[Music] [Music] [Music] but if you can do that correctly from there and then bring it to your obviously proper squats whether it be back squat whatever maybe you know you can really figure out there's any issues with certain legs obviously my setup there's always going to be some issues with the left leg so that's something like practice with my left and that hone in on you know be engaging the correct muscles and stuff like that so I work on that all the time so I just want to bring two sort of little bit technical movements ish technicals one really good Turkish getup on each side and get the movement or we're even going to break it down into a Turkish setup which is basically suggest going to learn about the movement of the Turkish getup ask your pts ask your coaches anyway first minute we'll get back to the workout pace first we've got six Turkish getup so that's three si then we've got second minute we've got 15 push-ups self-explanatory the next minute we've got P star 12 pistol squats as a six each side basically so for me I'll do the pistols on my right then I'll do a single leg squat the Box on my left and I'll explain to you my set up there and how I do that from there and then we've got 12 line cross situps so I'll go through the movements in that so anyway before we do the movements I'm going to do a little bit of a actually we'll go to the movements first and then we'll do a little bit of a warm-up let me just check yeah so that is the Turkish sit up so that is one way a little bit more how do you sit ups obviously created shoulder stability and stuff up what we're gonna do is we're gonna use your palm I'm going to push up from here we are going to use your hips and we're going to basically and we're going to go hips and nice basically nice up and down so you're leaving here and then from here it goes to basically into a lunge position so position then we flip leg out sit down down the shoulder down to elbow back that's one that's one rep quite technical what I want to do in that first minute when we start the work is I don't care if you get six or nine I want you to work on basically that movement pattern even if it's just the Turkish sit up and then you can progress from there so that's what we're gonna do obviously then we go to 15 push-ups everybody knows how to push up his chest to the floor up then pistol squats a pistol squat is one legged squat a proper repetition is basically the crease of hip width like top of me so that's one the way I do it on my left I need something and I really concentrate on the activation of the correct muscles to get me up and down off this box too so that's a rep and I suggested you can't really get a pistol squat absolutely start on a box of C completely suggest that and then you can work with the heart of the box as well until you are comfortable with actually just being out of the pistol score on one way then the next one is the Iron Cross get up these ones are epic alright so these are basically we sit down flat arms out and we go this shoulder its opposite me [Music] so we got that show not letting your your legs touch the ground the whole time so they're just sitting there basically in a leg hold leg raising position and you are just coming down here and crunching those ups all right so we get into the workout yeah that already is again so we got 12 minute a mom that's work every minute we're going to go six Turkish getup stress on 15 push-ups third minute we're going to go 12 pistol squats 6 us up and then we're gonna go 12 line crosses straight back in some work and then work through until 12 minutes is done here we go huh rue carts Jack James Brooke all right yeah I'm pretty sure you can [Music] do this every week I'll do this I've told you guys I'd do this before everything I do actually if I'm riding the Ergun roaming through your circuit doing whatever this is a movement that I do and I'll learn this movement for this sort of career whatever but it's something that the Australian men and women wrong team do when I picked it up when I was in Italy a couple years ago and they just doing it as a career before they head out of the water and the main just touches all the areas I need a touch yeah hop you gonna get on the other side up to the sky and we're going our Benigni so like i said with these turkish get-ups I'm not here to tell you to go do these workouts particularly but i really suggest you know if you want to sort of take something to the next level or take your sort of training balance stability you know believe in a really good compound movement and one that promotes balance strength coordination these do that so you know ask your coaches or we're gonna get 12 minutes you need a timing device obviously I'm going to use my watch hopefully doesn't right if it does we're going to keep going and that's the setup really good for short stability ankle swim leave up there is the morning Laxman shops it's not so we have a piece of squats now really really good movement we're after six on my right and then steeps box squats single their mother really good accessory work so Chuck these in at the end of a workout or on a skill day active recovery there we go little bit of the rest y'all twelve are encrusted ups / I need some rest so I want to read it right with these from Nick's around the push-ups sit-ups John give previous day at the moment but we're sang the same right obviously I'll put me out the vibe out last week for Q&A and the only two I got was is that grass real and whoever asked that question my friend the answer is absolutely not these bike graphs which means very little maintenance a little bit of waiting around the edges but I highly recommend it if you got a busy lifestyle yeah although I do like grass I love them i beautiful palms in the background they're very real that a bit of an issue with them this year but that's probably oh yeah or another pi/6 [Music] [Music]
