[Music] hi Joe it's coach rup I'm here on foil cling field back in Lancaster where your journey to the bills began Joe what's up my boy obviously shortterm congratulations right but it's time to really lock in I just wanted to tell you how proud all of us at Lancaster are of you keep working hard you're an inspiration go bills Joe on behalf of all of us here at UB and specifically UB football we are so extremely proud of you and this opportunity you created for yourself making the Bills roster we wish you the best in the upcoming season we appreciate what you've done for this University and we look forward to following your success Joe what's up man you put yourself in a good situation with your play so far um continue to keep your foot on the gas man you obviously you're very talented and you got the skill set um and you know this guy's a limit for you bro you've always been a hard worker you've always been a grinder right stay at it brother Hey Joe how you doing today Jim Kelly yeah that quarterback from way back in the day uh but I do remember I think it was 2009 somewhere around there that uh that uh you went to my football camp see what that camp did for you now you're in the NFL pretty cool huh I have a hand couple handfuls of guys you been the NFL but the thing is it's called hard work dedication and fighting that's right especially being a linebacker I was a linebacker back in high school but I decided to be a quarterback thank God that I did but no Joe I just want to congratulate you job well done keep up the great work keep fighting keep being that tough linebacker that you are bud and uh especially not only for for yourself but for your mom and dad that's awesome cuz I know when I was playing or before I made it into the NFL I prayed I'd be good enough to take care of the two people I love that was my mom and my dad so congratulations Bud um job well done good luck this year good luck in the rest of your NFL career cuz I know it's going to be Al stay healthy buddy God bless you what's up bro um man you did it it's it's an amazing moment for you I'm so happy for you it's something that um it's hard to put into words um I think you know that uh um we're not very uh emotional people but this is this is a great moment this is something that you're going to cherish forever day that you made the 53 man roster and it's just the beginning um this whole family knows it we all know it you know it it's just it's just a start it's just the beginning just keep taking these opportunities and running with them every chance you get I know you're going to be ready it's something that you've worked your whole entire life for since I mean 5 years old just playing in the backyard messing around just being little kids um it's something that you've always love something that you've always had fun with and ever ever since a young kid you always had that determination that that it factor that you knew that this kid this kid has something he's going to make it and you've always been a winner um I'm just so glad that I'm going to get to be part of this journey with you uh watch you every step of the way and I'm just so excited for you and I know you're going to put that work in day it's early mornings late nights and I know that's something that you enjoy and you love this game of football and um I love you bro I'm just I'm so proud of you and I can't wait um to watch what you do throughout the season and throughout your career 44 keep on kid let God direct your steps knowing with him nothing is impossible dare to be great with every step every move use what God has put in you love the game Run tell my Dad wrote this one stay low keep them feet moving always make an impact my son sideline to sideline just be Joe about you know what they say about my play and everything like that but things like this show you that there's a lot of people to prove right too
