for almost 4 years Doctor disrespect is back CH streaming on YouTube public demanded to hear from the doc let's have a look at the response missed the point with my personal statement okay maybe it's time to tell my side of the story all right what's your side of the story what see there was a lawsuit pending okay and as part of that arbitration all parties were not allowed to speak publicly about the case yeah I respected those rules yep lawsuit you cannot talk about the case my lawsuit against twitch was eventually resolved as you all know but even then as part of the settlement all parties were still prohibited from speaking publicly about the case or the settlement okay however if one side violated that confidentiality then the other side could respond and again Champs again I respected all the confidential obligations interesting but apparently twitch's own disgruntled employees didn't feel the need to abide by those same obligations okay Cody Connor oh employee wasn't even involved leaks yeah he's an ex employe reason he left already years later Cody why why you why do this what was the point this was settled professionally and you knowing how black and white the internet is you decided you [ __ ] rat leete the reported reason twitch banned me in 2020 I mean the point is probably for chasing I mean for what Cody probably just for cloud chasing did you not know the repercussions from spewing lies about the two time I can't think know the repercussions of accusing me Cody Connor you see you don't know [ __ ] and it was obvious from your Tweet you didn't have any firsthand knowledge of my dispute with twitch you said that I got banned from twitch because I was sexting a minor through Whispers messages damn do you even know what the legal definition of sexting is sex and yeah I used twitch as Whispers but trust me I wasn't sexting anyone okay you also said the word minor Cody I even made sure that word was emphasized in my statement edited Etc just to make sure these so-called journalists would pick up on it and boy oh boy did they ever Champs wait is it not Mina when you and all these so-called journalists Cody fired off your tweets did any of you consider that the twitch user may have been over the legal age of consent at the time of the messages you didn't neither did any of these journalists and neither did twitch at the time of the ban okay you also tried to tell the world that I was trying to meet up with this user at twitchcon but you're wrong let's set the record straight I never intended to meet this user ever we never made plans to meet at twitchcon or anywhere else and in fact we never met in person ever yep your [ __ ] accusations gave false courage to other former twitch employees to make [ __ ] up as well I suspect all of you sort of planned and coordinated this attack damn these big time Publications these journalists these various Outlets are sort of just jsip gossip channels now don't you think Champs they act like they're just gossip channels now without any real journalism and real research happening they reported on all this based on leaks from two former twitch employees one of whom was supposedly on the trust and safety team okay if these Anonymous sources worked on the trust and safety team at the time of my twitch suspension in 20120 then you would hope they would tell the truth so they apparently that's just too much to ask if these former trust and safety team members and by the way I know exactly who they are actually had firsthand knowledge then what they conveniently left out is one twitch's trust and safety team the same employees that decided to ban me okay internally admitted that the whisper messages were not sexting and two twitch's trust and safety team the same employees that decided to ban me internally acknowledged that The Whispers did not constitute child sexual abuse material cesam I'll say it again neither I nor the twitch user exchanged any sexual graphic messages or images Cody Connors and these other Anonymous sources are trying to paint a picture that I was exchanging sexually explicit messages and photos with this twitch user that never happened yep I even used the word inappropriate purposely and look at how it was defined by everyone champ we didn't get to see the message including these defaming articles I'm sorry but Mutual entering with inappropriate jokes taken out of context should have never led to me getting banned from Twitch in the first place nobody actually knows right in the context of that the national Center for missing and exploited children so people are just imagining it in their mind right as far as I know and over four years have passed they didn't do anything with the report four years as far as I know they didn't escalate twitch's report to law enforcement mind you the same people that made this decision admit internally that the messages did not constitute sexting the same people that made this decision at twitch internally that the messages did not warrant any child sexual abuse material charge okay twitch makes this decision to terminate my contract and ban me while admitted they did not perform any legal analysis of whether the messages exchanged were illegal in any way twitch makes this decision to terminate my contract and ban me while admitting that they never investigated the age of consent in the jurisdiction where the users's messages were sent and received twitch makes this decision to terminate my contract and ban me without ever interviewing me the user or any other third party including the partner manager it's [ __ ] unbelievable damn he's mad I do believe him though I know twitch has been Banning people randomly without even investigating which is quite stupid actually they've been doing that a lot I believe him because I've seen twitch done that and just ban random uh streamer like some streamer get banned for two days for doing something that clearly violates TOS some streamer gets away with it right it's very weird claim to have firsthand knowledge they just don't have a clue they didn't report any facts he's gone twitch is bias the judge in the case let me show you guys one one example not illegal let me see if I can find it right so then why did twitch use these messages against me I why did TW twitch T treat the doc so differently from their other streamers yeah why I mean I think somebody from the obvious don't like him I mean just take a look at someone from T don't like him I think that makes the most sense the realest [ __ ] in this industry damn 6'8 gorgeous athletic successful college degree College a bourbon business gaming studio beautiful family and trust me we've worked hard for over a decade to improve as a person a husband and father and to get where we're at today I mean I'm in such a good place today and all these people they all act like so perfect I'm not perfect this vtuber banned on Twitch she has never streamed on Twitch before she got banned I don't claim to be perfect that's something never stream but I also didn't do all the [ __ ] that they're saying I did but then that doesn't make a story right she has never streamed there and she got banned they wanted media attention I don't know man twitch is Media wants controversy it's a little bit Weir by sensationalizing all this with big inaccurate headlines like sexting and sexually explicit that's the point she only has YouTube why is she banned on Twitch nobody knows she has a Twitch account that she talks to people she she's she's a viewer on Twitch that that account got banned take a look at some of these horrendous acts of twitch streamers that were never banned I've got some examples right here uhoh example number one uhoh a streamer that frequently use the nword while publicly streaming n which constitutes a violation of twitch's policies n while streaming twitch scheduled a meeting with a streamer to ass certain his intent to determine whether his contact was a violation of twitch's policy I ultimately determining it was not aach of twitch's policies why wasn't I called into a into a meeting why wasn't my intent taken into consideration Champs H H example number two interesting streamer was reported for discussing doing things I don't know with deceased animals and discussing pedophilia all while live streaming never suspended but instead given a multi-million dollar contract discussing pedoph example number three streamer was reported for a sexually explicit stream involving children and telling children to send snapchats of them playing with themselves never suspended but instead H ask children to play with a multi-million dollar contract what is happening at twitch damn in twitch it's so obvious that certain twitch Executives employees involved believe personal biases against the doc and used all this as an opportunity to terminate my contract this is so much go back look at the timing of all this too huh the doc termination lines up with two preferable profitable and expensive streamers leaving mixer maybe it's like way back right as soon as twitch knew that mixer had failed and go look at the timing these other expensive streamers needed a new streaming platform so twitch rushed through its decision to terminate the two time mix like a long time ago right you see I shouldn't even be banned from twitch yep should then be banned it has affected us on so many levels back in 2020 and now in 2024 it's over though and Cody Connors I just have to say it again who is that why would you do this oh there's a twitch manager right that Expos him like I said this was handled professionally years ago no [ __ ] wrongdoing but because of you Cody we just lost ah [ __ ] man he lost a lot of sponsors right he lost a lot of sponsorship because of this uh unfortunately we have to lay off people from in Ni Society oh that's his game Studio I I know uh he has did he lay off you Cody Cody is the twitch guy that exposes him that say the stuff right even though that thing has been settled apparently his words right but hard to say for sure people just to know guess through all this we are where we are I think Cod uh is just doing it for clout because a lot of people really want to know what happened between Dr disrespect and twitch I think like that curiosity is basically what sparks him to want to do it even more man the ones that project and project and project and project and worry about everyone else's problems right I I can't understand that mindset I don't give I could care less we've always stayed in our lane but somehow some way these people they just get in our Lane for all you dock haters I'm sure you'll dissect all of this and still find a right uh if knew if knew it was a minor and texted huh chaos reain Supreme defamation slander yeah I think he can I'm not sure if he can do that the thing is is it worth it though right like you sue someone the damage has been done um and it's like I think it's possible right it is it is possible to to try to like try to win the case but yeah I'm not too sure I'm not too sure what's the best cause of action I think suing is not really solving anything at this point he should just stream and just keep streaming and just keep playing his favorite game Call of Duty and stuff right that's that's probably the best way for him if he's innocent he should sue for reputation he should sue for reputation but it's a lot of money though you get what I'm saying are you saying that he should just Sue just to send a message huh it's worth it if he can prove his slander yeah but it's going to it's too much effort you get what I'm saying it's like too much effort there's a lot of effort um he would probably sue if his twitch but now it's a guy that has left twitch and that guy is just a guy so you're not suing a company you're just suing a guy so it's like is it worth it at this point right I don't know I don't know if you get much things in return that guy is dead yeah just suing an old guy I don't know is he old or something I don't know right but you're just suing an ex twitch employee you're not really suing twitch so it's like if he Sue twitch that would be a different story right maybe if he win that's like you get a lot of money sure yeah even if you win if the guy doesn't pay the the damages you are not really going to get because this guy is just an individual and he might not be able to pay back the damages it's like you are suing I don't know man I think it's a bit complicated
