Byron I remember Butch Jones who one of my best friends and watching you at Alabama and I was really impressed with you the other day when you talked about coming in I felt like I deserved it that shows a ton of maturity it would appear to me the Byron young of Alabama's back now am I reading you right yeah I will say so um I will say so for you what do you think you're better at this year um I think that you know I'm a more consistent you know people can trust me more so to do my job um every single time I'm out there so I think that's a really big part of building trust with everybody else on the D line everybody else behind me so I think that's a really big part of it everybody I talk about this a lot but rookies are going to be rookies very few come in in Our Stars they have to build to it is that the hardest part when you're dominant in the SEC at the best program in the country to getting into the NFL and realizing okay I'm I'm no longer the big fish in the Little Pond huh sir is that hard uh it's a little bit difficult cuz you know uh everybody grows up throughout high school and a lot of guys are the best players in high school and then they develop and they're the best player at their college and and the college is around them and then you come to the NFL and you're playing against Pro players you know it's not like going up against somebody from school a or C who maybe a fth year senior is not going to go to the NFL but once you get here everybody's a pro everybody's playing for their family they're playing for their their livelihood and so it's a big difference having known Nick for so long he's a big body language guy so in last year get way out p on the other side last year you didn't see a lot of the emotion from you it's back this year how important is body language for a player I think it's really important cuz I think it's contagious um a lot of guys can feed off of it you know if you asked a lot of guys last year I was just quiet I wasn't myself I'm I wasn't as confident but this year is different um it's changed I do a lot more talking I talk a little bit of trash now so I think it's contagious and I think it helps thanks Byron
