what uh what was the moment like when you realized you were making the team um I would say definitely grateful that's probably the best word to use um grateful just to have the trust of the coaches but um I would say it was um kind of like a switch cuz there's still a lot left to be done um you know a lot left to prove not to only me but my teammates now cuz I'm given that opportunity to be on this team to help this team win so yeah it's um you know in this league there's no security so I just keep coming out here put putting work in every day put good stuff on tape and do everything I can when you think back to uh when you think back to the spring and you're just an invite here did you even dare to think that this would be where you're going to be in in August here um yeah I mean that was the goal so you know I mean I to say no to that question would be a lie um cuzz then I'd just be wasting my time you know I came in here to try and prove I can play uh football but to say that that there was like No Doubt or anything like that would be lying you know obviously you know you have bad days and stuff like that you get down on yourself just like anyone else um but yeah I think um you know I I believe in myself um just happy with that how did you find out and then what was what did you do right after that um I got word from my agent in the morning that uh it look good and um I mean we we had practicing stuff yesterday so it's just normal day for me pretty much uh like I said um definitely um my first time being in um a professional organization and seeing um I don't know whatever you want to call cut day happen kind of different vibe to the building and everything like that um you know I saw a lot of my um friends and people that have grown close to over the past months I get let go so it's kind of a better Suite in that sense who is the first call when you did find out and you knew it was like for sure um I mean one of my agent called me and and said that uh I was I was at home so my um my mom was working from home that day and my dad was home so they kind of found out and then I called my girlfriend so did you see the video of the Lancaster team yesterday when the coach told the news I did yeah that made me uh that made me smile that that was very cool um cuz you know I was in that position to um not that long ago so definitely cool now that you've made the team what's the next step for in terms of switching uh to a different mentality you were obviously grinding it out just to make the roster now like you said not secure in your roster but different different rule yeah um I won't say pressure is the right word but um you know just um something to lock in even more for you know um if I have um God willing if I'm out there on Sunday you know I'm going to have to make plays for this team and you know um I've been a fan of this team for a while so there's even more like maybe than the average player like I want this team to win no doubt this organization to win you Jo who was your favorite Buffalo Bill o um I probably say recently it was um like Matt Milano probably over since he's he's been playing so I know he's my teammate so but so Milo Brandon be mentioned the local prod day and and how that allows this organization with guys like you to to maybe have a different experience more intimate and things like that what do you remember from the local prod day and and who you interact did and and met with here uh yeah I mean I met with everyone I see around the building now but at the time I didn't know I didn't exactly know um I knew who Brandon Bean was and Coach mcad obviously just from um you know watching the news and stuff like that but um I didn't know maybe all the coaches and everything like that um yeah it's a it's a day that um people can come in much like myself and um try and show you belong so great opportunity what's it been like with the whole the Buffalo Joe thing and just everything that's going on around town what that's been like for you uh it's been cool um you know I love this city I love Western New York uh you know um going to Brian you know I like you ask my teammates there I'm always talking about Buffalo and stuff like that um you know maybe get gets a bad uh name for the weather and everything like that but you know I grew up here I have a special attachment here so um you know seeing that stuff's cool um just like the blue collar mentality of uh Buffalo I think that's what makes it great how'd you get lost what was that all about um and what did you recall from I I don't recall much I know it was at training camp when I was I couldn't even tell you what age but obviously very young um and they used to have um I think my mom was telling me right used to have like a picture tent where the guy autograph signing tent so yeah we went in there when I was little got that picture taken does it seem real they you were a member of the Buffalo Bills um no uh you know I had a lot of people tell me congrat ulations kind of just within the building yesterday um you know not many like R trial or even undrafted guys period make it and they were telling me congrats and uh you know I don't know if I take compliments the best way I just kind of laugh cuz it's like um it it doesn't feel real you know it doesn't feel like um yesterday or today you know just another work day um just keep like so no to answer that question no yeah were you was like a Zub ass guy or did you Brak tables or no how how deep does your bills fandom go um no uh I was never a break table guy uh I've seen tables being been broken before um I'd go to the grass lot that that's where um me and my like um childhood friends would go yeah
