Don’t Become The Bully: Psychology Of Weight Loss Mounjaro Zepbound Ozempic Wegovy Compound

have you ever seen somebody post a video on YouTube or Tik Tok and your immediate thought is wow they really have no idea what they're talking about well I was just laying here in bed this morning and I had that exact thought and I could not jump on here fast enough to talk to you guys about it if you're new here my name is Ally I'm on a fantabulous weight loss journey and hopefully you'll subscribe and come along for the ride because I put out new videos every day and who doesn't love that okay so I'm going to show you a clip and then we're going to talk about it I should not have to pay the same amount of money for an extra small as an XXL if you want something bigger it should cost more money if I want a Q7 instead of a Q5 that is going to cost more money this should be like Joanne Fabrics you pay by the yard the roll I want to know how much my clothes would cost if I was charged for the amount of fabric used come on now tell me you've been skinny your whole life without telling me you've been skinny your whole life and also tell me that you don't understand how clothing is made and how companies make money without telling me wait that's exactly what just happened so let's use this as an educational moment for all of the skinny people out there who both don't understand what it's like to be in a bigger body and also don't understand how clothing companies make money let's dive into it so the reason why you pay the same price for that extra extra small that someone else does for their extra extra large is because for most companies that have that sort of pricing they are buying their Fabric in bulk and as we all know from buying things in bulk from places like Costco and Sam's Club you can if you're smart save money by buying things in bulk not everything but fabric is one of those things that gets Cheaper by the yard when you in fact buy it in bulk so what does that mean for your extra extra small well it means that the difference in price between your extra extra small and someone say like myself who was 85 lbs heavier who was in a 4X or a 5x the difference to create that do that garment is about anywhere from 40 to 80 assuming that like most other American companies they're having these garments produced overseas where labor is incredibly cheap and people are exploited so yeah so while you sit here and complain about your really expensive extra extra small top and you think that people who are larger than you should have to pay more I can assure you they do if you've ever looked at the pricing for stores like toret or Lane Bryant or any of the other plus-size stores you will see that if you want any kind of clothing that is even moderately cut correctly for a plus-sized body you are going to pay an arm and a leg or if you for example have a medical condition like lipedema where you store atap tissue in a certain part of your body let's just say legs you are going to pay out the nose out the Wazoo for pants that come in a size that will fit over your legs when there's nothing you can do about the medical condition that you have as someone who's lost a significant amount of weight I cannot tell you how excited I am to be able to shop at places like shien and other discount stores and be able to fit in those sizes because you don't know how good you have it in the smaller sizes you're not being price gouged just so you can find something that's work appropriate to wear to your job that comes in your size if you are someone who has experienced exactly what I'm talking about about please like this video it helps my channel and don't worry about people like that Creator who make content like that because they are 100% clueless about the struggles of being in a bigger body and everything that comes with that another reason why I wanted to make this video was not necessarily to dog that Creator because let's be honest she's a dime a dozen it was to really highlight for those of us who are on a weight loss [Music] Journey the struggles that we have had previously and to be mindful of those struggles as we lose our weight and what do I mean by that there is a a good number of people who because they were bullied because they were shamed because they were made to feel less than for a very very long time because of their weight when they become thinner and they don't deal with the psychological aspect of losing weight they become like this Creator here they become the bully they become the one who makes the hateful fat comments because for so long they were the brunt of those jokes they were at the mercy of those around them making those comments and in order to regain their power right they become the bully and this video is a reminder to you on your health Journey don't don't do that we can all sit here in the places that we are now and watch that video and go wow did you really just say that but when you're on the other side and you're in a thinner body don't don't do that it is a very slippery slope and it is very easy to fall into that trap because you're so much happier right in where you are you're so much everything is lighter everything is better I can tell you just with the weight that I've lost the 85 lbs life life is freaking good and PR people treat you differently I want you to keep in the back of your mind that you should say to yourself I'm not going to end up being one of those people one of those people that loses a bunch of weight and then makes fun of those who are overweight or one of those people who is overweight and then loses weight and then forgets the struggles of those who are overweight it it really is a simple solution for this Creator who made this video um I did it because I was in a bigger body which is you learn how to sew you go by your own fabric you buy a pattern and you make it yourself it's it's not a difficult solution works for bigger people also works for smaller people as a matter of fact I cannot wait to get to my goal weight whatever that ends up being so that I can cut into fabric that I've been saving for years because I'm going to lose that last 20 lbs anyway I hope you found this video entertaining if you
