>> INTO JUSTIN CRUZ FOR TOMORROW, MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES. NOW THESE CLOUDS THAT WILL MAKE SUNSHINE A LITTLE BIT HARD TO FIND THE NOT RAIN CLOUDS. THEY ARE CLOUDS FROM THE HIGH LEVELS OF THE ATMOSPHERE AND I'LL SHOW YOU WHERE THEY'RE COMING FROM AND JUST A BIT. 77 RIGHT NOW, EASTERLY WINDS AT 9 MILES PER HOUR AND WEATHER THREATS. WELL, WE HAVE 9 HOUSE THAT WE'VE HAD HEAVY RAIN THREAT. WE'VE HAD HIGH SURF THREATS SINCE LAST WEEK. WE'RE GOOD TO GO. NO MAJOR ISSUES. THERE'S SOURCE OF THOSE HIGH CLOUDS, JUST SOME THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY TO THE WEST OF THE STATE. AND IT'S INJECTING CLOUDS UP INTO THE HIGHER LEVELS OF THE ATMOSPHERE BEING PICKED UP BY UPPER LEVEL WINDS BROUGHT OVER US. BUT THAT COULD BE IN FOR A BEAUTIFUL SUNSET BEAUTIFUL SUNRISE. SO HEADS UP ON THAT. HEY, REMEMBER THE KONA LOW OVER THE WEEKEND? WHAT'S NOT A COURT OF LAW ANYWHERE ANYMORE, BUT IT IS STILL OUT THERE KIND OF SANDWICHED BY THESE 2 HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEMS. IT'S THE ONLY LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM. THE ONLY STORM SYSTEM AT THIS LATITUDE FROM CALIFORNIA ALL THE WAY TO JAPAN. IN FACT, JAPAN STORM SYSTEMS THERE ARE THE CLOSEST ONES THAT WE HAVE AT LEAST AT THIS LATITUDE. SO THIS IS THE LOAN SURVIVOR, MISTER LONELY AS YOU CAN TELL, WILL HAVE SURGES OF WINDWARD SHOWERS, A DRY PERIOD. ANOTHER SURGE AGAIN, A DRY PERIOD. THIS FOLLOWS PRETTY MUCH THE CLOCK WE HAVE SHOWERS, TRADE SHOWERS THAT HAVE A FREQUENCY. NUMEROUS SHOWERS AT NIGHT AND THEN A THIN OUT IN THE AFTERNOON. AND THEN THEY REPEAT, WE COULD ALSO SEE SOME AFTERNOON KONA SHOWERS RIGHT NOW PROJECTED BRAIN TOP FALL TOTALS ARE VERY, VERY LIGHT, MOSTLY FOR HILO. LESS THAN AN INCH OF RAIN THROUGH THURSDAY. A LITTLE BIT MORE FOR A LITTLE BIT LESS FOR KAUAI AND SOMEWHERE IN THE MIDDLE FOR THE REST OF THE STATE. DEFINITELY NOT ANY KIND OF HEAVY RAIN SITUATION TONIGHT. MOSTLY DRY TOMORROW NIGHT, WINDWARD SIDES WILL GET A BOOST IN SHOWERS BUT NO HEAVY RAIN. WE'VE GOT 2 TO 4 FOR THE EAST AND THE SOUTH SHORE, NORTH SHORES AT ONE TO 3 WITH A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY. 4, MAUI AND BIG ISLAND WATERS. LOOK AT THOSE TRADE WINDS EVERY SINGLE DAY THAN FACT. THE TRADE WINDS ARE GOING TO PEAK ON FRIDAY OR THURSDAY FRIDAY, SATURDAY AT 25 MILES PER HOUR. AND THAT UPCOMING WEEKEND. ALL THE HOLIDAY WEEKEND.
