yo what's going on guys D wobs here and welcome back to a brand new video here on the channel today we have some news about season 16 the next season of Rocket league and Rocket League just revealed the brand new map that we're getting and yes we're finally getting a brand new map not a reskin of an old map and the new rocket pass car along with its variant and a new decal that's coming in season 16 so I thought I'd make a video showcasing this to you guys so here you can see a mini little trailer that theyve put for the brand new map which is called driftwoods which takes place in the woods take a look you can see the car driving down this nice Road in the mountains it's a BMW 1 series we'll get into that in a minute and he drifts off into a track in the woods it says you're now entering the drift woods and he's just cruising down here it looks really nice and there you can see it the new stadium over there so if we just pause right about here you can see the map is surrounded by a lake it's quite Misty there's a nice low fog and you can see a nice dusk View in the background the sun just peeking over the trees and it's just surrounded by the trees it's exactly what you think of a map called Drift woods and yeah overall I think this will look really nice of course it will have a grass field I'd imagine and that's always good and overall they've done a good job at the surrounding area of this map it's a cool environment I think it's long overdue that we had a forest style map in rocket league and you know we are pushing over into Autumn now so it's a very fitting map for this time of year you can see rocket League also posted this it's a postcard from driftwoods and it does showcase the brand new car the BMW 1 Series this is the standard Varian that you will get at the beginning of the rocket pass it's just the BMW 1 series it looks pretty nice it looks all right it sounds really good in the trailer as well if you Haven a listen beautiful sound of that exhaust but you can see in the trailer that this is the sport version the RL version whatever they end up calling it this is going to be the one that you get later in the rocket pass where it's got the spoiler on the top it looks like it has a roof rack as well you know since we are going in the woods it has a roof rack for your camping gear or whatever you want to take with you and the decal that you can see might be the decal that was designed by a rocket League player and they WN the competition because rocket league did recently run a competition where you could design a decal for the BMW 1 series and this one looks like it is the Driftwood map so maybe this isn't the fan-made one as you can see it's got the forest in the background then the mountains and then the nice Sunset sky looks like a really awesome decal actually so maybe this wasn't designed by a fan since it does match the map perfectly but yeah there you go that is the mini trailer for season 16 you can see it is a wood style map with the BMW 1 series and also in season 16 these are the ranked rewards as you can see it's just a banner and an avatar border they're pretty basic pretty generic they have this glitch style effect on them but they are the season 15 rewards that you will get at the start of next season so let me know your thoughts are you excited for a new map that looks pretty good and the BMW one series to finally make its way into rocket League that's all I have for you today and I'll see you in the next one goodbye
