your favorite probably my one teacher my biology teacher so what I mean I'm trying to I'll give you a little suggestion what teacher failing you right now I'm actually not failing any just are you getting a d or a c or what yeah yeah I mean give them a shout out and then they're going to they're going to hook you up who my teachers yeah give if if you're failing at a certain grade or certain maybe he's just having a little hard time keeping up with everybody cuz his mind's somewhere else where's your mind if you're uh not in the book uh elsewhere you got a girlfriend no I do not oh that's where is mine it's I don't got a girlfriend what do I do is that where you're at yeah that's exactly where I'm at see I feel you man but you know what school first cuz school rules and everything else well it it's it's fun until you hit the ground really hard pigs can run fast and they're aggressive take it from me I've ridden pigs and sheep and all kind of stuff cuz I'm a I'm a Country Boy from over here on the left what do we got yeah this is a family business it's called deep fried watermelon deep fried watermelon it ain't no joke man that's straight up yeah deep fried watermelon fried Filipino style now how did that come about so it originated a long time ago me and my cousin and our kids as kids our grandmother used to do something special for the kids so she would take after the events when we're over her house she would take leftover watermelon and then throw it in pancake batter and it was only served to the kids right so then you fast forward down the line my cousin just so happen moves over to the Philippines he's been over there for 18 years but while he was over there he opened up a restaurant called maryn chicken Maryland chicken yep and in Maryland chicken this is the top dessert but let me tell you how that got over there so his wife Agnes was one of those ones that wanted to honor Grandma so she wanted to bring one of her type of desserts over to the Philippines and and in the Philippines we came with the slices at first but those are not kind of like the Philippines they they didn't really like what was going on with it because of the size so what Agnes did was take it down to a quick quick ball and that's what you see here today if you look over there to the side you will see the ball so we got a watermelon filling outside is our homemade batter created by our grandmother on top of it we would do a homemade vanilla icing also from Grandma so it's all a family business but when it comes into the Filipino side it's how we cook it now you cook it now it's all grandm style home fried no joke straight up deep fried watermelon that ain't no joke man that's straight up hey man you know how did you get yourself a spot you got to rent a spot or they just they just like it enough they're like you got to be here yeah it's a veteran thing my cousin he started about 5 years ago as far as like hitting all the food markets you talking about vegan Dale New York Chicago different spots so he been putting down that road work and now when you come into a state fair they known like deep fried watermelon people know that from Tik Tok from Instagram so sometimes we're either ask the beer or like he just has their reputation with all the people that throw these events so where they going to find you at man so they can check out more uh Harford high school man that's where I went I went to Harford and Delaney I grew up in Sparks so we got a country boy up in here keeping things in check so as for security what's the main thing you look out for here and how do you look out for him what's like your main responsibility main responsibility is make sure every everything here is safe and secure like if I see any bad guys running around go stop them now have what what have you had to do so far anything where you had to say hey hey I mean Ju Just one so far that was yesterday though dude was a little upset paid for his tickets but it was like 30 minutes before Clos so now was there anybody there that's that that witnessed how you handled them I mean uh the whole uh North Gate admission and did they did they did they tell you hey man you handled that right or wrong did you get any feedback the way you you know handled it I mean for the most part it it was really them that handled it I'm like d me like like saying some something like what well the bottom line is right you didn't have to break out your Glock right mm so I mean you guys you packed the heat here right yeah I mean he's in the gun that's a that's a l Resort of course it's a last resort but it's you never know kind of situation out there but you know what as long as you're keeping things in check and you know you're being smart about how you handle
