Hobby Lobby Christmas Decor August 2024

hey hey welcome back so you can see we're in the car which means we are probably not gardening at this very moment um we're going to do something a little different today we're here with Michael um yes Michael and Michael if you weren't aware of that already uh we're going to go to Hobby Lobby and pick up some Christmas stuff I know it's August I know it's early but you know what you don't grab some of this stuff and it's gone so we're going to show you what they've got in early August August uh actually we're mid mid August now aren't we yeah yeah it's like towards what today's the 15th yeah so we're mid August now um so we set in our probably what would be the last video that we did that we do a lot of Christmas uh huge outside display as well as about 13 Christmas trees so we're going to bring you along for that so we thought we'd start today it's sort of gardening there's going to be some Greenery so come along join us [Music] of [Music] [Music] we're currently arguing about ribbon we're going to have to ask you all what you think green Velvet Ribbon he wants green velvet I say no we'll show you this is the green velvet it's wonderful and then this is the other green velvet this one L so much it kind of looks cheap okay he says it looks cheap now but we have a green ribbon that he wants to use and I think he should use gold with it this is pretty Disney fans these are for you big pink Donuts [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] so that shopping trip was very successful $100 later and I got my Grinch wreath and he said he didn't want anything today and my velvet ornaments which I didn't know they were coming out with velvet ornaments and I'm a velvet fiend so very excited about that didn't want anything today but we had to get it or it sells out but overall good day um so let's show you what we got we didn't get a whole lot but we'll show you what we got real quick Michael got things for his tree oh yeah I got a lot of stuff from our tree so you can't really see it in the light but these big navy blue velvet ornaments and then and these were they were $10 cuz they were 50% off everything that we got today was on the 50% off thing so um but that may not be on in your location yeah may not be in your location so be sure to check your sale things okay so I got two sets of these little birds with the uh snow on them aren't they cute um they were $8.99 well 50% off that I got two of them and then I got green small velvet balls $1.99 half off that I don't really think it's a necessary T price for thing where it's half off but I'll tell you anyway then the medium siiz green velvet $ 13.99 as you can see 50% off and then the larger green velvet balls for $1 199.99 which sorry the glare is terrible yeah you probably can see the entirety of everything but there's that we got the $149.98 Whimsical tree it's not listed as a grinch tree it's listed as as Whimsical you can see here Whimsical tree um we got the last one I highly suggest if you want to do this look if you can grab it grab it they are sold out online they've been sold out a couple different times now um so if you want it grab it and then I got the wreath to to go with the tree because we're doing it an outside yeah this is all going to be outside so again if it's something that you do want to do you really need to go and do it um they're not going to have these things forever so anyway um that's the end of our shopping trip which was supposed to be a video about what they have right now but it turned into a shopping trip and that's okay that's okay we do that all the time um we love Christmas we love decorating so we're going to bring you through all of that um can't wait to show you what that looks like um this will be an outdoor look with the Grinch stuff Grinch seems to be a triend this year like they were Grinch pillows that you saw in the video there were um Grinch Fabrics there were Grinch everything so I have a very very strong feeling that those are going to sell out fast um the trees have already sold out twice they're already sold out again online um that's usually a a sign and we got the last one at this location so they have no more um the smaller trees seem to be doing a little bit better this is a 5ft have a smaller 3ot that's available and then the garlands and and the reads they had plenty of those no they had like two reads they had a few of those um also the Velvet trend is going to be pretty heavy this year I've already seen it on Instagram Pinterest I've seen it in Tik Tok I've seen it everywhere so if that's something you're looking to do if velvet is your thing they didn't have a lot of the velvet that he got um they didn't have any they only had the big uh velvet navy blue but they had a lot of like uh Brown and uh the dark hunter green which I think everybody's just finally catching up with good taste yeah with velvet because it's my favorite and now I'm going to probably go completely overboard with velvet everything and surprise surprise I hate it I can't stand it it's a terrible look for me uh but he gets his on tree so uh only one of the that we have 13 you decorate a few of them but anyway all the ribbon on every he does all the ribbon so we'll get to that when we do the videos we're going to show you all that stuff cuz we really go all out and and I don't want to sound egotistical but we do a really good job we have some really cool trees some unique trees you don't see yeah I don't like usual so yeah um anyway thanks for watching we appreciate you if you haven't
