[Music] [Applause] [Music] Hunter nice to meet you again let me say this was the scariest movie I ever saw on B Festival no way yes it is it is what what what kind of feeling is it playing in a hor movie oh my God it's so much fun I mean uh I don't know it feels like a horror movie in some ways but then um filming it also felt like filming a drama sometimes or the Sci-Fi stuff with all of these sci-fi element there's like so many genres happening I feel like horror was just one section of it but um it was really fun getting to scream and I don't know run around do horror stuff and the good thing is I'm from Los ofalia it's a state in um Germany where also Hunger Games were shot and where you also did many um scenes uh of Kus what what what was it working there so some some words about the surrounding and the area and the possibilities for f yeah well you now I've filmed three movies in Germany so but cuckoo was the first well cuckoo was the first movie I ever filmed movie wise um but it was my first time in Germany as well and getting to like spend a lot of time there uh so you know I was seeing a lot of um a lot of like these Landscapes but you know cuz like I think I think of cities like Berlin or something when I think of Germany and so I kind of got to see like these more rural Landscapes that were really beautiful and uh and I had like a wonderful crew to teach me about it you know and like who all became my friends and family and did you also have the time maybe to go out to see some things of the towns around there being a maybe nice German pup or anything else yeah yeah no it definitely did uh did like we had beer nights and uh and we've filmed in like a few different locations over the time we spend in cuckoo so there was like dorf and then cologne and then Vis vpen I think is what it's going be yeah um uh so yeah we we found little spots in each of the cities that was really cool and tman told us a very fun behind the scen story uh when you should a bleed from your head but it didn't work out so in in in your um own words what was your funniest moment on set of cucko oh funniest anything can happen on a horror movie oh yeah I mean oh god there were so many moments um you know Greta Greta and Dan were so funny in their exchanges as um arones and Beatrix because they're such intense characters but on opposite sides of the spectrum and like when they were fighting I was literally like I was on camera but I was I couldn't I don't think they got one clean take of me not laughing it was so funny yeah okay and what what is your trick um to be serious when you maybe lose it because some some weird thing happen and uh I know that for myself sometimes you can stop laughing so what is your trick that is then slap and be serious well that's the thing that's where it gets hard is because I feel like as soon as I as soon as it becomes a problem and I'm telling myself I can't laugh then it's done and now I'm just all it's all it is is laughter so you kind of have to like I don't know do some brain trickery and like just take yourself take yourself out of the situation entirely I don't know do acting and the the craziest thing I've ever heard because many many German uh actors or more actresses told me that they can't see herself on screen so how is it with you how what is your feeling when you see yourself on a big movie screen maybe in a horror movie like and you see yourself you know how it is was it was made but you see the scary scene so how is it for you I mean uh I don't I don't know this movie because I've I've been that actress before that has I I have to watch whatever I'm in like this CU I it's just too much but something about this I think I it felt really natural and easy and I could kind of like look at it objectively uh you know usually I go get dinner during Premier so I don't have to watch it but I and I had already seen the film yesterday for the premiere but I stayed because I wanted to see it again there's something about this that feels really watchable to me which is really nice great thank you very much thank you
