इजराइल हमास युद्ध के बीच एक बहुत बड़ा खुलासा हुआ है जिससे मिडिल ईस्ट का समीकरण पूरा बदल सकता है दरअसल मिडिल ईस्ट में ईरान लगातार इजराइल और सऊदी अरब के ऊपर हावी हो रहा है और ईरान के पीछे रूस का हाथ है वहीं इजराइल और सऊदी अरब के पीछे अमेरिका का हाथ है लेकिन अब ईरान से एक ऐसी खबर आई है जो अपने आप में बेहद ही चौकाने वाली है दरअसल अमेरिका के पूर्व राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने मई 2018 में ईरान के साथ हुई परमाणु डील को खत्म कर दिया था और इसके बाद से ही अमेरिका और ईरान के संबंध अभी तक के अपने सबसे खराब दौर में पहुंच गए थे लेकिन अब ईरान के सुप्रीम लीडर अयातुल्ला खामिनी ने ऐसा संकेत दिया है जिससे अमेरिका के साथ एक बार फिर से परमाणु डील का रास्ता खुल सकता है हालांकि उन्होंने नार सरकार को अमेरिका पर आंख बंद करके भरोसा करने के लिए जिताया है दरअसल खाम ने अपने बयान में कहा है कि उन्होंने परमाणु संधि पर बातचीत के लिए अमेरिका के लिए दरवाजे खुले रखे हैं 27 अगस्त 2024 को ईरान की जनता के लिए एक बयान जारी करते हुए अयातुल्ला ने कहा कि ईरान अपना परमाणु कार्यक्रम तेजी से आगे बढ़ा रहा है और उसे दुश्मन के साथ बातचीत करने में कोई परेशानी नहीं है बड़ी बात यह है कि अयातुल्ला ने राष्ट्रपति पेजेसिक की सरकार के लिए अपने इस बयान से सीमा रेखाएं निर्धारित कर दी हैं क्योंकि अगर पेस्किन की सरकार अमेरिका से कोई भी बातचीत करती है तो उसमें अयातुल्ला के इस बयान को ध्यान में रखना होगा और अयातुल्ला का कहना है कि अमेरिका पर भरोसा नहीं किया जाना [संगीत] चाहिए हालांकि अयातुल्ला कीय टिप्पणी साल 2015 के दौर को याद दिला है जब ईरान ने विश्व शक्तियों के साथ समझौते के तहत अपने परमाणु कार्यक्रम में कटौती की थी और इसके बदले में उसने अपने ऊपर लगे आर्थिक प्रतिबंध हटवाए थे लेकिन जब से पजश किन ईरान के नए राष्ट्रपति बने हैं उनका रुख उदारवादी रहा है और यही वजह है कि अयातुल्ला को अब यह कहना पड़ गया है कि अमेरिका पर भरोसा नहीं किया जा सकता हालांकि यह अभी साफ नहीं है कि पेजे स्कियन अमेरिका के साथ परमाणु संधि को लेकर किस लहजे में बातचीत करेंगे क्योंकि इजराइल हमास युद्ध को लेकर मिडिल ईस्ट पहले ही तनाव में है और अमेरिका में राष्ट्रपति चुनाव की त रिया शुरू हो चुकी हैं ऐसे में अयातुल्ला का यह बयान अपने आप में काफी अहम है आपको बता दें कि अपने बयान में अयातुल्ला खामिनी ने कहा है कि हमें अपनी उम्मीदें दुश्मनों पर नहीं टिका चाहिए अपनी योजनाओं के लिए हमें दुश्मनों की मंजूरी का इंतजार नहीं करना चाहिए कुछ जगहों पर एक ही दुश्मन से भिड़ना विरोधाभासी नहीं है इसमें कोई बाधा नहीं है लेकिन दुश्मन पर भरोसा मत करो हालांकि ईरान और अमेरिका के बीच परमाणु डील को लेकर पिछले वर्षों में अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से बातचीत हुई है और यह बातचीत ओमान और कतर की मध्यस्थता में हुई है लेकिन 2018 में परमाणु डील के टूटने से ईरान ने यूरेनियम एनरिचमेंट की सभी सीमाएं तोड़ दी थी और उसका यूरेनियम एनरिचमेंट 60 फीस प्योरिटी लेवल तक पहुंच गया है और परमाणु हथियार बनाने के लिए ईरान को अब इसे बढ़ाकर 90 फीसद तक करना है [संगीत] लेकिन ईरान पर नजर रखने के लिए उसके परमाणु ठिकानों पर इंटरनेशनल एटॉमिक एनर्जी एजेंसी ने सर्विलांस कैमरे भी लगाए थे लेकिन ईरान ने इन्हें भी बाधित कर दिया है यहां तक कि आईएईए के अधिकारियों को भी ईरान ने इन परमाणु ठिकानों में घुसने नहीं दिया और इसी वजह से ईरान के नेता लगातार परमाणु हथियार बनाने की धमकी देते हुए नजर आ रहे हैं [संगीत] है
