think that rhythm you're talking about Jesse finding of those things that I do well
