Trails in the Sky Episode 111: Erbe Scenic Route Chest Hunt

[Music] greetings and salutations everyone I'm EAC this is let's play Legend of Heroes trails in the sky in the last episode we spend a lot of time wandering around the city I finally found where I can crash the economy with apple ice cream and in this episode well I'd like to start off by getting my hands on some better gear I don't think I'll go for the shield coats yet because that's actually a lot of grinding I think I have to sell five batches of Apple ice cream to have roughly that much profit to get a shield coat and we don't quite need them on everyone although that said maybe we do need that on no no no we're going to buy okay first of all a better weapon for [Music] everyone we can get four shoes or one Shield coat and some shoes I think I want to push Joshua's defense back up because he has lost so much defense from equipping that [Music] attack so yeah you need to have the shield coat because you are just so incredible L weak the Composites defense+ 30 move plus two who would who would need it in next oh man the beta strager is actually pretty decent let's give it to Zin since he's the one most likely to yeah I think Zin is our best candidate for that because he's our big beefy tank guy but yes this episode I plan on hang on oh look who it is hi Kurt fancy meeting you in a place like this just Gathering the bounties and some monsters out here even with the martial arts competition we braces still have a job to do Now's the Time to get all the quick and simple stuff done well it's good to see you working hard well like warming up wouldn't say no to a sparring partner or two though we'll keep that in mind that's a good [Music] point oh the problem is because there's so many braces in the city thanks to the Martial Arts Tournament there's never any requests left for us is there anyway explore I don't feel like we need to beat the tar out of these monsters but that said how do you tell which the back end of the plant is when they don't move [Music] the monster living in swamps tries to leech blood from its prey has petrifying tentacles good to [Music] know they messed with the wrong [Music] guy oh I really feel underleveled now we have a surprisingly low level cap in this game I'm [Music] finding 99 yeah I get the feeling we're supposed to be at level 30 about this point and we aren't and that's slightly unfortunate [Music] so yeah five chests and be wary of chest monsters but we're always wary of chest mon [Music] Monsters take that enjoy the [Music] show actually now I'm wondering h for oh okay I was wondering if I could somehow weasel Estelle to keep her AOE but uh not so easily done yeah I think we'd have to pick up some better time quarts in order to do it but we still have Shadow spear on a decent number of people so should we see shining Pals we'll be ready [Music] take [Music] that actually thinking about it it is probably best to have the high movement quartz on uh the to have the to have actually I can't remember if these boots give a movement bonus over the last thing we've got but we'd rather have Joshua and Zin move the Earth this because they're the ones with the shortest range Auto [Music] attacks enjoy the show well we could always give them the holy boots that would give them a movement speed movement range boost huh I was hoping that there was something around in my inventory that increases the experience around but I guess [Music] not after all the effort they did in putting in a scaling experience system why would they undo it [Music] they messed with the wrong [Music] guy we got a little bit lost there can't deny that [Music] take that enjoy the show I wonder now so far I've only got one of each type of Elemental talisman I wonder if you equip two of a type which it might not be possible for me to do they might be in very limited quantities but if you have two of a type maybe that maybe two of a type actually gives you Elemental [Music] immunity that would be interesting although it would also leave you exceptionally vulnerable to another type of the qus anyway what are you guys Sharer I was on the right path wasn't I Rous pelagic monster has a tendency to let's hunt them to Extinction why [Music] not take that P of Joshua learned evil eye huh I know that in Bravely Default that Gravely lowered the um Darkness resistance of the entire part party but that was a boss well sorry it lowered all the enemies Elemental resistance towards Darkness the thing is it was also a boss attack so it was not fun to be hit by unless you were using a really specific evil dragon hunting tactic oh yeah they are weak to Stone [Music] take [Music] take [Music] that pie of cake we might actually be able to get a decent number of Seath given how much is dropped by these guys but we we probably want to get the actual Seath turns to do that anyway emergency safe monsters appeared because of course they did oh wow flame plant chocodile Prim miror oh wait that's a that's an ass reflector helmar warbat [Music] okay this is going to get [Music] messy okay we have to be ready for that seventh [Music] turn I just want to keep this guy out of the art areas [Music] now here's the question is Olivia smart enough to aim for something that isn't going to reflect it nope because it didn't die oh but that's not good [Music] [Music] a [Music] that's really inconvenient that because I used the one person with the Cure attack I used Estelle's deathcraft they pushed her behind him [Music] oh wait he's already CED darn it [Music] that wasn't who I wanted to hit oh wait never mind it's still using CA did help out after all [Music] I did remember to equip all the new weapons on people right [Music] oh I really hope that we don't have to fight this many enemies in future we probably are going to have to deal with several chests to ambushes aren't we all right we're good to [Music] go I mean I appreciate all the Seath that they give me but I sit down meal for that but oh well we don't need to use our EP on healing when we can use it offensively and we don't need to use our EP on healing when we have so many items in our inventory [Music] that you have to be in battle to examine crafts okay there are there is a dead end around here so we can go check that out I think I don't want to mess with you and you nearly messed with me that's concealed is a triangle so there must be something here that we'll get access to maybe I'm actually not sure but it's really [Music] weird you ever get the feeling that you might not have gone far enough [Music] piece of cake right the reason it still doesn't have her S Craft ready is because I spent it in that battle with the chest guards [Music] did I get five chests I don't feel like I did but I can't really think of anywhere else they could have been chest we're good to go we're missing two chests that's pretty bad because there's not really anywhere else the chests could [Music] be or did wait did we loop around did we can't him right take that it's kind of weird that Olivia is the one that missed that guy because he's the guy with hit M hit quartz equipped I keep thinking Materia
