[Music] that is C hey Britney yeah sick what that's sick beautiful y are doing a great job that is awesome that's like first thing I did when I played Ina was I just I had to go to the stadium just to see it and they had it on there I was like that's awesome what's up brother what's up how you doing good good little bit different South hey this is amazing I I was saying it changes the entire Stadium I can't wait to hear how loud it gets too no I was jacked and I was like you were jacked I was like 8 lb heavier oh look at you hey one one my favorite play just a just a touch and then keep running it is my it is my privilege uh I'm telling you guys you already know this but there is no person in in any arena there is no person in athletics that carries his uh university flag like this next guy and he is a dog he is the best football player in the world you know that and he is a proud Red Raider so I give you Pat I just want to give youall one thing if I don't give you give yall anything from this entire speech that I that I learned from my time at Texas Tech and in the NFL and it's what I live by today is when you play this game you got to be Allin you got to be an Allin on everything you do and if I have one regret about my time at Texas Tech is I don't believe I truly was all in we had great offenses we had exciting teams and I mean I I got drafted in the first round but was I all in was I all in doing whatever it took in my extra time to win that big 12 championship and so when I look back on my career I don't believe that I was I went to class I practiced hard I worked out and I and I had a good time I'm say kidle can tell you some stories I had I had a great time but you can do all that and still be great in everything you do and I'll let you know one thing for winning the Super Bowl championship you have a way better time doing that than that extra stuff you're going to do on the weekends or whatever that is so when you'all step in this building are you all in when you're at practice and you need to get in that extra rep are you all in there has to be a commitment to Greatness and that commitment is what will take you to that big 12 championship and trust me I believe I believe in all yall I've seen the work I've seen the brand I've been watching the videos all the hype stuff but at the end of the day it comes on comes down to how you going to play on that football field and I believe y'all have everything it takes right here so make sure when you come to work every single day when you step out of this building or step in it you're all in all right you know what I love that he said will what have we been watching those little breaks what's what's what's the the PowerPoint says it says all in man we didn't talk about this like we I had no idea what he was going to say but you're either all in or you can't be where you want to be right and so take what he says cuz we've got to be all in we good thank you so much I appreciate all right
