no I mean that's the highest and lowest point sometimes I've had all year probably be honest with you uh I'd like to have an opportunity to come back here and just play the game for at the highest level right now we want to uh we're just extremely blessed and happy to do that you and CJ tried to connect a lot did you guys pinpoint something that maybe was just a little off each time and how do you kind of get back on the same page so when those big moments happen and you're pulling against Georgia way uh I mean overall I mean we watched it together of course and I mean sometimes good plays other times just sometimes balling far away and that's kind of the way it went that night so I mean you'll know a good day unless you have a bad day so we're gonna live by that and keep rolling what's uh what's your message team captain you've got it people lean on really heavily what's been your message the last week and a half two weeks since you found out that you did brain and you guys were going to be able to you know get a chance to play for a National Championship uh I kind of heard some from the USC team that kind of resonated with me that I've kind of been trying to like to push a little bit and it's like like nobody writes a book without adversity in it to like nobody's gonna read a book that just everything goes good everything goes fine like something everybody wants to read a book that you come back you come back from something that could have ended you you know I mean and they have the opportunity to keep playing they were we're super excited is George's make sure that you guys are yeah I mean they're that's a talented team that's a talented defense uh play hard and get after it so I mean we gotta we gotta match that uh energy and match that toughness that's really the goal for us and get it I mean keep your pad's going to keep your hands inside and just do what we've been taught about that kind of stuff are you trying to focus on Georgia oh I mean at the moment right now I'm just trying to it just this is the biggest game for us that we've I've ever played in so I'm I'm all all guns on Deck right there for that okay you talked about a little bit earlier this year about what will make Keenan Bailey a good tight end cook here at Ohio State uh he's a player's guy uh you call Ken three in the morning two in the morning whatever you want he's gonna answer and he's gonna do whatever you need whatever he needs to do to help you whether you want to get extra work in one night whether you want to whether your car's out of gas anything like that Keenan's there he's a player's dude he's the type of guy you can put your neck on the line for because you know he's going to do the same what your reaction uh I was super pumped for him I mean that's we've we've developed a very very close Bond over the last couple years here especially over this last year we've been very instrumental to me learning the position so I'm just super happy for him Wilson just kind of what was your emotions there here in the game's gonna be leaving I was happy for him he wanted he wanted he wanted a head job I mean uh he's plenty smart enough calls on the shot he's done it before so I'm excited for him to see what he can do up there wherever over there sure yeah Mike Keenan being promoted uh it's hard to say uh it's hard to say right now I'm just trying to get out to Georgia here and soak every last bit of this up yeah I'm sure that especially being an Ohio guy who I'm probably you probably would probably hit you harder than some other guys to get a second chance how special is this no we're just excited we get to play again at the I mean to to not being a Big Ten championship and then have the opportunity to plan for the foreign National Championship in the playoffs is something very rare and especially I mean but just to me it seems like after that game you just kind of felt like I can't I can't it couldn't be it like you did too like we've done too much of the team we've done too much in off season like as an Awakening like that and then when this happened it really gives you like a different perspective on life to I mean it shouldn't forever where did you watch the game are you talking my house yeah I mean we were it was really just it wasn't really exciting it was more like how quick can you get back in here and get back to we had practiced a couple days before and with hopes that we would have this opportunity we have now so uh we felt like we kind of had a good bead and uh we stayed in shape for that we didn't just take a week off just to say we took a week off but we stayed in here and then really it was how quick you can get back in here and get and get a game playing together uh and I think anybody with Second Chance animal second chance I mean you know that I mean you're a fighter now you got you got a little scar you got some scars on you now and uh so I mean we're excited to keep playing the game here at this high level yeah they're good now I mean that's good time they're good players uh good scheme good tight ends uh yeah good player seen your usage go up this year those guys obviously are using time how important are tight ends going to be in a game between you know two teams of arguably the most talent in the country the fact that it might come down to you as a tight end against those guys it's always good I mean competition is always what you're looking for as the highest level and that's what we're going to get in this game good everybody good yeah yeah good deal yeah no problem
