what's going on there guys we back with another one and man hate to talk about this you know the passing of Dallas Cowboys guard the legendary Larry Allen you know who was on vacation with his family in Mexico when he died suddenly they didn't even expect it so imagine this you know you're out enjoying the fruits of your labor uh with your family at the age of 52 still relatively young you know and and what's supposed to be a great lifetime memory turns into something traumatic and tragic and you know he he passed away suddenly um he has uh his daughters jayen and larana and a son Larry III um you know that that that's that's very sad man they said the Dallas Cowboy said this in a statement says we are very saddened to share that Cowboys Legend Super Bowl champion Cowboys Ring of Honor member and Pro Bowl Hall family Larry Allen passed away suddenly while vacation while on vacation in Mexico with his family on Sunday man so Larry you know he's one of the most accomplished offensive lineman to ever play in the NFL man and his teammate EMT Smith very sad of his passing really was reflective and talked about how tender life is man let's check out what Emma had to say good afternoon I'm sitting on my back patio reflecting of one of the best offensive linan I've ever played with Larry Allen and I get a call my daughter Skyla called to tell me and he passed away I'm at a loss of words right now such a good dude great player super person and me with death bad weather all kinds of things swirling around lost of my folks and other friends just breaks my heart not no life is very fragile and we're only here for a moment and we need to make the best out of every moment and not take people for granted Pat sent me a text last night by not taking folks for granted and here we are today all I can say is live the life to the fullest that you can love those that are closest to you try to love those who are not near you as best as you can let's cut out all the bickering all the separation all the hierarchy and all the things that separate people families friends culture whatever you want to call it some of those things are very modern in comparing in comparisons to a human's life the one thing about Larry Al and I know he had a big heart and he and he lived life to the fullest a man of very few words B the football field was a beast and we be sorely missed and he's always missed cuz he never came back to any of our functions I don't know if it because he put football behind him and moved on but my thoughts and prayers goes out to his family my heart is just broken sitting back here reflecting on Mark T as well Larry Allen Frank Cornish and we just lost another one about six months ago life and reminds me of the words that were mom us to say son keep living you gonna see a lot of things she's absolutely right and seeing people come and go it's hard it really is hard so peace out love those around you hug someone neck today and let them know that you love them call somebody today and let them know that you love them and may God be with all of you and pray for laral and his family and also the cowboy Nation cuz we lost a good one be good so EMT Smith man that was very deep that was a great great uh take on the passing of his his dear friend Larry Allen who he won Super Bowls with you think about us being here one moment then we're gone the next a lot of the things that we fuss about a lot of the things we spend time stressing and worrying about one thing's for sure everybody that's ever lived on this planet has died and that will remain true until the end you know so while you're here you have to make your time count and that's kind of what EMT Smith is alluding to what he said his mom told him keep living son you going to see some things that though is those messages you think about everything he experienced you know being a great running back wi the Super Bowls all that the things that his mama taught him is the bigger life lesson that any of that keep living son you going to see some things I remember hearing something very similar if not those same exact words uttered to me when I was little so as we look at this man you know you see people so full of life in their early years and you see them leaving the planet knowing you getting up there in age it starts to really Dawn on you like yeah you know one day that will be me what is all this really about my spirit you know and and you know obviously some people believe other things I I believe you know we go into eternity and afterlife you know what I'm saying so um you know that that stuff just starts Weighing on your on your conscience you know what I'm saying and you really put life in this proper perspective you know after all the camera stop Flash and all the media coverage sto um you still living life and you still have purpose you still have as much purpose as you've ever had you know you just not being covered by the media so that's that's one thing I really took from this man and I think uh em Smith said it beautifully you know I even like the other videos I do on this channel like this is where my heart really be cuz I think about this type of stuff more than I think about what's going on on the on the dayto day you know what I'm saying um man you know and it really just hits home like for me to lose some close people during Co back to back people that you see full of life when you younger and then they gone man it's like wow you know it's like wow that it's that constant reminder you know if on mortality and that's always a heavy topic you know and a lot of people just I entertainment I always say this entertainment a lot of times is a distraction for we should be focused on and the more that we put that off and and you see people like we we planned for 10 or 20 years from now but we don't know if we going to live to next week you know so it pushes it pushes things off like the pursuit of everything that we want and entertainment and all these different things really just has our mind in places where we can't really look forward you know past the next minute to be honest with you CU God has blessing us with that
