and you did a great job posting your photo toing the splits yeah you know I try to I got a lot of lot of fans you know how how do you think I became a fashion icon that's you got to know how to like you got to push the world you got to understand how to how to sway it you give them a little bit just a tip you know yeah Ju Just a Little tip right just a tip well doing the splits though I mean that is pretty impressive so are you always stretching a lot or you know how do you keep it so flexible I I stay on my game I take care of my body and and uh I don't like getting old I think and you know I think we all you can either accept it or you can or you can go against it and and you can fix it so I've been uh ever since that cost the fight I've been fixing it and all the fans which is a lot of people they all saw that as well but speaking of a lot of your fans I know you are also on only fans it's getting really popular who's like been the most popular person who's subscribed or paid to taking care of my body training and uh as you can see I I I'm coming back so I feel good I can still do the splits right oh yeah very flexible but the main event of that card and Rampage is walking in right now I will ask him about the tip but uh the main event was and he's walking back out the main event ISL you're a good friend yeah what did you make of him and obviously that very impressive finish in the fifth round yeah no Islam's a beast man he's uh he's a tough as tough as they come and I used to use Islam back in the day when I like when I fought Mach I believe he came in and like have give me like a fourth and a fifth of uh kind of the lighter sparring sessions he's he's tough he he's he's got great striking he's got great grappling he's got he's he's so good everywhere sometimes it's hard to really negotiate what he should do you know what I mean so it's that's it's a problem when when you're that good you can you can you like should I strike should I wrestle and and so you want to find the the best way to Victory so he did he did his thing though is there anyone that you'd want to see him fight next is it an Arman or do you want to see him you know you know challenge for the bell at 170 uh I think Armon is a great fight I really do um I I trained Leon a lot too Leon used to come spar with me back at AKA and and he's that's a that's a really good fight as well so whatever the man wants I think he deserves he's the number one pound-for-pound fighter so get it good good for him he's the he's the [ __ ] man well speaking of pound-for-pound I know number two pound-for-pound right now is Jon Jones do you think he returns this year to fight CPE um Jon Jones who the [ __ ] knows what Jon Jones is doing these days I can't can't keep up if he's gonna you know you go beating up usad agents I don't know how you come back I Jon Jones seems to come back from everything it doesn't matter he can do anything if you're Jon Jones so yeah I'd like to see him fight it's always fun to watch Jon Jones fight but we'll see I don't know what's up I think I think as all and and JN should fight I think that's the fight to make who do you think would win that that's a tough fight you know you you got to favor Jon Jones but Aspen all is a wild card he's loose he's fast he's athletic heavyweights don't move like that and John has had a lot of problems with the with the last few fights at light heavyweight and Aspen moves like a light heavyweight but he's a heavyweight hits harder bigger hips heavier hips he's English so you don't think you know he can't wrestle that good but but um that's the problem yeah John Jones a great he's still a great wrestler you know he can he can put people down you know we know French guys can't wrestle we know English guys can't wrestle so I favor Jon Jones but Aspen still wild card and I know a lot of fans are really excited to watch for that potential fight lastly I mean you just brought up Dylan danis there's been a lot of Connor McGregor news I mean is he going to fight Michael Chandler is that fight so on do you think it's son I I don't think so I I think I think he's been toying with Chandler this whole time and as you can see with Chandler Chandler is like he's going back to his other businesses and his family and doing a lot of a you know searching for the answers and uh Connor is just being Connor and it's it's yeah Conor is a gangster he's a gangster he's doing his thing it's [ __ ] up it's funny it's funny it's [ __ ] up but for the fans who love you and miss you and can't wait to watch for practice all forms I can do it all I'm going to continue to do it all until I [ __ ] find a nice little Livy lady and have a family and settle down get a little Picket Fences and all living in the
