ROARING KITTY GME STOCK AMC STOCK "THIS EXPLAINS EVERYTHING"

so I saw this earlier and I find it very interesting think about it if GameStop actually issue at the market offering at $20 a share the 20 million shares at one St just going to raise around $400 million then you have a small cut to the brokers in in this case use Jeff right so this is $400 million over the already $4.1 billion in the bank that's like 10% it's not a huge difference what the GameStop actually could do with additional $400 million right considering that they haven't used the $4 billion as of today it kind of get me to a different thought process where it almost feels like GameStop is trying to squeeze the last possible easy money that they could do with this past currently present but Future Past entity GameStop is we know it maybe they're preparing for some new Venture the speculations about the holding company that they CS current GameStop let's take as much as capital let's raise as much as capital as possible let's try to get you know as much as Assets in order balance sheets in order then we can proceed with a different Venture this is the way it feels because they don't try to improve the business right they close they shut down some of the locations but it almost feels that let's try to extract as much as value possible so we can set ourselves for a Great Beginnings with the new company because think about it if they start acquiring companies left and right during the the first three share offering this year right you might be thinking okay they might be buying some other company right now they need more money let's issue more shares then actually the people will not be so pissed on R coin or GameStop in general they say okay cool we we get it you need money to to do stuff right but now that they don't do anything with the money that's why people are getting so pissed because people are saying okay they have so much money in the bank they don't need this money for anything they don't do nothing with this money why would they crash the stock prices to issue more shares to collect more money that obviously they don't need well guess what they might need the money for something something that we don't know considering that collecting all the different posts for the last six months from Ryan coin hiring different Engineers something that he hasn't personally publish or updated or GameStop as a company looked for to hire people like this well obviously there is something else cooking in the background something that we don't see they don't speak about it right I do want to start though with the markets because the banks been the story over the last couple days financials are down today they're the worst sector out of the S&P you've made some news this week your stocks gotten hit along with the others you talked about trading Revenue down 10% you blamed a tough comp but also a quote more challenging macro what exactly are you seeing right now so the environment you know the environment's actually okay I would say um you know for Bank activity in our business there are places where it's been accelerating I think we've seen a real acceleration in debt Capital markets activity some meaningful Improvement in equity Capital markets and m&a activity uh in equity trading pretty good fixed income a little weaker uh we obviously had a pretty volatile event in August um that I think kept people on the sidelines a little bit as that sorted out also with the August holiday but one of our jobs is to try to communicate in the short term and we have opportunities to speak publicly about what's going on in the business quarter to quarter if you step back a little bit Bank stocks have done incredibly well for the last 12 months I think our stock you know even today you know since we sat here at this conference a year ago I think our Stock's up 43% um JP Morgan up similarly so the stocks have had a very very big move um and you know the forward expectation I think is a little bit softer based on the commentary you saw at the Barclay conference in New York but you know still it's it's it's actually a pretty benign environment for activities I wouldn't call it an A+ environment um but um but a pretty benign environment we're seeing an acceleration of activity particularly on the banking side which is quite encouraging the more challenging macro that you cited do you see that persisting um I was speaking when I spoke at barklay you're you're taking a sound bite out of my comments in barklay I said a more challenging macro environment in August referring specifically to that August volatility has that fully passed you do expect more volatility I am look there's a lot going on in the world um we've got elections that obviously the result of which will have impacts on on how people think about policy going forward but no that was an event you know at that moment in time I think generally speaking the economy is still in pretty good shape I think we're going to get a couple of interest rate Cuts here that has been widely you know telegraphed at this point in time and so you know base case I can point to things that are slowing a little there's some consumer you know spots you've heard it through earnings Etc where there's a little bit of softness but generally I think the economy is in pretty good shape and my base case is we're going to continue to chug along through the fall with a lot of attention to the news whether political geopolitical or otherwise are you still in the soft Landing Camp then I'm still in the soft Landing Camp yes I'm still in the soft Landing Camp um I I think that is the most likely scenario you know I can't tell you that there Can't Be A disruption or something that can set that off but I think we've navigated to this point where the likely scenario is we navigate with a soft Landing but certainly got to continue to watch consumer Behavior this is why guys I want you to have a much different broader perspective of what happening with the stock and on the overall Market your own personal point of view right this is I saw someone thinks that way and I just develop what they they saw as as a reason for issuing the shares and I develop this through my own personal perspective in my opinion really they they don't they they don't really need the cash if they don't use the cash right it was old saying that if money don't bring more money they simply bring problems right this is why you need to learn how to move money left and right and uh you know teach them to bring you even more money if you push a million here they they want to make sure they they bring you 2.3 point4 this is the way how it works so this is why I personally believe that there is something cooking in the in the background we don't really know uh but people want to see results and if people see results they're going to stop hating and crying about you know the share issuing or the price action because definitely the person who actually make $550,000 on the Roaring Kitty tweet is it thr K or someone else it almost feel that the guy know perfect timing he know when to pump and when to dump I don't know just my point of view
