you had eyes on the um the Wolves to Chelsea six game last weekend yeah obviously very complimentary about Chelsea um about how they should in terms of money spent should be challenging for the league look at they you know they've signed jayen Sancho right they got Sancho over line they got more players um it's just ridiculous they need yeah like I I think when I watch him against wolves they were unbelievable but you know Kandi makes a really good point they are inconsistent and yeah the inconsistencies are there so we'll see what happens yeah I I I think they're there are thereabouts they should be with the money they spend speaking of sancho of course deadland day was yesterday and I think the two biggest headlines were Sterling of course going to Arsenal and Sancho going to Chelsea what do you make with those two deals um I'm not sure about the Sancho one I'll be honest I'm not convinced if he's got the fire in his belly to be a player you know he's he's had an awful lot of money at an early age and I don't know you know if you if you're not doing it at man united who says you're going to go and do it at Chelsea you know what difference does it make so I'm not sure about that I like Sterling I think Sterling's a good deal that's a good deal for Arsenal it's a good deal Sterling you know cuz cuz sacka for me plays so much football and he will need a rest and there'll be games in Europe where they might be cruising and you can get him off the pitch you can put Sterling on you know there might be a game where he could come on and make something happen like Sterling's got 100 Premier League goals I think he's so disrespected and yeah all right there are moments in games where you go ah you should do better how many players are there like that why do you level football since he was 16 years of age and I think actually the longevity aspect is actually something that counts against him because some people forget just how much he's achieved in the game scored 51 career goals in rahem Sterling's total career he scored 173 and bear in mind Jack Gish for some of his career was playing in League one when he was UN Lo to nots County playing in the championship for about three or four seasons with Villa and then playing in the Premier League he scored 51 career goals Sterling scored 173 it's chalk and cheese but the way people talk about Jack Gish is as if he's world class player and as if Sterling's a bum stering play for Liverpool for Man City for Chelsea and now Arsenal top managers in the world know what he is and who he is I expect him to do well Arsenal and greish is in the England squad even still now make that make sense since and I haven't seen Sterling be bought for 100 million pound as well by the way I just I just don't understand this narrative that like Raheem Sterling is is washed and like someone like you said there um quer there's probably others as well someone like Jack G is a great example is is seen as you know someone who's on the up and actually when you say Jack GED is he's 28 now but there is a narrative around Sterling though is 100% we've seen from the media reporting from he's not allowed to get certain tattoos to he's not allowed to buy his mama house or this kind of rubbish versus Phil foden can it's it's it stinks and you know what the treatment of him as well that Chelsea have done to him I know that it's like Jay made a good point in terms of which I take that football can be volatile like Jay you know that yeah of course been been there so I get that even as a fan who's never played level to take his number off him really quickly and just force him out force him out end of the day as soon as Tod Bley and C got to Chelsea they started making decisions right and one of those he plays when I watch him like he'll skip past someone and then there'll be a 5 yard pass and he gives it away and I'm thinking it's simple what you're thinking is just simple things you know like and you you you could you know you can be raw that's fine but if you're if you're like if you can't pass a ball 10 yards to your teammate after you skip past someone you go right we're on the attack and then you just gives it away that in the end managers can't they can't trust you they can't rely on you so you have to come off and the wages that he's on as well sounds like we should have sold him to Fulham D just causing havoc on the Cal one you said that you're not too sure about that deal and you you mentioned about the fire in the belly yeah how about the aspect of like players needing a bit of love and armor on the shoulder do you reckon that's something that might to do that with him didn't he at the start you know he he he really did try and treat him well and you know he let him have time on off he he said he sent him a wide in there and he was training and you know he he did try and put his arm around him and he threw it back in his face so you know yeah there's a point you obviously players need a bit of protection and you want to look after them and make sure mentally they're in a good place you know to play for your football club because they're Investments for for your club but I think in the end with jayen Sancho I just don't think he cared I don't think he he wanted and understood what it was to play for Man United and whenever he did play he just didn't feel it just didn't perform and look it's a tough one for him because I'm sure he did want to perform and go out there and and and do the business but for whatever reason it didn't happen and then in the end I think it just went to it just got too sour and once he's gone with a manager he's gone you you can you can try and bring it back but it's gone and I wouldn't blame ten hog for that because I think ten hog did try with him but in the end he has to move on from jayen Sano because you can't rely on him and at the end of the day you keep playing someone they will they'll get you the sack eventually they'll get you sack because they just keep letting you down and I just don't know if Sancho has got the I just don't know if the fight I don't know him I don't know anything about him but what I've heard and now and and and you hear on a great Vine is is the fire there well when he plays at Dortmund you know we we see a confident player we see someone with where the ability is coming out of him I'm not saying that when he went back there on loan it was great cuz I think it was it wasn't I think he still something we saw we saw smiles and saw a good performance against PSG he was fantastic in that game um but why do you think that at Dortmund we we've seen it you think that's the level suits him that the well I think maybe yeah the club you know it's your environment as well you know if you got you need to be in the right environment to succeed 100% maybe the pressure was too much for him man United's probably one of the biggest clubs in the world so it was I think maybe there he felt like he was in a nice environment that he could actually just enjoy his football he knew the manager wanted him and then yeah things can you can a bit of confidence again and I think that obviously the level's easier in Bundesliga but um I just don't I just don't think it worked for him at man and I I was ad I remember him when he signed him I thought that's a great move big move for Man United you know top young player but you know hasn't worked out hopefully he can get hopefully he needs to go to Chelsea and but you can't keep blaming everyone else you got to do it yourself you got to pull your finger out you know he's on a lot of money and his and his career will end up dwindling away he's obviously got the talent because he's shown that he's played at the highest level but he's got to produce week in week out and he's got to work hard and he's got to show the fans that he wants to be there and graft when he hasn't got the ball and when he gets his opportunity run his socks off and if it don't happen for you one day well then Le you do other work your team you work for your team I just don't know if he's got that and I think that's why man united fans in it up
