this is a major warning for the food supply and the food you could be eating right now right they are warning that multiple different people have lost their life from eating meat that you can buy at the store and 18 states have been warned that this outbreak is happening currently all right this is meat that you have potentially bought from Walmart Publix Costco all right any of these places you could have picked this up and potentially have this so what's going on with our food supply we're going to dive into it I'm going to give you all the details really quick guys please just hit that Wisconsin Illinois Indiana Tennessee Florida Georgia North Carolina South Carolina Virginia Maryland Pennsylvania New Jersey New York and Massachusetts have all reported A outbreak from this all right and there have been nine people that have lost their life around the country from this outbreak too and it's still ongoing all right the toll of that has risen three people just in the past week or two right have lost their life from this and they're saying that it could take 3 to four weeks for symptoms to even pop up after you ate this all right so this is what's going on it says nine people have tragically lost their life in connection to a leria outbreak among bores head deli meat products the CDC has warned all right so B's head you think this is like one of the more the bigger Brands the more luxury Brands like a higher quality brand and they are now having over nine people have lost their life from eating this that's what the CDC is reporting all right they're also saying there have been 57 cases total and all of the infected cases have been hospitalized and this has happened across 18 different states that I just listed here all right so there's probably more people that even have this too that aren't going to the hospital they're just sick upset stomach feeling like have have food poisoning and probably don't even know what it is because they're saying here quote recent illnesses may not yet be reported as it usually takes 3 to 4 weeks to determine if a sick person is part of an outbreak the CDC said the true number of sick people in this outbreak is also likely higher than the number reported so they're even saying that there's probably more people that are sick from this but they just haven't gone to the hospital but all the people that have gone and got testing for this cuz it was so bad have ended up hospitalized 57 people apparently and nine of those 57 people have lost their life all right so that's not a good right here or a good sign and what's going on with our food supply right why can you not eat lunch meat and deli meat in the United States it says here the bores head recall was first issued in July in linked to ready to eat liver worse product the recall has since expanded to include dozens of products including such as sliced ham varieties sausages and Loaves all of which were manufactured at the same Virginia plant as the liver worse it says slice Boris had turkey and chicken products cheeses and dips pickles and condiments are not included all right so they're saying that turkey chicken cheese dips pickles condiments are not included apparently in the recall but I don't know if I would take the risk honestly cuz we don't know what exactly is going on with Bor head and they keep adding more and more items cuz more people keep getting sick from different things all right and you could have eaten something just last week and it's going to take just a few days ago just today and it's going to take 3 to four weeks to show up as a illness right and it's one of these things you're not probably not even going to remember you ate some bores head three 3 weeks ago a month ago it's very random thing you could have got like a a sub somewhere like a public sub or something like that and had Boris had meat on it and totally forgot about it right and it says here those who have purchased the Brand's item should throw them out or inquire about a return at the store where it was bought additionally clean any surfaces that come in contact with the meat such as refrigerators and containers some symptoms of leria contamination may include fever muscle aches stiff neck convulsion and confusion and could be more severe in people who are pregnant over the age of 65 or have weakened immune systems symptoms may take 1 to 4 weeks to show up or as many as 70 days if you start showing symptoms call a health care provider right that's what they're saying that's like the official thing that the CDC is putting out about this warning because just in the past week it was six people and now it's nine people right so something's going on this is like still affecting people right now and there could be more outbreaks they even saying the numbers are probably higher all right so what do you think's going on is this just negligence is this intentional what exactly do you think is happening at this BS head facility and this is something I thought was interesting too this was also posted too it says bores head commitment types it says hiring and training it says bores head is part of the quote tent Coalition for refugees in the US exploring hiring training and mentoring opportunities for refugees across the country all right so that's just something else I was like I saw here and their borad their borsh head profile here is that they have this program too and what do you think is happening do you think this is intentional do you think there is sabotage going on or is it just negligence what is happening here because Bor head used to be like a brand that you pay more for it's pretty expensive and it's supposed to be like high quality it doesn't have uh nitrates and certain preservatives things like that in it all right that's one of their main selling points but if you don't have all that it and you still get sick what's the point here what's going on is it sabotage of the brands is it trying to take down B's head from the inside right I'm not saying these things are happening but or is it just negligence where the facilities are just not up to par all right and it is covering tons of different products all right it's a lot of their ham products most of their ham products are showing up on the list here a lot of their pork products all right they're roasted pork seasoned pork they baloney all right most of their baloney products are showing up their bacon products are showing up Canadian Sal uncured bacon Steakhouse roasted slab bacon is on the list frankfurt's are on the list sausages Old Country smoked ham is on the list as well all right so if you have any of these products from Bor said then you need to dump them and the CDC just put out this warning and this a word for this right so this is why it's just becoming more critical to grow your own food as well right that's one of the main things that we're working on here on our Homestead is we have dozens and dozens of chickens right we have more eggs than we know what to do with we're hatching out more chicks for meat production right we have our Gardens going so these are the things we're working on and every day it becomes more important because the food supply is not reliable and the food supply that is here it's extremely tainted and poison and I don't want it to be that way right we are still blessed to have the food that we have on the shelves right but at the same time a lot of it is a it's lower quality food than it was 10 20 years ago right it has all these ingredients in it it shouldn't have and there's more risk associated with it too right so start growing your own food and start supporting people locally as well too that are growing food at farmers markets things like that because if these products are ever cut off at least you have a local access point right you know someone personally locally that you can get the food from you can buy the meat
