Heat Fuels Severe Storm Risk Across Ontario Sunday

an active day ahead across regions of Ontario with two different features deriving the Dynamics across the province now for Northeastern Ontario it's going to be this cold front that's draped over the region bringing with it scattered thunderstorms and align of those thunderstorms through the afternoon across areas of Timmons down to Sudbury and pushing into regions of Quebec this is going to bring strong winds and the possibility of large hail but for areas across Southern Ontario it's going to be the trough that's just draped over the CR Great Lakes combined with the Lake Breeze so you can see those arrows right center just east of Barry that's where we're going to see those line of thunderstorms coming to fruition as well down towards Sarnia however we may end up seeing a little bit more of that severe risk heightened risk with localized FL flooding as well as large hail as some of the Dynamics in Michigan are better they can just cross over the Border bringing with them that severe risk nonetheless it's not the only day we will be looking at severe weather we're going to be looking at another round heading into Monday [Music]
