an easy win for Liverpool well yeah comfortable I thought you know sort of third close to fourth gear performance brenford a little bit disappointed actually with them um I thought they're a bit lackluster when you when you go to Liverpool I like to see a few tackles and a bit of you know purpose uh but brenford just on set plays threatened a little bit uh Liverpool some nice one touch stuff going through the lines quickly and obviously super fast on the break Style wise not too much difference to to kops did you think you know very similar very similar style so I don't think there's going to be great changes there they've got a great portfolio of players uh and obviously Arsenal have hit the ground running as Man City and it does look like those three or or a level above everybody else and Arsenal of course yesterday going to Villa Park winning 2-0 team that had done well against them last year obviously yeah well last year they took six points off of them didn't they Villa they went yesterday got the win walked away even though you know Villa probably were deserving of su out the game but again it's just the sign of winners that is when you you know it's not necessarily going for you in the game and and you come away with it with the three points I just think looking at it now you know man city of course they played ips switch IP which itwi ever welcome to the Premier League a they it's not fair that Liverpool than Man City yeah well unfortunately you know the computer hasn't been kind to them because when you come up from the Premier League you just want to get fre points under your belt give everybody a bit confidence they're now going to their third game uh looking for something and that's never good uh and obviously wolves are in that boat palis are in that boat Southampton are in that and Everton who really are up against it aren't they in these early Parts our frch sh Dash got a big job on his hands this year that looks very worrying down there yeah it does indeed and of course your former Club Newcastle went to Bournemouth today uh Bournemouth winning you know they went one up anony Gordon scored in the 76 minute and then of course the decision for for the the header for the corner that was given the V treatment and choked off what did you make of that well first and foremost he should score I mean he he it's a great leap he he's missed timed he headed slightly he's missed the ball completely he's hit his the top of his arm and gone in and you know I think we've been on this show uh a year now match and we still on no clear on hand balls are we and that you know and I I'm you know he didn't even go and look at the monitor the referee uh they obviously sat back in the v said it's a definite hand ball chalk it off uh and I think possibly uh that that that that deserved the referee to go and have a look at that I'd certainly feel uh slightly grieved if I was a bourma fan if I was the Newcastle manager I'd be implications with these V Decisions by the end of the season Parts could really make or break Seasons I'm just rewatching the the header now but that hasn't changed throughout football because course because the referee's could have got it wrong you could have got it wrong back in the day so you you've always had these ups and downs with decisions and they cost you points and you gain some points here and there the one to today there's no way he's moved his arm to direct that ball into the goal it's just his arm is there he's he's not caught the ball properly and he say is a glancing blow off his head it's hit his shoulder and gone in and the only so it's nothing intentional about it whatsoever um and I think um it's a harsh call it really is U but you know what was it 95 minutes I mean you know talk about the whole stadium being deflated I can't imagine what it was like oh it was to to be honest what's ruining football is everybody's there celebrating everybody's enjoying that moment you know one all to be honest over the whole of the 90 minutes was probably a fair result but as you will know Alan if you have got that opportunity to win that game and you get that opportunity and take it right at the very end that can be the difference between either staying up and you know going down or getting into Europe or not and it's those minor moments and there's no consistency there's no consistency and on a and on a shortterm basis the difference can you imagine the feeling on the squad tomorrow in training to to for the if they had got the win as opposed to the draw and now all you know about the amall and you know us again you know you kind of go into a little bit of a negative spiral about it you know I would say that you know when you're up against the top teams and Newcastle are one of the top teams you need a little bit of luck as well and you definitely hav't had that today that that decision is a tough decision to take no doubt thank you he was poor positionally he had a very good game for West Ham yesterday I grant you that but tail end of last season I think it was Crystal Palace shot beat s kilman's on the line it's coming straight at him and he ducked underneath it went in so it's a myth that we fell apart because kilman's not there Netto is going to be a myth he's a quality player absolutely yeah but what I will say is that they've got to stick by um they've got to stick by Gary O'Neal this is he's trying the transitional thing we might have to switch to three at the back until they can get a little bit more experience in or uh Yesa mcara Yesa mcara is going to be a top top Defender he's quick he's fast he's pacy it's it's toy Gomez he's had a season experience at at for at Center back that's struggling the other thing is that Jeff she has got to give him some money we' sold 90 million pounds worth of players we bought in uh 20 5 million worth and maybe with the Tommy do 30 million and I know with PSR you you don't spend all that 30 million in one go because that's over the term of the contract the 90 million you get in one go so they need reinforcements desperately we need we might not necessarily get the 90 in one go but yeah you know the spreading out thing is something that the clubs are doing uh to to to another level at the moment but you know you sound quite positive actually uh which is surprising after the result I mean today it looked to me like too many gaps between those Defenders too much space for Chelsea the first half we were arguably edged it we we did I mean we got to a terrible start but arguably we edged first off second half we just fell apart Ryan night Nory I love him but he's never a left back left wing back just about perhaps um but never a left back is a wing he's a Winger um and the only left back they got at the club they've let get out un loan which is just bizarre are um so there is definitely investment required yeah one more point I did want to make
