Arsenal vs Bayern! 🚨 | Champions League quarter-final draw 🏆

Intro just waiting for the Europa League draw but we do now know the Champions League draw and this is what it threw up we have Arsenal and Manchester City on the same side we know it's not going to be an all- English final but we do know that the winner of Arsenal Bayern Munich um and the winners of Real Madrid against Manchester City will come up against each other we've got Atletico Madrid bruo dor and Paris sgain Barcelona goodness me um Arsenal up against six-time European Champions and also of of course up against Harry Kane who loves scoring against Arsenal has been on the losing side of course the last time wasn't he when he was a 3-1 win I think for um Arsenal against Spurs but my goodness he's going to absolutely love that isn't he yeah he's going to be full of motivation and Bayern Munich need him to be because they haven't been very good at this stage of the competition in the last few years they've actually exited the Champions League at the quarterfinal stage in the last three years including to the likes of PSG vill Royale and last year to man city of course so Bayern Munich will hope that the Harry Kane Factor he's already scored over 30 goals in all competitions this year he has got a chance of breaking Robert levandowski Bundesliga goal scoring record of 41 goals in a 34 Game season which is pretty remarkable but they'll be hoping that the HurryCane factor that can carry them through against an Arsenal side that have been Absolut imperious recently eight games unbeaten in the Real Madrid vs Man City Premier League Of course so that is Harry Kane with a reunion with an English side and it's Pep Guardiola reunited with Real Madrid yet again you wonder kind of how he's going to be feeling about taking on yes they're one of the most experienced clubs in Europe of course they've won it more times than anyone before but we saw what happened to them with Manchester City coming completely undone yeah absolutely this time in the semi-finals last year lost 51 on aggregate to Man City Man City were absolutely incredible in that second leg one of the best Champions League performances I can remember in recent years Real Madrid will think they've got a a decent chance of progressing but at the same time it's a transition year for them they lost Karen benar in the summer they didn't bring in mbappe hos their main out andout Striker Edie Millertown cire have missed the entirey of season of this season with injury so for them to have only lost two games in all competitions this year is pretty impressive having said that I didn't think they were great against Arby leig in the second leg of their last 16 tie so man city I still have as the favorites in that one yeah and the Atletico Madrid vs Borussia Dortmund teams here they'll be just looking it's quite heavy here isn't it as well whereas you go over to to this side of of the situation Atletico Madrid against brua Dortmund and you wonder if Paris sjain might fancy their chances against Barcelona you've got mbappe with something to prove hasn't he yeah absolutely there's been a lot of pain in this competition over the last few years for both of these sides actually of course Barcelona being overturned against Roma a few years ago then that famous comeback from Liverpool in 2019 when Liverpool went on to win it so there's been a lot of pain for Barcelona they dropped into the Europa League last year PSG likewise you know they've had a few semi-finals and then the last two years last 16 exits last year to Bayern Munich so there will be a belief amongst the PSG side that they are slightly more balanced than they have been in previous years with Neymar and Messi having moved on but Barcelona are not to be underestimated with the likes of laminal Rafia and levandowski they can cause damage to anyone who are your favorites Favourites before the draw and how has that changed for you now well my favorites before the draw were definitely Man City in terms of all the stats goals goals conceded possession pass accuracy shots shots conceded per game the top of every metric they've been absolutely incredible so far in the Champions League much better than I think they've been in the Premier League so far but this Real Madrid Factor does slightly sway me maybe a little bit I'm still going to go with Man City but Real Madrid was probably the worst draw they could have possibly got um so I'm going with man City's favorite and then it'll be one of those whoever comes through on that side as well I think Arsenal have a decent chance if they make it through against Bayern Munich who needs it most Who needs it of these sides it's an interesting question is it because Man City obviously won the treble last year Real Madrid have won it so many times Bayern Munich have won it so many times Arsenal's recent history in the Champions League not too pretty but Arsenal probably think that they want to maybe dominate the Premier League before dominating the Champions League they're obviously on this journey it's still a very young team Arsenal needed a lot I think Atletico Madrid have had a lot of pain in this competition as well lost in the final in 2014 lost in the final in 2016 but they do have a good record against Real Madrid this season they've beaten them twice the only two losses that Real Madrid have had in all competition positions as well so they are not to be underestimated and you saw in that second leg against inand that there's a amazing connection between the ground the SAS M tritano Simeone their manager and their players so do not underestimate Atletico Madrid as well just want to ask as well actually we've kept countries apart there's no two Bundesliga sides there's no two premier league sides up against each other La Liga obviously a severe lack in Italian sides here this season but that I guess makes it for really great matchups doesn't it in terms of the unknown against the unknown yeah absolutely and a different Clash of St Styles as well bruss dortman not known for defensive play much more of a counterattacking vertical style against Atletico Madrid who have slightly changed style in recent years PSG and Barcelona The two clubs that have been most attached to attracting stars in the last few years Barcelona have obviously had immense Financial issues slightly different side now with a lot of young players coming through PSG are becoming more and more French in the squad makeup as well so there are a lot of interesting Dynamics going on yeah
