FIRST NIGHT! Halloween Horror Nights 33 Team Member Preview

[Laughter] good evening we are here today for Universal's Halloween Horror Nights it is team preview so yeah I get to experience this before everyone else does this Friday am I ready no but I'm going to also we're just going to walk around the parks I'm going to show you some ways to navigate around the scare zones if you're too afraid to go through it that's if we can uh if not then well we just going to go through together won't we uh with that being said let's go ahead and get this spooky night [Music] [Applause] started Halloween hor [Applause] [Music] all right team member preview has officially started we're just waiting to get in but this crowd is [Music] safe all right made it inside uh took a little longer to get in but we are in let's get this started so we're going to make our way towards New York and start from there and we're going to see what we can get [Applause] into not going to lie that kind of got me got me all right quiet place is only a 15 minute right now should we do it no we're not doing it all right so maybe it's because of team member preview but I asked can I use the skull souvenir cup that we got last year on our back you know for refill and stuff and she said it only can be with the souvenir cup that they got this year so we'll check back in on the actual night of Halloween hor nice to see if that's still the same I got one question so uh what are you looking forward to the most for tonight absolutely the Ghostbusters house is why I started coming in 2019 cuz it's my whole childhood all right thank you made it over to the torture Fair we're going to walk around real quick and then we're going to head over over into the triy store after we're done [Music] here like soed that I'm jump was funny because I wasn't paying attention enjoy that a little bit it was more open I didn't feel claustrophobic I don't know all right well let's go ahead and check out the tribute [Music] store very [Music] I really like this I like this a walk down the middle you are not safe from the scra here but if you are where to go on the sidewalks here or over here you are safe from getting scared so coming up next is going to be the Blum House scare Zone but first let me point out the uh it's the 5 minute wait right now for a sweet candy factory I've already decided I'm not doing any scare scare houses I'm not doing any houses tonight I am waiting for to come back with some friends and you know beautiful wife I I can't I cannot do it by myself I can't no [Music] the Blum House was it was interesting interesting uh I'm curious to see how this is going to turn out when it gets a little darker out uh now that we are out of the glum house SC Zone we are going to go check out the one bar I can't remember I'm sorry don't don't don't kill me y'all don't kill me all right we're walking past uh that just right now because I know I thought I was going to go around 9:00 to to nightmare fuel my mind I'm going to try to make it to the to 8:00 let's go why we still if it's not full already you grow up would you be the savior of the broken you should leave immediately but if these dark visions entice you then welcome to A New Nightmare [Applause] [Music] n [Music] [Music] ooh look at these lights I like the color of these lights hi how's it going so um now that I got some where there's some light uh nightmare fuel it exceeded my expectations again so we was really curious how the how this line was going to work out so it looks like the deadly exhibit is going to be going into the C line and maybe to back stage I'm assuming yeah almost every bar that I walked past so far it has a line team members know how to drink I don't know if y'all can see that over there but that is the bar that I like to go to and hold up let's see if I can get a closer look over there so there's lines on both sides and then there's people hanging out on the corner there and there's more around the corner team members like to drink yeah the moment has come we now have to uh we have to Brave our fears and go through the SW of the UND dead y'all know how terribly afraid I am with zombies and tonight has come but before we do that I'm just going to show you what path you can take to go around the scare Zone if you don't really want to go through it so all right first things first make sure your flash is off I messed up and accidentally had my flash on SpongeBob store pants icy stand here very dark Pathway to go around but hey you can still go through it it's going to be creepy it's going to hear the noise but you don't have to go through the scar Zone like I'm about to do like a dummy [Music] oh my God a oh my God don't don't don't C me no they're talking we're going to pass by that oh my God my heart is racing right nowo [Music] W oh my God the trick is to not act trick is to not act afraid the [Music] trick gosh there's someone behind me there someone behind me [Music] oh my God he's literally behind me he is literally behind me I need to get out of the scare Zone get me out of the scare Zone get me out of the scare Zone God I want you to know I did that for y'all look I I'm shaking right now I hate zombies and I'm just doing this for you he's he followed me from the start on the other side all the way to this side I tell you they smell fear they smell my fear all right now with that being said now that all that's done here's your safe Zone you just walk all the way around it and you don't have to worry about walking through that area all right onward oh okay so scratched that what I said about it being dark um there is there is lights back here but unfortunately no water show this year though so sorry ah look at that so beautiful so aside from the fact that I almost [Music] cried anyways on to our next SC Zone it's like um yeah [Music] we were [Music] [Music] like ins [Music] you think you have strength in your sanity you're [Music] wrong sorry I forgot to tell yall where this uh what scar on that was that was the demon Queens um they got me a couple of times going to be honest with [Music] you so it looks like they are scaring inside of the minions land but just with chainsaws like a few of them so it's not a lot though so if you're on a sidewalk you're safe you're in the street you're not so all right so I made it back over into Insidious so I'm going to try a drink uh I think we're going to try Bell of Shadows here here is the B Shadows it's got black licorice on top no worries I'm not going to eat that you can miss me on that one first it remember when I said you can miss me on that one I thought I thought this was a straw this whole thing is black licorice all right it's no no no I'll be back for this one it's called Bellow Shadows yeah I just looked over here across from Ms D in to where this booth is and or I'm sorry food stand and here we go now we know he killing it with that bat over there this area here is going to be a photo op area and whoa look all the way over there [Music] the we ordered and now we go through here look it is oo that's creepy here we go [Music] it's good but it's almost too sweet so if you are not a fan of sweet drinks I wouldn't suggest getting this one but if you want the souvenir it only comes in this I I I'm sorry but yeah um I'm going to continue drinking it though because all I bought it so [Music] [Music] [Music] uh this is your first time being here how do you like it so fary it's dope I'm not even going to lie to you I didn't even expect for it to be dope I a going to lie I was like oh I'm kind of scared but hey but you handling though I did yeah you did yeah you did so how was the house is you in know how like in the house so far 10 out of 10 quiet play so far I can't wait to do Insidious but yeah we in there in there all right all right it's me and my sugary drinks and we made it over to Dion alley uh I don't think the death theaters are out just yet but we're going to walk we're going to go ahead and head on over to our next location which is right back there uh that is my favorite area I was save this one for last so yeah let's get going what were you looking for to the most for tonight um because I love the movies and like the whole series I'm really excited for the quiet place the quiet place have you walked through it yet no not yet this is that's actually what we're going to next I'm so excited y' good good luck to Y I'm going to be honest I'm going to stay quiet oh my God I I will get you all killed I'm just saying all right all right and for you uh I really was excited when they announced all the different like original houses not the IPS but the originals cuz there are so many this year and they all look so good we just did like goblin feast and like I love that house it was so fun went but like him I'm really excited for quiet place too just because that as a haunted house just sounds really cool to do oh my gosh y'all are bra you know I I give y'all that I can't do it get it all right so we made it back here and this line is too long oh my God team members stop drinking so I heard the black cat repeat is good I'm going to have to try this drink so uh what were you looking forward to the most from hhn quiet place bro a quiet we haven't done it yet though but a quiet place five place for sure and Nightmare fuel but nightmare fuel you haven't done that one yet right no I'm not going to spoil it I won't spoil it for better than last year yes really I say it's about on par with last year even with black parade they still got I spoiled it um I'm most excited for insidious we haven't done it yet but I'm very excited I think you might have chosen the worst house of the night hello hello hello and what are what are you looking forward to the most from hhn I was looking forward the most to drink this this this right here this is my guy all right on our we're only on our second you know night's still early but a black cat right here at across from the Harry Potter area delicious okay all right all right tastes like a sour patch kit that's my next drink by the way so stay tuned for that over here where are we looking to for the most quiet place quiet place yeah cuz you know I don't know how they're going to make it actually quiet so dear just's looking forward to the quiet place as well and I'm not ready for this but you might like that one actually I think I will um what are you looking forward to from tonight I guess the drinks like the itis was pretty good it's like uh kind of fruity a little sweet but it was really nice uh which drink was that the itis it wasn't an IPA but it was delicious oh all right I got the black cat repeat um again it's on the sweeter side but it is a whole lot better than the bloody raindrop I think it was called from um a quiet place but with that being said we're going to go back through the scare Zone and we're going to find one quick snack because I don't remember the he have any more the uh s'mores tonight and he said they sold out within the first hour and that's just the team member preview EV could you imagine when it's actually open to the public it's going to be crazy we are getting something from Twilight Tavern AKA Eats and Treats I am getting something called in the fog fish and chips this is what they have crispy beer batter Cod malt vinegar aoli and pup fries you better be worth 35 minute waai 35 minute wait for some fish and chips here we go we're in some light we are sitting at the me Cafe in their little patio area so yeah it's definitely fresh nevere this is not bad so if you come here which I have a feeling that they're going to be cooking this the whole time because 35 minutes I think this might be the popular food Booth of the night I'll definitely go back to that boo boo um but I hate that it took 35 minutes just to get it but I mean I understand it's the first night got to work out all the [Music] kings aside from the terrible scare we had over in the sunbi scare Zone everything else was a lot of fun uh tried a few dreams had a couple snacks uh met up with a couple of friends uh it it was a pretty fun time I will say stick to the sidewalks if you're afraid of going through the scare Zone itself uh when it comes to the zombie scare home um I would say take Central Park because that side is still open unfortunately there's no water projection show going on they did get rid of that nightmare fuel top the bar again I honestly wasn't expecting some of the tricks there now I didn't do any of the uh houses tonight uh only because I much rather experience it with friends and also the I mean we we have to bring her back here for this but with that being said all in all it was all fun uh we hope to
