what are we making this morning Mr Man pumpkin cinnamon rolls we're making quick pumpkin cinnamon rolls all right we start with three three cups of allpurpose flour okay let me pick which one big one okay we need one of those of the flow let me scoot it over closer for you he wanted to help me make these this morning so he woke up bright and early didn't he yeah you spilled some that's okay then we need one cup so we got three cups total right mhm oh gently yeah very gently fluff it up okay now we got to leave the flour out cuz we might need a little bit more of it when the dough starts mixing so we'll just SE it over to the side and we'll need it to roll out our dough when it gets ready wait we're making dough yeah we're making cinnamon roll dough we need A4 cup of sugar I fluffed it up mhm keep fluffing it now am I going to mix it up with the sugar mhm we need the sugar again in a minute too for the filling so we'll leave it over to the side and the brown Sugar's for the feeling so we'll put it over to the side we need half a teaspoon of salt in there oh you still sleepy not no there you go half teaspoon of salt I'm done we need a tablespoon of pumpkin pie spice now I used all my pumpkin pie spice the other day when we made the so we buy more pumpkin SCS I think and uh Engles didn't have any pumpkin pie spice so we're just going to make our own real quick and I'm just going to mix it into this little tablespoon can I do one but I'll put a recipe down below for y you hold that and I'm going to put the spices in here okay we're going to start with the nutmeg do we put it in this now yep we put a little bit of that in let Mama scoop it though cuz this is really I just open it pretty strong this is the ground clo you don't like the smell of it that's okay that's they're pretty strong I just cough too much okay A little bit of Ginger I love to smell of that yeah that smells pretty good now the cinnamon we know we like the smell of cinnamon right yeah it's mostly cinnamon with a little bit of Ginger cloves and nutmeg in there now you pour it in and fluff it up we'll leave all this out cuz we need cinnamon I found out a good idea you did uh what is it I already tell you oh the pumpkin cinnamon rolls yes you did you found out a good idea we're going to leave all that out cuz we need it for the filling too now you keep fluffing that I'm going to come over here to the mixer over here we have half a cup of milk and half a stick of melted butter we're going to pour that into the mixing bowl and it's just warm I warmed it up in the microwave to melt the butter and warm up the milk so it's not too hot now we're going to put in this one pack of Rapid rise yeast now going to stir that around just a little bit all right now we add this in with this and we're going to start mixing it up okay let me find my dough hook attachment real quick this okay wait we're going to make the dough now yeah go ahead and put some of this and that mhm here I'll try to scoot it over a little closer to you there you go very good you can just it don't matter if it hits this that's fine everybody's going to be happy when they wake up and see we made them some pumpkin cinnamon rolls aren't they yeah maybe we should pour in the whole entire Bowl all right now it's going to start mixing the dough you ready which one should I get into um start out right here with just number two and then we'll go a little faster we're putting in one egg and 34 of a cup of canned pumpkin you can kind of bang it on there you go you got it now we start it back up all right you go a little faster I'm going to scrape down the sides a little bit and we're probably going to need about a/4 to 1/2 cup more flour we'll see once I scrape it down here how the dough looks yeah see how it's not wanting to form the dough ball we're going to put in about 1/4 cup more flour and see if that gets us where we need to be mhm go faster there you go you're smelling good me that yeah I'm on number two instead of four okay go to four yep there you go just putting a little bit of oil on our Bowl so when we put the dough in it doesn't want to stick to the sides of it you just kind of have to go with your own judgment on how much of that flour to add y'all because I still ended up having to add a little bit more you want the dough to pull away from the sides of the bowl and not really stick to your hands when you touch it but still feel sticky so see how that's not sticking right now my hands are a little messy cuz I was mixing it but you know anyway that's how we want it we're going to cover it with this towel and we'll make the filling while the dough is resting I I wash my head C forgot about my coffee right here yeah I almost forgot about it coffee smells so good well did this so make the pumpkin C rolls making pumpkin inin rolls okay we're going to make the filling real quick the sound of us making the pumpkin cinnamon rolls woke up yeah I slept a little later today we could see that slept a little harder last night than I normally do we can see for the filling we need 1/4 cup of sugar now we need 1/4 cup of brown sugar we'll just eyeball this one I'll just scrape it down in there okay yeah that's what we will do that's what we will do there we go now you can use that pumpkin spoon to start stirring it up there a tablespoon of just cinnamon so I'm going to eyeball that in here Mannie Mac just keep on mixing that yeah you just keep on mixing at it and we need another tablespoon of the pumpkin pie spice so I'm just going to do the same thing I did a minute ago okay the dough should be finished resting you think it's done take this all yep it's done resting yeah now this is the fun part yep you got it all right now put it down right there okay there we go very good let's move this bowl out of our way there you go okay we are ready to spread the butter on we're going to take it and I'm just going to drizzle what did melt cuz some of it melted and we'll get a brush and brush this on this is how we make simonon rolls mhm and then we'll rub the rest of it on here now you got to wash your hands mhm I love do this it's just like Play-Doh Mama mhm hi I'm helping Mama make the pumpkin C rolls now we sprinkle our fing all over the top a oh n we have a cup of powdered sugar we're going to put in a teaspoon of maple syrup about half a teaspoon of cinnamon and we'll start with a tablespoon of milk you can also use heavy cream but we're out so we're using milk this is going to be like a little icing for the cinnamon rolls yeah definitely need some more of that milk you definitely want to do stuff like this on Saturday mornings because it really just wakes up the whole family yeah wake up World okay that's looking good yep M got it a little too let me put a little bit more powdered sugar in there I got a little too inin okay this is just this is how thicken it up just a little bit now we'll let them cool down just a little bit more and then we pour this over the top you ready for one did you see them Manny look at those he's still playing with the leftover D yeah 1 two 3 jump can you believe that they look like bumblebees don't get no butter that J is good kind of melts in your mouth a little bit mhm it does right when you said that it started that's crazy it does I already tasted one y'all wow that's great oh we're having the butter apple butter biscuit moment again you're looking back at that thing like what are you doing to me they're great see you tomorrow
