obviously have had Jason Dominguez for a while what tools do you believe he has that translate the better to the big league game I mean he he has all the tools um you know on the field speed power uh defense play discipline all of the things that you're looking for um I think what makes him extra special for us is that it seems like he's built for New York um his personality he loves the spotlight he doesn't back away from things uh the way he deals with his teammates the way he deals with his coaches the way he deals with the fans that he's been dealing with his entire life um you know once he became a Yankee I think he's had to handle some things that most minor league players don't and uh I think all those things will set him up for nice success in New York who describe or the struggle or the balance because we all know the philosophy of the Yankees of like trying to put excellence in the in in the field in the big league level so that's about like signing Big Time free AG how can you describe the struggle or the balance of like Player Development versus decision making in uh here in this building uh about you know what eventually goes into the big league level certainly a challenge that we talk about a lot uh I think that we try to make everything as you kind of move up the levels as similar to what you're going to experience here as possible when that that's how you know how we prepare pregame the advanced reports and scouting things that we talk about the terminology that we use to describe you know pitcher move you know pitch movement or you know how we're going to attack a hitter all of those things that you know we kind of start that with the big league team and then we filter it on down you know through each level um the one thing that we will never be able to uh simulate is 45,000 fans screaming you know people yelling all the time you know when when you're in the minor leagues you don't get quite that experience so um I think the best way that we try to do it is we play the game the way we would play the game we try to let you know your true Talent level um shine and and do the things that you do best and it gets a little bit more difficult with the competition obviously that you're facing As you move up the minor leagues but also the information that we provide gets a little bit more complex as you get closer and then hopefully by the time you you enter this building nothing is new for you except for maybe a few extra fans
