IN THE PAST, PATTI HAS FACED ETHICS INVESTIGATIONS. KCRA 3 ASKED ABOUT THAT IMPACT. MIKE, YOU'VE BEEN KNOWN TO ROLL WITH THE PUNCHES OVER THE YEARS.
