Abortion Fact Check Wrong?

carrying a pregnancy to term and asking for an abortion that is not happening it's insulting to the women of [Music] America more important than fracking more important than immigration more important than our tax policy or foreign policy this pardon the pun trumps everything this is the most important thing that we can think of because this is really about life the amount of ignorance or wickedness either or because this issue simp only boils down to two things either some people are either ignorant of what's happening what's taking place or they simply don't care they think there are more important things which means that they are wicked not my words these are God's words these are people that are evil in God's eyes who would shed innocent blood now if you don't know if you simply are ignorant of the facts that's fine today after this you will not be this issue regarding abortion is an issue that God will judge this country on God is not going to look at our tax policy and have a problem with that and then decide to destroy the world because of it God is not rooting who is going to be the next Secretary of the Interior God is not interested in who is going to be uh the next person in charge of Homeland Security no what he is interested in is a nation who has decided that evil is good and good is evil in the most recent debate Donald Trump brings up a point that there are late term abortions abortions after that occur after the 20th or 24th week 20 weeks is the term or the date that many believe that a baby is viable although there have been some that have been viable before then but 20 to 24 weeks is kind of the number that people look at and he states that there are abortions that take place after that time in the third trimester he then Intimates that there are babies that have survived abortions that are then left to die and then lindsy Davis who is the moderator chimes in and then ches down from to try to correct them there is no state in this country where it is legal to kill a baby after it's born the problem is if you're going to fact check someone if you're going to insert yourself into the debate which a moderator should not do at least fact check correctly at least let your facts be correct we're going to show that this is incorrect she was wrong and she should know better as a matter of fact either she's ignorant or she's evil and it could be a possibility of two but then KLA Harris jumps in and she also says that President Trump former president Trump is wrong maybe lying or misleading people that there are no abortions in the late terms right rightly mentioned nowhere in America is a woman carrying a pregnancy to term and asking for an abortion that is not happening it's insulting to the women of America the problem with that is they both are wrong the truth is there are at least 24 states that offer abortions from the 24th week on and so looking at this map you can see the number of states that different states that offer abortions up to the very last moment what people don't don't know is repealing RO V way did not obviously eliminate abortion it just removed it back to the state but what people are not aware of is a lesser known probably just as much or even more significant case that was decided the exact same day as Ro V way it is do V Bolton and in this case the Supreme Court allowed for abortions up to or into the third trimester and so when she makes a statement that there are no abortions that take place that late the problem is she's just factually incorrect or in another words a way or another way of putting it is she's lying do now do I think that she's maybe mistaken and just doesn't know no we're going to find out in second why do you support any restrictions on a woman's right to an abortion I absolutely support reinstating the protections of roie Wade and as you rightly mentioned nowhere in America is a woman carrying a pregnancy to term and and an asking for an abortion that is not happening it's insulting what is insulting is her acting so it doesn't take place as a matter of fact she's voted not just for the continuation of it but she's also voted for something even far more Sinister than that and you would think what could be more Sinister than killing a baby in the womb at any stage forget about the fact that it's either in the in the last trimester or the second trimester or the first trimester killing a baby is killing a baby there's no two ways around it what week of pregnancy should abortion access be cut off we need to restore the protections of Row versus Wade we're not trying to do something new well that was nebulous because it was about viability which could be anywhere between 20 to 24 weeks and but now with Miss Harris as well as many other people because it's is not a KLA Harris issue this is just the degradation of our country that's the issue that we're speaking of but she has known about this and she is not for any particular banss on abortion at any point in time so no no no no no let let's let let me be very clear the Women's Health protection act that the white let me be very clear from day one the president has been clear I have been clear we need to put back the protections that are in roie wade into law since the Supreme Court took it Congress has the power and ability to pass legislation to put those protections back in law and Joe Biden will sign that bill so that is what we want but does it need to be specific in terms of defining and where that guarantee goes up to and where it does not at which week of pregnancy we need to put back in place the protections of Row versus way you know why I'm asking you this question though because we're not trying to but we're not trying to do anything that did not exist before June of last year we are it wasn't crafted into law and that's why I'm asking you for the specifics there because Republicans say the lack of a precise date in cutting it off you know this if they say that allows Democrats to perform abortions up until you know birth which is ridiculous statistically not accurate and it's ridiculous and it's a mischaracterization one of the things they try to make an issue is that this is a FY that this doesn't happen that there are no late term abortions well they should know certainly the journalist whose job is to know the facts and present the facts and if you're going to have an interview and certainly a a Senator or vice president should also know this they are trying to get to people to understand or to believe that this isn't a rule anything to do with it but you tell me either it's because she is ignorant or evil and again I'm open for both of them being the case there is no state in this country where it is legal to kill a baby after it's born and so the question is do abortions take place in the last trimester well let's look at someone actually making a phone call to an abortion provider who is stating that they do these abortions as a matter of fact they actually specialize in these things we're going to call the abortion facility and I'm going to tell them I'm pregnant with a 32 we fetus as you say hi I just turned 32 weeks pregnant am I able to come in for an abortion ASAP I wouldn't be able to see you for the week of the 23rd so that will push you in 34 weeks can I still have an abortion at 34 weeks yes ma' I just have to do an intake for do you have about five minutes sure I have five minutes yeah I just found out that she could have Down syndrome I can still have the abortion right even though she has Down syndrome yes so we just have to do an in because the doctor it doesn't matter that's late term abortion ma'am that's abortion and the eighth month of pregnancy that's discriminatory based on someone's genetic code she just confirmed she would commit an abortion on me with my child who's viable and can live outside the womb now before you think that's a one off it doesn't happen all the in the induction and then remove all of the products of conception removing all of the products of conception I guess that's a nice way of putting uh a terminology for the the dead baby specialized in later trimester care our doctor is very well versed in what he's doing and he's very good so I'm not like a rare situation y'all help women this late in pregnancy all the time all the time their perform an abortion if he indicated it would impair the mental health of the of the woman so I mean through the third trimester the Third goes all the way up to 40 weeks okay but to the end of the third trimester yep I don't think we have a limit in the bill where it's obvious that a woman is about to give birth she has physical signs of that she is about to give birth would that still be a point at which she could request an abortion if she was so certified she's dilating I'm asking if your bill allows that my bill would allow that yes there is no state in this country where it is legal to kill a baby after it's born now Lindsay Davis says that there is no state that allows for abortion or the killing of an infant hm well the way you word it that seems that seems true that seems true there is no state that allows for the murder or the killing of an infant the problem is the states that do so don't call it an infant and it's not called Murder there's different ways to go about putting it and changing the words rearranging the words to kind of cover and cloak what it is you're actually doing but the way this works is in a an abortion attempt there are actual survivors of abortions whatever is going on the Lord being with these babies the these babies are surviving and what do you do with the baby that survives the abortion well you simply leave the baby on its own or you might just zip it up and put them in a bag and let them suffocate what have you or you might actually do it yourself I know this is uncomfortable to hear and disheartening but these are an actual fact and you don't have to take my word for it you can simply go and look for the born alive protection act the bill that was put before the house and listen to the testimony this is a fact this is a true thing that is happening in our country I rise today in strong support of hr26 the born alive abortion survivors protection act and this bill does exactly what the title says which in this town is a novel concept so this is representative Kat kamt who is on the floor you're not on the floor because somebody on YouTube makes a statement some sort of far-fetched allegation no these things are happening and I want you to listen to some of the things that she speaks about some of the details again caution you it's heartening it's disheartening but people need to know that this is taking place today we are not talking about abortion we are talking about children we are talking about children who have been born and are fighting to survive despite an abortion attempt in some cases when a woman receives a late term abortion the baby can be born alive following the procedure federal law currently recognizes these babies as as persons but fails to outline any requirements of care after the infant is born alive hr26 would Rectify this by requiring Health Care practitioners to treat any child born alive after an abortion as they would any infant and requires that the infant be immediately treated with life-saving care and transported to a hospital I honestly do not understand what is so controversial about that she's describing what the bill does the bill basically allows for protection once the baby has uh escaped the attempt on his life then the baby receives all the rights that every other human being in America would get he is required or she is required to receive treatment that's the goal of this bill this bill establishes criminal penalties for any health care practitioner or abortion clinic employee who fails to comply with the requirements established by this bill because let's face it no one can deny that a child who survives an abort attempt who is outside the womb breathing and struggling for Life despite all attempts to end it doesn't deserve equal protection under the law and under our law murder is illegal now I'll tell you the result of this in a second but again as we've been told this doesn't happen there is no state in this country where it is legal to kill a baby after it's born eight babies in Florida alone just last year eight babies were reported to have been born alive Al during an abortion attempt the stories are horrific one that sticks out in particular an NBC report in 2006 they told the story of a 23 week old baby boy that was born alive at an abortion clinic in Hala Florida when he began breathing and moving the abortion clinic owner belus Gonzalez reportedly cut the umbilical cord and zipped him into a biohazard bag where he then Di died there is no state in this country where it is legal to kill a baby after it's born so what if we have an actual nurse someone that was actually involved in the procedure that was so uh outraged and so bothered by this that this person comes and testifies before Congress well listen to what she has to say in the event a baby was aborted alive he or she received no medical assessments whatsoever but was only given what the hospital called Comfort Care made comfortable as Governor Northam Des cribed now when she says Governor Northam that's the person who Donald Trump was referring to what his comments were about in Virginia if a baby survived an abortion then what would happen the plan is as you know the vote is they have abortion in the ninth month they even have and you can look at the governor of West Virginia the previous governor of West Virginia not the current governor is doing an excellent job but the governor before he said the baby will be born and we will decide what to do with the baby in other words we'll execute the baby and that's why I did that because that predominates because they're radical the Democrats are radical in that and her vice presidential pick which I think was a horrible pick by the way for our country because he is really out of it but her vice presidential pick says abortion in the ninth month is absolutely fine he also says execution after birth it's execution no longer abortion because the baby allowed to happen according to Lindsey Davis and according to KLA heresy one night a nursing coworker was taking a little abortion Survivor to the soiled utility room to die because she didn't have time to hold him and his parents didn't want anything to do with him and so when she told me what she was doing I couldn't let this baby die alone and so I cradled and rocked him for the 45 minutes that he lived he was about the size of my hand and if you saw the State of the Union Address with a little Ellie a 2-year-old who'd been born at 21 weeks 6 days the baby I held was just two days younger than her um I couldn't tell toward the end of his life if he was still alive unless I held him up against the light to see if I could see his heart beating through his chest wall because her skin is so thin at that age and after he was pronounced dead I folded his little arms across the his chest tied them together with a little string wrapped him in a shroud and took him to the Mork where we took all of our dead patients incidentally where else do we know this for a fact happens who else would know this would the the vice president of United States should she know this well how about her vice presidential running mate Tim Walls how do we know that he knows this as a fact and I wish someone would ask him because he's signing a law making it legal for you to leave a baby that has been aborted that survived an abortion attempt making it legal to not give care to that infant so that he could then die you don't have to believe me but this is him signing that bill into law grand mother's life I come from a long line of tough uh trailblazing and phenomenal women uh my grandmother uh would go into villages in India um and um because she was Indian and lived in India and she would go to the villages in India um it was a famous story in our family my grandfather would say she was going to be the end of his career but my grandmother would go into the villages with a bullhorn talking with the women about the need to have access to reproductive health care I come from a longine now I don't know if that's the case or not but even to bring up that story whether it's true or not tells you where her heart is now regarding that particular Bill what ever happened to that particular Bill well if we were to go and look up the result of that bill the bill did not pass roll call for vote for the 116 Congress the second session this was in February 25th as you see the date 2020 at 406 6: p.m. the bill did not survive this is the born alive abortion survivors protection act uh they needed more than what they got they did get 56 yes votes 41 Nays but let's just scroll down and look and see who actually voted against this kamla Harris if you see the Democrat senator from California what you can't do is continue to act as if you're ignorant to the facts continue to act as though you don't know what's happening you know now if you watching this video you do the scriptures in Exodus 21 if it happens that two men are struggling and they happen to hit up against a woman who is pregnant there is a penalty if the baby is okay that's just if the baby survives what happens if the baby is injured or the baby dies well according to the Bible the Bible says that that person shall be put to death verse 23 but if there are any further injuries then you shall appoint as penalty for Life For Life eye for eye tooth for tooth so if the baby dies and this is accidentally what does God what does God demand he demands life for that the sad part is we've got Christians Christians who also Advocate this they don't think it's that important you don't get the opportunity or the luxury to play dumb to act as though you don't know what's happening what you are doing is saying I really don't care I don't care that God calls us a sin my preference is this and for that you are going to give an account to God not to me you can think that I'm wrong you can think that I'm just prot Trump or pro- republican which I'm not doesn't matter I think I'm Pro Bible I think I'm also pro-life how about that work that word simply means that all we want is to give people the opportunity to live do not come back and say that if you were really pro-life you were for someone not just in the womb but after the womb no that makes a person irresponsible I'm not pro- responsibility for every single person that is born to make sure they have food on their table clothes on their back a good house a roof over their head and education no that's what parents are for do I want to see those things happen yes but to what degree am I supposed to go to make sure they have those there's only so much that I can do so many resources but what I can do is lend a voice and lend the word of God to make sure that those people can at least have the opportunity what's worse a baby struggling in life or a baby not having life perhaps people need to understand what these procedures do when there's an abortion happening again forgive me for the goriness of these details but there are different types of abortion in a regular abortion kind of odd to say that in a regular abortion not a late ter abortion the baby is not pulled out whole the baby comes out in I'm sorry to say this but in pieces the baby is dismembered and then extracted that's what happens if any of the baby I'm sorry to be to be gory but what if someone does this intentionally uh inserting some sort of device or some sort of um object to um poke the baby and then also dismember the baby and start pulling parts of the baby out this is what happens this is an abortion ladies and gentlemen this is not something that's nice and sweet close our eyes and act as though we don't know what's going on these are the things that are happening and too many people want to either ignore it or think it's not that important or what about these late term abortions that we know that are an actual make an incision in the back of his head at the base of the skull then insert an object that would then turn turn this vacuum on and then suck out the contents of the baby's head collapse ahead and bring the lifeless baby out that's one way or it can be done to where you would simply give the baby some sort of medication that would stop the baby's heart and stop brain activity and then have the mother to deliver a lifeless baby in the end no matter what sort of abortion takes place a baby is going to be delivered there's going to be an infant that is going to come out of that mother's womb one way shape from fashion and so someone can say in the instance of rape or incest in the instance of rape or incest the mother is still going to deliver a baby no if ands buts or about it the question Simply Now is how far along will that baby develop and then at what point in time will that baby or in what condition will the baby be terminated rightly mentioned nowhere in America is a like this happen well the latest stats that we have from the CDC and remember not all states report this but the latest stats that we have state that there were about 620 something thousand abortions that had happened this was a few years back I think this goes back to 2022 62 something thousand abortions about 1% were late term abortions well Corey that's not a lot well think about what 1% of 622,000 is that's over 6,000 abortions 6,000 late term abortions rightly mentioned nowhere in America is a woman carrying a pregnancy to term and asking for an abortion that is not happening it's insulting to the women of America there's this tweet from a Planned Parenthood Twitter account that I think they've deleted it but I screenshotted it and um and it's one of the most shocking tweets about the spirit of the Negro Project by the way how discussing was learning the Negro Project right here was a Planned Parenthood Twitter account that posted this and I think in 2020 with the George Floyd 2020 like insanity they said scary stats I have this if you want it I have it scary stats says planed parid and then it says it's statistically safer for black women to get an abortion than to give birth and I met Christians who've said no sometimes abortion is medically necessary no it's not let's say there's a super dangerous pregnancy that could take Mom's life which is super rare today they're super rare even if the pregnancy is about to take Mom's life the way you save the mom's life is not abortion the way you save the mom's life is you induce early labor with pcin or you perform a C-section you deliver the baby and hopefully the baby is developed enough to survive outside the womb if they're not unfortunately the child will pass away but you had to deliver the baby to save mom's life guess what delivering the baby early is not the same as pulling their limbs off and suctioning their brain out in utero and he's absolutely correct again you do not if the mother's life is in danger the mother still has to deliver the baby how are they're going to deliver the baby uh and he's giving us act and what he's giving us is accurate information now what does the Bible say about this again we ought to consult the Bible on these matters right and whoever receives one of such child in my name receives me but whoever caes one of these little ones who believe in me to stumble it would be better for him to have a millstone hung around his neck and to be drowned into the depths of the sea how do you think God feels about children he has a big heart for children and then in Matthew 1914 but Jesus says let the little children alone and do not hinder them from coming to me for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these so what do you think he thinks about children well he's telling you and you want to kill them out of I don't know convenience most abortions are done out of convenience either by peill by medication or by some sort of surgical procedure God is not going to let us go by with this unpunished whether it's America or any other westernized country really any country on the planet that is doing so God is going to make people give an account if you've had an abortion I pray that you ask for forgiveness and if you have asked for forgiveness then fine you are forgiven um as a matter of fact most people who have had them they can tell you the the the the sand and think it's okay 20 million black babies have been aborted since roie way over 60 plus million total what would that do to our country if they were still around well we don't care our country simply doesn't care our country is a country of convenience and if it takes some sort of wicked evil means to bring that about then that's what they're for and I would say this even if you're in doubt first of all I don't know why you would be in doubt is there something in you that makes you want what I'm saying or what I've shown to be not true fine go and look up for yourself just type in what I've typed in you can go and look up the born and Life protection acts the different times we've had them I think there's been three times been brought up once uh there was some sort of law that expired uh go and look who matter of fact go and look who voted against the protections of these babies go and look and see where this country stands now can a can a state uh leave a baby who has survived an abortion can the state leave that child without any medical care some states do allow for that is that evil yes it is what about late term abortion that is evil as well what about early term abortion just as evil uh the time that you do it when you do it where you do it how you do it does not absolve you in the eyes of God and again I've always said this the only people that are for abortions are those that have not been aborted themselves why not just stick with what the word says if the word calls it Evil by the way you don't even have to be a Christian to know this is wicked but if the word says it is well then what you what should you do go along with God I don't care whose candidate it bothers I don't care who you're for I don't care if you're for Trump do I think that he is the the best pro-life representative absolutely not do I think Comm is absolutely not I don't care if it bothers your political uh opinion or persuasion what it does bother is God and if it doesn't bother you and it doesn't bother your heart you might want to question if you do know God after all there is no state in this country where it is legal to kill a baby after it's born specializ
