buskerfest returns to Wood mine Park this weekend jugglers magicians you name it you can see it there and it is going to be a pretty great weekend for it though tonight we do have the risk of some storms but make sure to check that out it's sure to be a good time and here's the thing most of the weekend is dry the major concern is overnight tonight so we're currently sitting at 26 degrees in Toronto it is feeling like the low 30s though and all of that humidity is helping to fuel some thunderstorm activity so right now we have severe thunderstorm watches across the hon Shores and here's why a line of thunderstorms currently making its way through a lot of lightning with this Gusty winds along this front as well and then torrential rain is also a risk as we move through the overnight so we time this out after midnight that's when we're going to get into the worst of our weather across the GTA but the showers and storms will continue through pre-dawn then we'll wake up to mostly cloudy skies guys maybe a couple of showers a little steadier towards uh Southwestern Ontario but through the day we will dry and we will see some sunshine overnight tonight we're dropping down to a low of 21 so we're not getting much relief even warmer the closer you are to the lake Toronto Island for example 23 as cool as it gets for you we're waking up to 22 with that slight chance of showers through the morning mainly cloudy for the first half of the day but into the afternoon mainly to partly cloud cloudy so it's not going to be wall-to-wall Sunshine by any means but it should be dry buskerfest CN maybe you're up at the cottage you will be just fine outside of Toronto speaking of the cottage up towards Barry 26 Gravenhurst a daytime high of 25 degrees and Peterboro looking at 26 degrees and partly cloudy skies winds right now we out of the South gusting up to 30 kilometers an hour as we move through the day on Saturday Northwest winds are fairly light Sunday still a Northwest flow but the winds really picking up in intensity and that's going to usher in a cooler air mass for your holiday Monday 20 Dees as warm as it gets so that is below seasonal overnight lows in the single digit so really fresh in comparison to what we're expecting overnight tonight and then Tuesday of course is back to school 13 degrees in the morning a daytime high of 22° as you head home from school so load up the sunscreen stay hydrated and probably pack a jacket for the morning as well
