SO WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? WELL, THE COURTT IS SIGNALING THAT THEY COULD TAKE THE ISSUE UP THEMSELVES IF IT'S BROUGHT BACK UP. THE DISSENTING JUSTICES, WHICH INCLUDED THE CHIEF, SAID IN THE RULING, QUOTE, WHAT YOU'RE SEEING ON THE SCREEN, A PROMPT AND DEFINITIVE RULING ON THE CONSTITUTIONAL QUESTION PRESENTED IN THIS APPEAL IS OF PARAMOUNT PUBLIC IMPORTANCE, INASMUCH AS THAT IT WILL AFFECT THE COUNTING OF BALLOTS IN THE UPCOMING GENERAL ELECTION. SO THERE ARE JUST 52 DAYS TO GO BEFORE ELECTION DAY, AND PENNSYLVANIA'S 19 ELECTORAL VOTES. THEY'RE
