Feds REVEAL Mayor Tiffany Henyard’s $100 Million THEFT From Residents

the village of Dalton is more than $3.5 million in the hole mayor Tiffany henyard is accused of misusing money and today she's nowhere to be found mayor Tiffany henyard has faced serious accusations of misappropriating 100 million in funds from the residents of Dalton these allegations have sparked investigations into how the funds were utilized and whether there was any personal gain involved we needed those officers to be on the street fighting crime and instead we have several officers that are riding around protecting the mayor it has been reported that former Chicago mayor Lori Lightfoot criticized Tiffany henyard for allegedly providing excessive extra pay to police officers for overtime work that some claim was unnecessary critics argue that the extra pay was mismanaged and question whether it was a prudent use of public funds particularly in a community struggling with budgetary constraints um ter young in F to 2023 earned $14,290 total it B salary and overtime and then off and then FY 2024 that increased to 27,31 combining the base salary and overtime a for FY 2023 had a total earnings of 145,000 $450 an officer and in FY 2024 192 and 732 we thought it also important for you to know that acting Chief Lacy has accumulated over time our understanding that he is not part of the collective farming Union and has not been uh for some time which under the normal circumstances would mean that he is not entitled to overtime but as you can see here for fy22 FY 23 and FY 24 and we're now in f in 2025 through those four years he's accumulated 215,000 un this is what we focus on Within These summaries the balance reflected already accounts for those held checks that life would was just discussing checks that have been issues that haven't cleared because they haven't been sent yet to vendors what you can see on the chart is that the unrestricted cash balance of the general fund has Dro from almost $5 million as of April 2022 and it is now accounting for all the checks that have de to be sent is now in a deficit position of over5 million allegations have surfaced that mayor henyard has intentionally delayed or blocked the renewal of licenses and the processing of paperwork for residents who refus to contribute to her Associated Foundation they're also requesting an invest tigation by the FBI and some of these allegations or accusations I should say are so serious that even some local businesses are saying that their licenses and things that they need are not getting renewed after they made decisions to cut cut off ongoing uh Financial donations to her campaign so it's a pretty big deal and this is one of the things that she was questioned on she has this Foundation a Cancer Research Foundation that people are also wanting an invest instigation into as she has not disclosed how she has used taxpayer money in that in that foundation and the thing is it's not just about misusing taxpayer funds that's bad enough on the surface but again this is a small town of 20,000 people uh all of these accusations that she's racking up are causing this town to go into unmanageable debt and the people are crying out for help here are a few of these people in fact I believe they're looking at right now a $2 million deficit which in a big city or a big town might not be that big of a deal but when you are the village of Dalton in the middle of Illinois it's a much bigger deal henet has faced criticism for allegedly instructing police officers to remove residents from public meetings particularly those who questioned her policies or financial decisions henyard has repeatedly told dissenting attendees to exit and instructed Laur enforcement to enforce her orders okay goodbye Valerie need to exit Valerie you need to exit come on I don't know why y'all do this this here in da any other Village be they remove people out they go you cannot be that disrespectful you cannot we will not take disrespect come on come on okay if she does not exit in the meeting if you do not exit the meeting got to do the meeting ain't about to be open so you cannot sit down the meeting truste st stop all right you can go we continue no because y'all Y disrespect yall think it's okay to continue there have been ongoing investigations into corruption within mayor henyard Administration allegations extend not just to henyard herself but also to employ employees hired under her leadership suggesting systemic issues within the local government of Dalton attorney Lori Lightfoot to lead an investigation uh into corruption against uh Tiffany henard there have been a number a number of allegations against her one Stafford said that she was sexually assaulted on a city trip uh to Las Vegas you have allegations of folks not getting paid in the city uh mean you name it also uh people being uh people being legally terminating so it's been lots lots and lots of drama uh and uh again when henya was on this show here uh I talked I had sources that were texting me that FBI investigators were literally talking to people as she was sitting on this set talking about how uh she uh did not commit any wrongdoing so again the FBI uh they have served four subpoenas one of her uh longtime lieutenants he is also been indicted he's been indicted uh for uh for for tax issues uh Keith Douglas Freeman has been charged with uh he's charged with bankruptcy fraud by making false statements in his bankruptcy petition concealing assets and sources of income as well oh by the way that same Keith Freeman he was the one who launched that foundation in the name of Tiffany henyard the one that she said to me she had no dealings with and didn't know who actually did it but he's actually an employees of her of her with the City of Dalton and Thorton Township where she's the supervisor Dalton residents have voiced their discontent with henards governance citing a lack of responsiveness poor management and a failure to address critical local issues public forums social media and Town Hall meetings have become platforms where citizens share their grievances particularly highlighting perceived failures in Service delivery Rising crime rates and economic mismanagement under hen yard's leadership City Hall this city hall that we pay for has been shut down 11 times in a row that's why we have to have those other meetings we can't even get access to our city hall okay think about that for a minute only because people want to hide their little secret squirrel agendas and then come back and and rant and raave and insult people when they bring it up that is absolutely pathetic and I was wondering the order is the order General aware of what's going on here if we can get something from the get the AIT General in here because there is no way all of this paperwork has been you know keeps staying hidden administrator has and myself we've asked and you have not gave us anything so what day can I come down and you make me copies of everything and then I have what you have and just a point of reference everything that you put on the agenda I never get the original copy of let's go back to what I'm asking I'm not going to give you record in office I'm theer of the records I maintain the records of this Village nobody else I do so if you want something specific you can ask me for it but you do not get all of my records and I'm done with this conversation okay clerk you do know that I'm just give you I'm cat you again about the law and I educate the public the the mayor has the right to review any record in our village at any given time for those that don't know how the rule during a public meeting regarding a sa case involving an attorney residents demanded that henyard step down from her position the specific nature of henards involvement in this case remains unclear but the community's outrage underscores a broader loss of trust in her leadership talking the talk not looking for a camera at every turn I was locking people up even took a bullet all in the name of being a public servant for the people in light of the allegations I as a resident of Dalton former law enforcement officer and female along with other Dalton residents would like to see you display some integrity and step down pending the outcome of this investigation and to our attorney it is a disgrace that you will not explain to this body what the rules of the First Amendment are total violation so cont to get your check mayor henyard has repeatedly faced questions about her administration's spending practices particularly regarding taxpayer money critics accuse her of evading direct answers about the allocation of public funds and expenses incurred by her office their questions regarding spending are not being answered that's got to be frustrating when this is the community you live in you just want these questions answer you want to know what money is being spent where how much when how often you some of the trustees also say that some of the bills just aren't getting paid the trustees also tried to pass a resolution recently to call for the Attorney General's office the FBI other uh law enforcement authorities to come in and investigate um but that was vetoed but they're going to keep trying but they are begging they're asking for any of these law enforcement organizations to come in and investigate residents too some of the residents say they have uh you know wrote letters to different authorities but they've not been answered but these folks are trying they're trying to get some oversight in their community and finally The Village says these are nothing more than two disgruntled employees trying to make off with taxpayers hard-earned money so I reached out to truste Jason house and I said hey what do you know about this third party investigation into what happened before after that trip in Vegas he said that's news to him and other trustees he that they knew nothing about this investigation nothing about that's what he's saying that's what he told me and that's why Jason house and three other trustees voted to appoint former Chicago mayor Lori Lightfoot to look into what happened on that trip to Vegas what happened after and other allegations of misuse of funds directed toward May Tiffany hener by six just so small two or three chairs in there you know two or three people that's all that's allowed in there residents are frustrated they want to know why is their Village haul off limits so we tried to find out fory you ask the mayor's office why as much of the village off limits I was told because of threats against trustees the mayor other officials so I said let me have a copy of these threats I want to see these threats who who's making these threats we're still waiting to get a copy of these threats on social media email we're still waiting for these threats The Village told us it's inundated with fouryear request so when it's able to get to our fouryear request in an interview with journalist Roland s Martin mayor henyard staunchly denied all allegations of wrongdoing she maintained her innocence insisting that the accusations are politically motivated attempts by her opponents to discredit her leadership I don't like you because of this or I don't understand this it was more of that than basically taking care of the business of the town we got elected to serve that's it we didn't get elected to make sure we like one another and that's why I get upset with people that are in government I want them to put that difference to the side and do what's right for the people that's it that's why I'm in the seat because I care about my to I went about 82% because people know and they saw me doing the work so um when you so let's talk about cuz I've read different stories and I'm trying to understanding what they mean so let's talk about a meeting uh your critics say you came dressed up as Nino Brown playing [ __ ] better have my money did that so as I stated and I'm made a statement for the news there is no subpoenas in my office and no one that we know of um regarding investigation so what I'm saying but they passed the resolution calling for a federal investigation and so what I'm asking is are you saying hey if I did nothing wrong fine y'all come and investigate or do you believe their the action of these trustees was improper I think they should investigate everybody and that way you see who is clear period And I would talk to this more at my boy meeting on Monday because you going to do one do everybody if you have those critics we're not talking about uh a large city we're not talking about uh a a massive budget uh and so do you believe uh it's proper to have a city standard that applies to you and all trustees and city employees that says sure you can fly but you fly economy not first class and then if you f if you stay in hotels you don't necessarily stay in Four Seasons or a hotel like that there are high Mar or whatever and so uh with because of the criticism do you believe in creating that type of travel policy I sure do Kenard has accused doltan Trustees of deliberately withholding bill payments to create a narrative of financial mismanagement under her Administration she argues that these actions are strategically designed to shift blame onto her and Justified calls for her removal which is legislative Council no for what so you're saying that the trustees are not paying bills correct in addition by them constantly suing you they're now piling up legal bills and that is what's also contributing to the deficit of the St that's correct and then we also had contracts contracts that was needed to be negotiated when I came in office for police for fire uh and for public works so once we negotiate something of those contract of course that adds to the deficit because now you got to increase people pay and we've done that you got retro pay you got all kinds of things that take into account but what they're not telling you is what I'm telling you here people got to state facts so people understand right now just throw this out there throw that out there and know facts to back it up what I'm trying to understand is this is a this look Tiffany henyard has long been accused of laundering taxpayer money although no official charges have been substantiated these allegations suggest that funds meant for public services have been redirected for personal or improper use she is being accused of historic historic misuse of taxpayer funds to the sum of first of all using the local police as her own personal security detail costing up to 1 million she's also being accused of misusing taxpayer money to pay for lavish trips for herself and collecting a combined salary with the supervisor position and her mayor position of $287,000 this is a small town in Illinois 20,000 people people the highest salary in our US government is $400,000 and she's making just under 300,000 now before we go even further just so you have a bit of an idea of of some of the Antics that Tiffany will pull off uh this is her at a a a local public meeting dressed up as an Infamous criminal kingpen named Nino Brown critics accuse henyard of using taxpayer money to finance Billboards around doton promoting herself with images and quotes aimed at bolstering her Public Image such expenditures are viewed as self-serving and a misuse of public resources intended for Community Development rather than personal branding there's a real life Parks and Rec situation going on in a small village outside of Chicago thanks to this mayor Tiffany haard and with George Santos leaving the house this is the new funniest most corrupt politician in the United States of America I learned about Tiffany today when I read an article about the ordinance she's putting in that states if she loses her reelection to be mayor the mayor salary will be decreased from $225,000 to $225,000 but if she wins it will stay the same when I read that I realized I had to learn everything about this woman and as it turns out the 90% payat doesn't even correct the top 10 of the most corrupt things that this woman has done in a short year that she's been the mayor of Dal in Illinois if you're on a highway near Dal in Illinois you will see Billboards of Tiffany henard these are all Billboards that are paid for by taxpayers and they advertise things such as senior services and free fresh produce but Tiffany always puts her face and name in huge letters opposed to the actual thing it's advertising in order to get her name out there and as I said this is all paid for by taxpayers Tiffany recently went to Las Vegas with a few of her friends to attend a conference while there she spent all of this money on air FR hotels and then money at restaurants like Ruth Chris's when questioned about her travels in business class using public funds henyard reportedly deflected refusing to provide clear answers and often changing the subject Cafe Hollywood hot and juicy crawfish and this was all paid for for by the taxpayers because she was there attending a conference she also spent a fair amount of money at Baba gum's uh Shrimp Company and then she brought the hat that she bought there to her Town Council when she was being questioned about the money she spent in Las Vegas afterwards Tiffany was asked by the local news station about her time in Las Vegas I just want to remind you before you watch this clip this is this is not a show this is real life this is not this is not comedy it's not a skit you didn't go to Las Vegas what is that no come you don't know if you were in Las Vegas of course I do were you it's not paid by then did you fly first class to Las Vegas any other questions in one highly publicized event henyard was seen dancing with police officers an act that many residents found inappropriate given the serious issues facing she's also recorded a music video with taxpayer dollars it's not even her own song it's just her singing over it this is a legit comedy show I can't wait for the documentary about this look at her with the cops and the crazy thing is all of the things I've mentioned this is it's only the tip of the iceberg with her I could do a 10p part series on Tiffany she she is the most iconic politician Runner right now she just does what she wants and then she she just she just keeps it moving she goes I'm going to keep spending taxpayer dollars I'm going to have to do a 10p part series on this woman cuz she may be the goat while some Dalton residents have gone as far as labeling henyard as the most corrupt mayor in the country these statements reflect deep frustration rather than legally established fact Tiffany henard is the most controversial mayor in all of America so this mayor named Tiffany hinder is the mayor of a place called Dalton Illinois and essentially every single resident in Dalton wants Tiffany out of office this is mainly because Tiffany's very controversial use of taxpayer money for starters Tiffany has a full security detail that goes everywhere with her in the town this security detail is estimated to be about 250k a year in addition to security Tiffany also uses taxpayer fund to do things like buying billboards with her face and name on it she also puts her name all over government vehicles and buildings throughout the town and she even has her own 2024 calendar and of course she put her own birthday in the calendar now in addition to all of this Tiffany has also made it extremely hard for anyone to run against her currently she makes around 225k a year however if someone were to run against her and win they would not be getting anywhere close to what Tiffany's making this is because Tiffany is proposing a 90% cut in her salary but only if someone who is not her is elected this would Dr to pay from 225k to just 25k yet even with that massive pay cut people still want to run against Tiffany just so they can get her out doton trustees have expressed their disappointment in hen's management citing her inability to effectively lead the city and accusations of covering up scandals including sa cases the rift between henyard and the trustees signifies a broader dysfunction within the local government impeding progress and undermining the administration's credibility this young lady said she went to the mayor to try and you know explain what her happened to May said I'll take care of this don't worry and then she gets put on FMLA and loses her job could something have been done differently by the mayor who she thought who she looked up to this young lady absolutely she herself should have launched an investigation an investigation this happened on your watch you should have taken action immediately absolutely absolutely you have a daughter do you not feel anything absolutely to do that you have a daughter you have an obligation to this Village you are the leader you are a leader to let something like that go by and not get involved you are just as much um oh my God everybody should be prosecuted to the full extent everyone involved even if you knew about it and you covered it up you as well should be take part of this blame here you should take fault you should hey something should happen to you as well if you know something say something this trustee always speaks if you know something say something well you've done something and you said nothing girl from trips and trucks to covering up [ __ ] Tiffany what do you got going on Tahoe Tiffany what is it what is going to be next henyard approach to self-promotion has drawn criticism with Billboards and public statements emphasizing her influence rather than her role as a servant of the people critics argue that this focus on personal branding detracts from the duties of governance and portrays a mayor more concerned with image than with impactful leadership her 2024 has been nothing short of electric As We Know Tiffany loves putting herself on some posters if there there's a poster in Dalton Illinois where she's the mayor she's on it that included Tiffany heyer's happy Martin Luther King Day poster where she put herself on the poster very big and then put MLK in the bottom in this little box these two boxes uh I guess you would say that was Martin Luther King's dream here we could see she wished everybody a Happy Valentine's Day of course she was on the photo on the night of Valentine's Day she held a party with which was of course a party not just for the town but more specifically for herself and her friends at the town's ice skating rink here she is at it this ice rink was really never supposed to be built because the town's in a million dollars of debt but Tiffany Hayer said no we're building it
