Todd um possession and effort were the areas you wanted to see Improvement on this week so you must be happy with that yeah very happy um played with good control in that first half I think it was 17 from 18 sets something like that just just prob a half time um yeah and of course we held the ball we had so much energy defensively and you know showed some real desperation stopped a couple tries um yeah and scored some nice nice points and scoreboard pressure and um flow possession really worked in their favor you said going into this that it was going to be a four-point win how how important is this in terms of going into the buy and in the whole season suppose yep um really important given that uh we still got two games of origin to get through as a club um yeah I think we' got another couple of games and another buy um you know we've been on the road 11 out of seven games including our trials so um yeah Bo coming a good time and lot of players minus the orig players we get a chance to recharge and refresh and go again you your sides discipline that game in terms of um you know penalties and yeah oh I coach I'm always going to disagree with the penalties that we given against us um yeah look I have no real complaints I thought you know still a little bit um nice on the ground compared to a lot of other teams but that's a work on for us um yeah it is what it is really so no PLS no complaints um you guys um were pretty pretty dominant the first half in terms of completion right um are are you happy with how played out through the whole game or um is a bit to work in the second half as down bit yeah um they kept coming at us um some moments there with 20 minutes to go um couple of contested kicks went their way but you know the disappointing part for that for me is that the fact that they're getting over halfway and allowing to kick high and contest um so some of our tackling and in yardage defense um is still patching but um scrapped and scrambled and Come Away With the Wind just hard to do here um impressive brace from kle felt today he do he surprised you with his acrobatic you know what he can still score tries like that at his age I think it was a fair effort to score in the corner yeah um he's a TR scorer finds a way to get the TR line um doesn't surprise me because I've seen it numerous times over the years um since I've been in Townsville um that was a big play yeah did you see the big changes this week compared to last weekend um obviously the defensive resolve uh particularly in that first half uh for me that was um you know what I lik the most um and we we we're putting together you know more sets kicking the corners as opposed to making errors and leaking leaking more points so um you know that second half there there was a little laps there but for the most part I was pretty happy if you head back into Camp next week how much easier will it be to sort of lead the team in this state rather than before yeah we yeah very important this this week was this game for us and um tody spoke about it all week um amongst the group um so I I thought we come here with the right attitude and um you know really really focused on on winning the game and it went well for us Todd um Ricky sort of said well you guys were were too good he also felt you might have been a bit lucky to to gu 13 on the field think there was a a patch one stage where you gave away a few sets in a row um what are your sort of thoughts there um I heard through the sports e that we got a warning so the next penalty was going to be a s binning um and I don't totally disagree with the warning we got um but we didn't give away another penalty so we didn't deserve to to lose lose a player um yeah and we had we had to scramble there on our TR line for numerous sets multiple plays and because we held the ball for such long periods were able to do it set after set thank you
