THAT INCLUDES ALL EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES. YOU NEED TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR YOUR STUDENTS IF YOU HAVE A GRAND PRAIRIE STUDENT WITH YOU THIS MORNING. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW THAT IS WHAT IS GOING ON. CITY OFFICIALS ARE TRYING TO HELP YOU GET WATER. THEY WERE HANDING OUT WATER UNTIL ABOUT 2:00 A.M. THIS MORNING AT THE HALL. THAT'S WHEN THEY STOPPED AND THEY WILL BE GETTING READY TO HAND OUT WATER HERE AT LONE STAR STATE PARK. THAT IS GETTING READY TO RESUME AROUND 8:00 A.M. IDENTIFY OFFICIALS TOLD US THEY ARE GETTING SET UP NOW AND WE WILL BRING YOU UPDATES ON THAT AS WELL. OUR PHOTOGRAPHERS WERE ON SCENE WHEN PEOPLE WERE HANDING OUT WATER OVERNIGHT WHEN THE FIRST FEW GROUPS OF PEOPLE WERE THERE TO PICK UP THE WATER. OFFICIALS TELL US THAT WHAT IS COMING OUT OF YOUR FAUCET IS ONLY SAFE FOR FLUSHING YOUR TOILET. THAT IS IT. IF YOU LIVE IN I-20 ABOVE GRAND PRAIRIE, DON'T BRUSH YOUR TEETH WITH IT, DON'T MAKE ICE, DO NOT LET YOUR PETS DRINK IT AND DO NOTED BATH OR SHOWER WITH IT. THERE WAS A FOAMING AGENT IN THE WATER SUPPLY AND THE CITY IS INVESTIGATING AND WORKING ON ISOLATING THAT ISSUE. SO, DO NOT TRY TO TREAT THIS WATER AT HOME. DO NOT BOIL IT, DO NOT FREEZE IT, DO NOT FILTER IT OR ADD CHLORINE OR ANY CHEMICALS OR DISINFECTANTS. DON'T LET IT STAND. NONE OF THAT WILL HELP MAKE IT SAFE TO DRINK OR USE IN ANY OTHER WAY.
