🚨FINAL Miami Dolphins Injury Report: Raheem Mostert OUT + De’Von Achane QUESTIONABLE

[Music] final injury report for both the Buffalo Bills and Miami Dolphins is out nearly 24 hours away from kickoff on Thursday Night Football and there are some key names on each side let's talk about in our first video today with the terrible news if you didn't watch you could go watch but the update now is that it's official official official he is not going to be playing in this game listed is out on the most recent injury report with that chest injury I think he was going through it and dealing with it in the first game of the season against Jacksonville that have limited his production and ultimately why Jeff Wilson Jr was the closing running back for Miami when they were trying to run out the clock and set up Jason Sanders for that game-winning field goal and if I'm going to be honest I don't know if this is the only game rahem moer will miss it sounded like in Mike McDaniel's press conference earlier today that if this game was on Sunday he would have probably missed it not just because it was a short week which means there is a chance this is a multi-week injury now I don't think it's going to be some 3 we four we injury whatsoever but I think it's significant enough to have him potentially miss next week's game as well as Miami will travel to Seattle but good news is in that game they do have a week and a half to prepare with this game being on Thursday moving on to another player already listed as out wide receiver Malik Washington kind of a surprise to me that he was out in the first game it was really never a concern he was limited throughout the entire week and then all of a sudden right before the game in the final day before was like he was out like oh I didn't see that one coming but then already listed out here again which puts the wide receiver depth for Miami already at a low spot we already knew that it's not the greatest with Odell Beckham Jr on the pup list with River Craycraft on IR meaning they're both missing the first four games at least Tyreek kill and Jaylen W you're top two you have the best wide receiver du on football but other than that question marks everywhere between Malik braxon baros and Grant deos and now that Malik is out you really have question marks because Grant deos saw some PT on Sunday against Jacksonville but it was mostly just as a blocker which he is actually a pretty solid blocking wide receiver but I'm not trusting him to go out there and run routes and get catches on big plays Braxton baros might be one of the worst wide receivers in football he's lucky he's good on special teams or he would not have a roster spot right now and then Robbie chosen looks washed as well who's going to potentially be another practice squad elevation this week as he was in week one against the Jaguars so to me there is going to be someone that needs to step up to alleviate some pressure for Tyreek Hill and Jaylen wad maybe it's a wide receiver maybe it's a tight end maybe it's a running back in the passing game like it was in week one with Devon aan stepping up but someone is going to have to be a third option for Tong of aloa when he's dropping back the pass it can't all be on Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Wadd to create separation every play because they're likely going to probably uh point a lot of their secondary to them two guys on each might actually end up being the case and they leave one-on-one with some of the other pass catchers so someone's going to need to step up I'm looking potentially at Janu Smith but you let me know drop a name who needs to step up for the Dolphins doesn't have to be a wide receiver just name a pass catcher that needs to play well in week two against the Buffalo Bills let's move over to Devon Anan now in his injury status because he is listed as questionable he was a dnp on Monday and Tuesday as those injury reports came out but on Wednesday's in report he was listed as limited and then a questionable status which is a good sign because in Wednesday's walkr and the media was able to attend that and watch him he was not wearing a red non-con injury Jersey and he was moving pretty well according to all reports so hn who was Monumental in the success of the Dolphins offense on Sunday with 100 total purpose yards a touchdown seven catches he is going to be called on again to lead this Dolphins offense specifically from the back field but but there might be some limitations on hn in my expectations for Devon in week 2 I think he will ultimately suit up the fact that he participated at least in a limited capacity today in practice and then is listed as questionable tells me he is going to be active for this game against Buffalo but what remains to be seen is how he will actually be trusted I'm not sure he will dominate the touches in the back field like he did in week one I expect Jaylen Wright the rookie from Tennessee and Jeff Wilson Jr who closed out that game in week one to get a lot more playing time a lot more Touches for this Dolphins backfield and heck we might even see a Jaylen Wright Breakout game after being inactive for the first game of the season I do expect a Chan to play I expect him to have an impact in this game but I don't think he's going to be Full Throttle Devon hn where he's catching seven plus balls again and having a 100 total yards but he will be used a surprise appearance on the injury report came from safety Elijah Campbell he was not listed on Mondays or Tuesdays but on Wednesday he popped up with an Achilles injury is now listed as questionable this isn't the biggest loss he's a good special teams player for the Dolphins but if we're going to be honest here he's the fourth safety behind Marcus May Javon Holland and Jordan puyer he saw relatively no playing time in the first game of the season so it's not the biggest concern to me we'll see if he ultimately suits up or not for the fins but him being questionable does not change anything in this football game so don't get it twisted teron Johnson the corner for buffalo he is one of their leaders he is arguably their best cornerback although he is just a Nickelback and he doesn't play on the boundary that often he mixes it up in the Run game extremely well for that defense and is almost the leader outside of Matt Milano since he is on the injury report and not able to play until maybe December so now the secondary for the bills is going to look like this you do have some solid Corners I don't want to get it twisted rul Douglas and Christian Benford are actually pretty solid on the outside but you have a whole new secondary in terms of safeties with Taylor rap and Demar Hamlin being your top two guys those are obviously replacing Jordan puyer who's on the Dolphins now and Micah Hyde who remains a free agent but specifically cam Lewis who is expected to be the replacing player in that nickel Corner slot for teron Johnson there is a clear-cut Advantage between the Dolphins wide receivers and the bills secondary and I know it is only Tyreek Hill and Jaylen wad going up against this bill secondary but those two are so good at what they do they're the best duo in football in terms of wide receivers and they are both top 15 top 20 guys with Tyreek Hill being the best wide receiver in football and certainly the most dynamic offensive player in the entire NFL you should have the advantage and I do think you need to set up the pass with the run in this game but I would expect Tua and this offense for Mike McDaniel to really take advantage of the inexperienced safeties wise for Buffalo but also in that nickel spot because I would expect to see a lot of Tyreek and Jaylen in those formations where they get matched up with Cam Lewis on the inside because R Su Douglas and Christian Benford will not travel inside like you would think other Corners potentially would so let me know predict it for me we're going to kick it over to Tua will Tua throw for 300 yards again in week one he threw for 338 which leads the entire NFL did it again folks man he's good let me know if you think he's going to get 300 plus yards this week type WS Type n for no more Bill's injuries to know Dwayne smoo The Edge rusher has a toe injury he is out of this ball game and then Javon Solomon has an oblique injury he is doubtful which means there are two edges now for the Buffalo Bills that will not be playing in this game maybe there's a miraculous turnaround for Solomon but I don't expect it if someone listed as doubtful the day before a game so he's likely out make sure you to join us for this watch play them in early November you don't have to feel like that's a must-win game because it becomes a must-win game if you lose this one because you can't lose the complete tiebreaker to Buffalo in the AFC East if you have the aspirations to be winning this division which I know this team does and I believe they can it's a big game need the Dolphins offense to show up not get out of the Gates Slow they need to start fast need to finish strong and I believe this Dolphins team will be able to do it I've given a prediction of 2423 Miami it'll be close one but man this has a great big game feel to
