Eagles & Packers Injury Report for Week 1- Wednesday | Devin White OUT-Possible Trade Candidate Now?

[Music] no what is going on everybody thank you for tuning in to another edition of on the road to Victory I am your host Jimmy Smith and I hope you're all having yourselves a fantastic week we are two days away from Eagles football and I can't tell you how pumped up I am about it I just can't stop talking about it talking crap all day at work talking crap at the grocery store everywhere I can be I am letting everyone know the birds are coming baby and whether it's in Brazil America China Afghanistan Narnia I don't give a damn we're beating some ass so getting excited about it pumped up hope you're all having a great day great week have way through it's somay so usually you get the initial injury report but game's on Friday so you got that yesterday today keeping you up to date and well there is some important news I know you want to talk about Devin white being out versus the Packers so we're going to talk about the updated injuries as we do every day here on the show I'll always update you with this stuff game status report should be out tomorrow so we'll know who's questionable out this just got thrown out there because well they're traveling to Brazil and Devon white is not traveling with them so we are already know he is out so let's jump into it ladies and gentlemen appreciate you taking the time hitting that like button sharing this stuff subscribing to the channel can't thank you enough for the support you guys know any thoughts any questions comments you have love to hear from you but let's jump right into this let's start it off with the Eagles injury report and you know we just mentioned you know a big one here Devin white is out and look uh full participants were Dickerson and brown so we knew they were just limited for rest Isaiah Rogers dealing with a hand injury not great but he's still limited so maybe just being precautious there we'll find out tomorrow but really hopeful that he's all right now Devin white we talked about it you know limited but today did not practice and well he's just out so uh yeah let's be real here um as soon as that came out you started seeing some crazy stories okay uh so apparently now the narrative is that Devin white has sucked the entire preseason was never going to start even though he was starting the entire preseason offseason but apparently that didn't happen now so we got a race history and now we've got to pretend that the Eagles media told us the entire offseason that ncoe Dean the guy they said a couple weeks ago needs to be cut he's sucks he's a bust he is now we' they've known the whole time he's been the greatest linebacker they've ever seen he's actually we knew that Devon white wasn't even supposed to be a starter just a week ago it was you know Deon White is the starter who's going to be the next starter is it Bon is it ncoe Dean and now all of a sudden it's we all knew is niob Dean is what just not good so the Eagles are trying to trade him huh okay well that uh escalated quickly so apparently this dude went from our starting linebacker to he's a trade candidate now this is the Eagles media we got to understand that they make stuff up every day all the time gang ties get their whatever they need to so what um we actually have some linebackers for once if Devin white you know isn't panning out to be that starting guy I I mean maybe you want to give him an opportunity I don't know but why would you trade when you have depth you have cap space he's not costing you anything so huh we're gonna trade away I mean if you were disgruntled and pissed off and wanted to be gone then okay you get rid of them but like you know you don't want any cancer you know in the locker room anything like that so all right but that is not what I've heard at all he's got like a group chat with the players he's all pumped up you know talking about he found God he's you know On A New Path getting his life together this just doesn't fit the narrative in the picture they painted for us the entire off season so just a little confused here as how this guy just went from our starting linebacker to well he's going and never was even going to make the je so let me know how you feel about it but to me I'm keeping him and you know if White white and Dean aren't the starters and it's Dean and bond okay well then you got Devon white as depth I don't know but I I really thought it was going to be white and Dean with Bon as that chess piece um but if that's not if they were lying the entire off season and that is not how it was going and we just you know got the yeah okay we'll just say it they lied to us that I just okay uh we'll find that out soon enough but right now uh he's out so intriguing now we already know the other players that are out they're injury list here on IR Bradberry castles Clark Alberto and anas Smith Sydney Brown still on the pup list so those guys are not playing now the practice squad consists of 17 players one of those guys is exempt because he's an international player Packers have one of those as well so that's why you see 17 names and holy hell man we've got ourselves quite a list here and you know any of these guys could be elevated we've talked about you know maybe they want to bring in a receiver if you know God forbid Johnny Wilson could play but looks like he's ready to go so he and cvy maybe uh you know they're looking at tight end we've talked about that we've talked about offensive line we've talked you know having a backup center having you know somebody on defense maybe a safety so lot of options here we'll see what the Eagles decide to do so tomorrow we should get the game status report and you know hopefully I think it'll be on Friday we'll get the practice squad elevations but I will let you know who they elevate what's going on there but you can see that is the practice squad now let's take take a look at the Eagles depth chart with those injuries added everybody on offense as I mentioned Johnny Wilson's good Landon Dickerson AJ Brown Dallas SCD everybody is healthy there on offense so everybody will be good to go in Brazil G to see this top offense in the NFL going out and whooping some Packer about it now the defense talk about it okay so are Bon and Dean the starters Deon white isn't all right whatever he's out we know that so it will be Bon and Dean week one now Isaiah Rogers we've been talking about him all off season definitely going to be the starter love to see it but now he's got a hand injury maybe just being precautious here so let's just hope so if not Kaylee Ringo can slip in there as the starter next man up baby but those are the only two injuries and we know Devon white is out so we'll just be keeping our eye on Isaiah Rogers there and obviously he can help us in the return game if he's banged up I highly doubt there using him as a returner especially if he's starting a corner and banged up that just doesn't seem like a great recipe for success for me that's just being real with you but that's what the eagles look like that's what's going on you got any thoughts on the injuries on Devin white the roster itself the depth chart whatever is on your mind practice squad whatever it may be love to hear from you but that's what's going on with the Eagles let's take a gander now what's going on with the Packers here and they've got some names added here so look Tucker craft was added with a back issue he was limited today Marshon Lloyd got upped to limited so that's good news for him uh and then you have Aaron Mosby who a personal issue will be out they had a walk through today so whatever but he's out for the game hopefully everything's all right there whatever's going on outside of football but he will be out for this game other than that everybody is limited there and if you've not watched the show before when it's colored like that that means it changed obviously it's something new to look at there so that's what's going on with them let's take a look at their guys already on IR you can go check out Behind Enemy Lines and learn all about their roster but we'll take a quick look at their ir and the practice squad IR here got Davis Davis Dylan go forth and then McCary down there the practice squad IR so those are the guys you will not see on their dep chart here but they do have some options on the practice squad here and I mentioned you know they have an international player as well Alex hail he is exempt so you see 16 guys they have here and we went over this talked about it on Behind Enemy Lines you can go check that out but we'll see who they choose to elevate if they elevate anyone they've got some injuries we'll see how they play out tomorrow we'll get a lot more information but let's take a look at their depth chart with these injuries ated end so Lloyd and Wilson their two backup running backs are limited right now so they're hopeful if not maybe they elevate it back then you've got Dows who is you know a little banged up here and then of course backup tight end Tucker crafts so they do have some intriguing pieces here we definitely keep our eye on that and I'll let you know tomorrow what's going on but other than that rest of the offense good to go and on the defense as I mentioned Mosby will be out but Carrington Valentine and Edan Cooper there both were limited so both backups there no starters other than Romeo DS uh are injured here and then the Special Teams everybody good to go there for them but those are the injuries for both teams the news for both teams what's going on there but I'd love to hear your maybe you're a Packers fan you have some questions you have some thoughts there's something going on you know about and you could let me know
