know who you are right you hear the fans and the opposing team's on game plan for you so how do you you not have a a sophomore slump like how do you approach this game differently this year from your rookie year I think uh just trying to be consistent I feel like number nine uh he can make every throw on the football field so he he he definitely makes our job easy but trying to be as consistent as possible in the Run game and then in the quick game not every opportunity I get trying to take the most advantage of it year number two going into I just need some predictions cuz last year you you crushed every record some numbers this the new guy y'all young guys got to go after now cuz he got the rookie Record Man Year too I don't want you to get too crazy but just tell me how you feel what we predicting this year man we going to beat that record uh I don't know I think we got our guy C coming back and we got signed Dr Rob too so we got a wide out room that everybody's got to they're not shading one way because we're going to light them up everywh and we got our guy Tut two who's our downfield stretch so I feel like we got four guys who are ready to come out here and play and everybody can be the number one sky so um I'm excited just to be out there and do what I can NCAA 20124 is out now man hey if if if if they had to go back and put my boy p in there what you think your rating would be cuz I see you did your Madden rating man if you was in NCAA 20 what your mad ra I don't know I haven't seen it but I was myself I got I got to give myself some boost right that's pretty good so what would your rating be in NCAA 2024 man if you was he was in there shoot and college I don't know I might have been I might have been a low 80 I to be honest I'm I'm not going to I ain't going to boost you got the stats up already those on are set St for sure man if you had to let me ask you though from your rookie season going this season can you name be the top three corn did you face uh Stefon Gilmore step uh I thought Jer Alexander was really good beast and then um Ward from the the 49ers yeah Letty good I like what type of games you have against them though uh shoot I mean out of my control with the injuries but uh I just I never wanted that label of getting cut on my you know what I mean then I just feel like the let the injuries kind of the me of a a stellar uh as a as a older guy I could I could speaking to these young guys now uh I feel like those Andes definitely taught me a lot about myself and about the game of football learn to appreciate it more we talk about revenge though cuz I've been cut he been cut right obviously you got cut what's the revenge like not even with Buffalo just playing again like that chip on your short oh for sure you know mean I I just always feel like when I'm on the field I'm one of the best corners in the league uh just press off game uh bail game I just feel like I could do it all man scheme Zone scheme just I feel like you know when I'm on the field my my my play Fe for itself I mean I got great feet uh it just feel I've seen a lot of ball too so I feel like in this position here it come with a lot of trial and there you got to get beat on things you got to get a feel for the game and with me not being able to practice of play ball ever since September man it just feels good to be out here seeing full speed maneuvering Brown body so I just think right now honestly from where I'm at to thinking where I was at four or five months ago bro I can honestly say I'm proud of myself cuz I batt through man I just want to tell you congrats man for a big my last question he hold on let me give yall a quick story about Shady though all right so look my rookie year Shady really don't talk to Rookies you know what I mean so he always gave hard time so if you make some plays so I give you I think it's like six or seven game of the year we playing Tampa Bay djck on the team so we uh so we trying to do something Shady from of the ball it's like two minutes left in the game Shady from of the ball so he come Shady Shady never f with the ball you know Shady got the ball in one hand hey look when I finally had it tuck he he had it tuck that time so somebody got it out so uh Tampa got the ball trying to drive up to score the knocked it out no no no no no hold up this 2017 now this my Rick hold up so look so Tampa run a screen so we in cover three the get number one come up tun screen he come up and come back under so I retrace he coming up the field I punched it out bam and recovered it so I kind of save the game so I get to the side shade it on that te he's like yeah this my young boy right here nobody talk to so look after that say invite me everywhere inv me on birthday trip we going to get Wing I together though but you know I'm excited though talk to me about uh Stafford man y'all got a a heck of a quarterback man we've been talking about you know we don't think he gets enough credit in the league but we feel like he's a top guy man talk to me how's the transition you know going into this your second year here right yeah yeah yeah you here two been here going on fourth year talk to me about the Stafford you know transition and you know kind of jelling together with one of the kind of top quarterbacks in the league right now I think he I think he the top I think he wanted the top you know for sure um you know he's smart I mean he could call a whole He call offense by himself for real you know you but um man just him just being there for us and coming putting us coming us together and everything I feel like he a great quarterback tough guy man that man you know what I'm saying take a lot of hits you know what I'm saying played this game for a long time been around a lot of good quarterback man he's definitely top five in my book man that man can put that ball anywhere on this field from whatever position you know what I mean great guy man for sure is this is it still the same man you know Coop and Stafford used to they used to meet before pra and didn't really tell anybody else is that is that is that still the same or or he let y'all in me y'all experienced that yet they I don't know about it I think I think him poing in oh he in there too he n he be with me I ain't in there he like oh we was uh me you uh who else everybody else yeah we we we was you know what I'm saying then win the game in a close situation type of area I feel like in Kansas City we just had like big time plays a lot of speed guys like DJ Tyreek now they got you know what I'm saying the word the kid you know what I'm saying I think they know how to make big exposive plays like that but we kind of work the ball down the field and smart increment but still like make exposive plays cuz we got great players that can do that type of stuff too so I mean I feel like just just the the smallest difference that they got definitely winning games though for sure I definitely would say both of them know how to slice and dice you know uh Sean definitely can he can he can he can find the weak spots in the defense you know um from week to week and just be able to be make quick adjustments like oh this this defense do this okay we going to do this just cuz they do this you know just catch him on their weak spot but um it's crazy being around him you know he a great football guy like great footb remember everything every play whatever year it was he remember that I ain't going to lie son smart boy let's talk about this we want to keep yall too long we know these boys tired they been around I seen two run a deep rout he was look back say hey man pick it up he come up he didn't know who I yard hey yeah hey no so this my question y'all NCAA 2024 man if all y'all could rate y man what's your rating going to be in NCAA 2024 man what's 98 98 I was like that 98 what's the speed 99 99 I ACC went for thousand come on you got was 7 and0 and I was there to my boy real girl had go to West Virginia over some crazy stuff but I don't know I probably would have been like 85 keep a humble i keep5 0 okay all right bet T what you got [Applause] [Applause] you know you got to get kind of get the Playbook and anything like that but today you know I had to make my presents felt that mean what that mean I just had to make my present felt a little bit today I Ain going 99 ain't in the middle no more man he ain't on that defensive line no more man how we going to replace that man I'm a scout I'm a GM I'm the next team how we going to replace Aaron D I know we got a young you know young fell here how we going to replace that man you can't replace Aaron that's one of the that's one of the best if not the best ever to step on the football field especially at the D tackle position when you get 55 and you get eight right next to each other you getting dead close that's how I'm just going to say heard that man hey so this year y'all going to be wrecking some things and if you got 55 and8 or 99 out there y'all going to put some pressure on the quarterback is that safe to say that's very safe to say I I agree with you on that one I like the confidence man I like the confidence who's the quarterback that you you waiting to ATT everybody has these like I can't I get my chance to like when I was playing I wanted to uh Shake on Ray Lewis you know what I mean but I got my chance he was older so I didn't really count so I'm asking you what quarterback you got out you really want to sack I got two for I got two for you OB obviously Pat Mahomes I need my hands on Lamar one you legit leg let me just tell you this I play with Lamar man just be ready when you go up to him cuz he he like that I'm getting low bet but I like his on that because like a lot of players like always my my my like advice to Rick is be like yo the same dude you thought you was in college come to the league with the same attitude everybody trying to fit in he got that already he already think he I like that yeah definitely and you talked about what quarterback you want to sack what tackles you want to go against cuz that's how you know how good you really is oh yeah I definitely want you I talked to the other day and the first thing he said to me he said like there a lot of good tackles in the league but like like too different except that was the only one he said he was like except what about Lane Johnson yeah yeah he yeah he definitely but like when I think of like the tackle I want the most it's Tren legit too so he talking about college if y'all to
