THEY WANTED TO PULL THEM OUT OF THE COUNTRY AND SECURITY GUARANTEES THAT WOULD DRAW IN OTHER COUNTRIES TO DEFEND UKRAINE IF IT WAS EVER ATTACKED. BUT THE PEACE TALKS WOULD BREAK DOWN. WHEN IT COMES TO TALKS FROM KYIV, VLAD PEER ZELENSKYY WOULD JUST RESHUFFLE TO HELP WHAT HE'S CALLING HIS VICTORY PLAN AND TO PRESENT THAT TO BIDEN LATER THIS MONTH. AND THAT WILL INVOLVE THEIR REGION, SETTING UP THE LAND SWAP. AND THE OTHER
