hey guys welcome to the All Sports Pass podcast North my name is Eli I your host and welcome back to another video where today I'm going to be talking a little bit about the Tennessee and chattanoga game but before we get into this video you already know we got to start off with the verse of the day today's verse comes from Exodus 14:14 it says the Lord will fight for you you need only to be still and also guys I just wanted to say this that thank you so much for 600 subscribers and I honestly can't wait to see because uh I we actually the channel actually celebrated its one year anniversary actually a few days ago and it's been a great year I can't wait to see what the next one brings but without further Ado like And subscribe for more college football content and without further Ado let's begin so for Tennessee um I'm going to say this this was expected um Tennessee one against Chattanooga by score 69 to3 and and I'm going to be honest this game here was pretty fun to watch and like for me anyway um they scored 24 points in the first quarter then they scored 21 points in the second quarter then 10 points in the third quarter and 14 points in the fourth quarter and I'm going to tell you this Nico IM malava actually actually set the school record for most yard most passing yards and a half he had 314 yards and went 22 of 28 and he also had three touchdowns go along with it and the rushing yards Dylan Samson had 12 carries 124 yards and three touchdowns as well and receiving yards Dante thoron Jr carried uh had three receptions for 105 yards and two touchdowns and of course you know I really think that you know I'm very impressed with Nico and the way he's able to get the ball downfield either by running or either by running or you know or by passing sorry guys it's been a long day um or by passing he um I think he can do everything right and it's going to be hard to see because you know NC State's going to be a big test it's going to be a test next week but however I will say this that I'm going to I'm questioning NC State just a tad because um of course they didn't do well against that FCS school but now they they won they won but they were down against that FCS school and they ultimately came out the victory at score 38-21 but right do not think that you know but I think it's going to be to see what can happen next week for Nico but into this game though he did really good of course he only played the first two quarters as the game was pretty much in hand from there and oh hold on guys I just lost I just lost my um my slide here um he also of course he also seemed to be passing the ball very accurately in my opinion and it's I say know the 22 to 28 uh completions 22 completions on 28 attempts and as well as the fact that you know as well as the fact that you know he did get a good job he did do a good job today and he he deserved to um to rest for the rest of the game and and heading in here now Chattanooga of course being ranked number nine on the FCS really really kind of made me think that Chad was going to put some more points on the board in my opinion I just think that you know of course I didn't expect this to be a 69-3 win honestly now I did I did expect this to be a win for Tennessee but I'm going to be completely honest I did not expect Chad NOA to only put three points on Tennessee but however of course there's also some more that I really think about as hold on let me talk about Chad Chad Niger real quick uh they're ranked number nine in the FCS of course the rankings subject to change of course and I don't know if they will or not because I don't really keep up the FCS personally but however however their quarterback Chase arapo I don't know how I say say his name went 1223 for 141 yards with average 6.1 now I do think of course that on the rushing of course for leading them Reggie Davis 20 carries 51 yards and 2.6 and a long of 10 and receiving Sam Phillips five receptions 54 yards 10.8 average long and 19 and yeah now I also do think this that I really do think that you know for Chattanooga of course they are going to be playing another FBS team next week in Georgia State and it's be want to see what Chattanooga can do really and of course you know it's like I say now FCS is a different League than FBS like where FBS you know is a big tier is a big school pretty much and FCS is like is pretty much you know kind of like tournament style I guess you could say it's kind of what college football is kind of doing now I'm sorry the FBS is kind of doing now now I guess you could say but I do think that of course for chat I think we'll start to see what they can do of course heading into when you start the play anding when they start to play um their FCS opponents and now now of course Chattanooga I really think that putting those three points on the board was pretty good for them but I will say this that that they did miss some of their kicks and yeah but for Tennessee though there's also another thing I want to mention a blocked punt for for Jordan Ross led to a punt return scoop and score and yeah now I do also think that of course heading in here now let me uh get through the rest of these real quick now for now of course I do think that of course this game was out of of course like I said it was out of hand for the second quarter and you know in the in the I'm sorry halftime not second quarter uh in half they put in Gaston Moore and hold on it's uh hold on wait a minute it's sorry guys it's um there we go I got it now they put Gaston Mo in he went 7 to 12 for 69 yards and an average 5.8 he also thre an interception they also put Jake merklinger in who went 44 for 31 yards and average 7.8 and yeah and of course you also got to see some other guys play uh we got to see Deshawn Bishop play and he had five carries 60 yards and one touchdown and I will say this that Bishop can be in my opinion he can be really good and it's going to be ni to see if Tennessee uses him a bit more this year it's to see what he can do of course Samson of course in his final year at Tennessee oh sorry um sorry guys I I mixed him up he's a he's a junior but he can declare for the draft so yeah but now I do think he's going to be ready to see what Bishop can do but however it is gonna be arresting of course you also have Khalifa Keith um who had 10 carries for 43 yards and a touchdown and now it's go to see what else we that Tennessee could do of course on the other side of these like on these um on the rushing side and of course on receiving of course Dante thoron Thornton got two touchdowns and of course you also had Ethan Davis get a touchdown and and of course tennessy did fumble in the game but they did recover it um I'm sorry no they they did get a fumble recovery sorry um and then defense of course you have will Brooks leading them leading the team with five total tackles now I do also think this that Tennessee they're going to get a little bit of um it's going to be a bit of a test for them I think heading into WC state but I do think that you know they can use the momentum from this win to like in NC State game but however it's going to be hard to see what everyone does cuz you know cuz yeah it's just going to be interesting to see and and also guys I really also think that Tennessee is going to be a force to be reckoned with this year and and I really don't think y'all should sleep on Tennessee because hey putting 69 points on a top 10 FCS school now as I said FCS is a different league but putting 69 points on them and winning by 66 is pretty impressive in my opinion so I wouldn't rule that out because of course last season in Tennessee's FCS game against Austin P they only won by a score 30- 13 but I think they were able to of course adjust from their mistakes that they made in the off season uh I'm sorry adjust from their mistakes they made last season in the off season and I think that now Tennessee can be a force to be reckoned with and also guys before I get off here are some scores of Interest as of this recording Alabama 63 nothing over Western Kentucky and there's 239 left in the fourth Old Miss against Ferman 76 nothing Old Miss uh 222 left in the fourth Oregon's up 1714 on Idaho and and that's that game has 9 minutes and 45 seconds left in the fourth and Notre Dame and Texas a& then Notre Dame's up 13-6 on Texas a in that's the end of the third and Michigan's up on Fresno State 2310 with 543 to go in the fourth and of course Georgia defeated Clemson today by a score 34-3 Penn State defeated West Virginia by a score of 34-2 and Iowa defeated Illinois state by a score of 40 to nothing uh you also have Ohio State defeating akan by a score 52-6 you have Oklahoma State defeating South Dakota state by a score of 44-20 and you have Texas yeah Texas um of course winning their first SEC game as a member of the SEC um by score 52 nothing over Colorado State and then Miami defeated Florida by a score of 4117 Kansas State excuse me defeated UT Martin by a score 41-6 so yeah and I'll tell you what guys um Tennessee like I said I think they're going to be a force to be reckoned with but it's going to to see what how I can do of course starting in this next game and all right it's all I got for y'all tonight if yall like this video give it a like
