pleasantly clear evening conditions absolutely beautiful perfect for the beautiful game temperatures are kind as well no doubt playing a hand in High attendance levels as well as an elevated level of anticipation here surely this is the hot ticket going around in this deck of the woods it surely must be and expectations are rising and decibel levels are rising the noise is quite something you can feel what football means to the people in this part of the [Applause] [Applause] world a moment of great pride the anthems [Applause] there's the whistle and here we go Alvarez Crossfield changing the point of attack Alvarez [Applause] gently done oo claims [Applause] it and it's lofted through here Alvarez well this is turning out to be a lively old game yeah especially in those wide areas something the team have clearly identified as being the more productive of the [Applause] Chanel and it's Davis nice control Davis with the and the Finish tried the ball e no yeah quick thinking and the right choice for me but that was difficult get [Applause] one it's an inviting looking ball that just eases him off the ball still goess well that's beautifully weighted footballing with usually identifies with Running Room and we've just seen a prime example [Applause] and he's had a hitch all denied brilliantly the keeper really dug out his defense then a magnificent [Applause] effort into the final 5 minutes of the first half oh he's through the middle and he's heed it away well it looked promising but the final ball is just not quite [Applause] right that's surely a foul free kick [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] and the referee brings the first half to a close well there it is halim but a bad watch by by any means and the efforts of both sides have been good but neither have been able to penetrate and so we reach the break and the game remains goals any strong opinions on the first half unspectacular but solid and that solidity could yet be the foundation for them to to go on and win no goals at this stage but certainly not devoid of action it is nil n here at halim and we're off again Canada clearly have been the better side for me yeah I know the score doesn't quite reflect it but if they go about their game in in the same manner as the opening 45 minutes things really should improve and he was alert to it [Applause] forward and with [Applause] intent moved forward and quickly so played out to the right and the shot it's run loose who's going to get there oh that's a fine challenge some terrific running on the ball there those efforts are not going unappreciated well you could see he was eager to get a shot away but there was too much flesh and bone in his [Applause] path ball swung in [Applause] oh no no circumventing this opponent Maya for David if we're going to get a winner it's got to come now the fullback is in of space here get the show off his quick feet hits it first time oh good delivery almost the perfect outcome Mexico while the manager clearly has to react to this and tactically change what's happening it's too easy for them to get in final checks on the touch line a change about to occur I think you have to admire his willingness to keep plugging away but the manager has done him a big favor I think by by taking him off you know he was looking very very leggy it's come through and he's had a quick look inside I think that's offside yes it is well both sides might have to settle for a draw here although there's still a chance for w [Applause] fling Mexico making consecutive changes here well for me this was the obvious stitution he'd become just a little jaded and as a result of that he was most likely to make a mistake I think sometimes when the body becomes tired the brain goes with it and I think that's happened in this case that's played into space now that's been intercepted he's trying his best to keep it in play here David oh that's neat shots on here in towards the middle [Applause] referee looks at his watch and blows his whistle [Applause] [Music]
