रूस और यूक्रेन तनाजा सिर्फ इन ममालाकंडम के लिए भी किसी सर दर्द से कम नहीं है इन दोनों ममा की मुश्तरका सकाफत इन्हें जितना मुतह करती है इतना ही एक दूसरे से जुदा भी करती है 1920 से 1991 तक यूक्रेन सोवित यूनियन का हिस्सा रहा 90 की दिहा में जब सोवियत यूनियन का अरूज जवाल पजीर होने लगा तो यूक्रेन इन मालिक में से था जिसने 16 जुलाई 1990 को सोवित यूनियन से अलह दगी का ऐलान किया और फिर 24 अगस्त 1991 को यूक्रेन ने मुकम्मल तौर पर आजादी का ऐलान किया तारीखी पसे मंजर रूस और यूक्रेन के ताल्लुक की तारीख नवी सदी से शुरू होती है जब केफ रूसी सल्तनत का दरल हुकूमत बना था 1988 में केफ के शहजादा व्लादिमीर ने रूस को ऑर्थोडॉक्स म सहत से मुता कराया था और आज यही केफ यूक्रेन का दारुल हुकूमत है 1654 में रूस और यूक्रेन एक मुआद के जरिए जारे रूस की सल्तनत में मुतह हो गए थे और फिर सोवित यूनियन में भी मुत्त हैद रहे अलबत्ता रूसी सल्तनत के दौर में यूक्रेन में अलह दगी के जज्बात मौजूद रहे इन जज्बात को सर्द रखने के लिए यूक्रेन जबान पर पाबंदी लगाई गई और अलक्ष शनातन को रोकने के लिए कारवाया भी भी की जाती रही इंकलाब रूस के बाद 1920 से 1930 के दौरान इस वक्त के आमिर जोसेफ स्टालिन ने यूक्रेन के अलहदा रियासत बनने के इमका को खत्म करने के लिए वहां के दानिश्वर मजदूरों और किसानों के खिलाफ मुनज्जा कार्रवाइयों की इसी पसे मंजर की वजह से यूक्रेन ने सोवित यूनियन से अलहदा होने के बाद मगरिब ममालाकंडम के मुमा से बेहतर ताल्लुकात बनाने वाले ग्रुप्स मौजूद हैं यूक्रेन नेटो का रुकन नहीं अलबत्ता 2008 से वो इसकी रुक नियत का ख्वाहिश मंद है यूक्रेन नेटो के साथ मुश्तरका फौजी मश्क भी कर चुका है यूक्रेन की अंदरूनी सियासत और रूस के खद शत 2014 में रूस की जानिब झुकाव रखने वाले यूक्रेन के सदर विक्टोरिया नोको वोच ने रूस से ताल्लुकात बढ़ाने के लिए यूरोपी यूनियन से मुंस होने का महिदा मुस्तर कर दिया जिसके रद्दे अमल में आवाम की जानिब से बड़े पैमाने पर एहतेजाज हुआ और विक्टोरिया नो कोबोज को अदाए सदारत छोड़ना पड़ा रूस ने इसे इलाकाई सियासत में शिकस्त तसवर करते हुए 2014 में यूक्रेन के इलाके क्रीमिया पर कब्जा कर लिया इसके बाद यूक्रेन के मशरिक सती मरकज डोंबास में रूस के हिमायत याफ्ता ग्रुप्स मुतहर हो गए जब इन अलदी पसंद ग्रुप्स को पस पाई होने लगी तो रूस ने इन की मदद करते हुए मशरिक यूक्रेन पर हमला कर दिया 2015 में जर्मनी और फ्रांस की कोशिश से यूक्रेन में जंग बंदी हो गई अलबत्ता रूस और यूक्रेन दोनों जंग बंदी के महदे की खिलाफ वर्जी का इल्जाम एक दूसरे पर लगाते रहे रूस का यूक्रेन पर हमला और वजू हात 24 फरवरी 2022 को रूस ने पड़ोसी मुल्क यूक्रेन पर जमीनी समुंद्री और हवाई रास्तों से तबा कुन हमला कर दिया इस हमले की मुख्तलिफ वजू हात हैं रूसी सदर व्लादिमीर प्यूटन के मुताबिक यूक्रेन में नाजी नजरिया के तहत जारी कत्लेआम को रोकना चाहते हैं और इस हमले की एक और बड़ी वजह बताई जाती है रूस एक अरसे से यूक्रेन की यूरोपी यूनियन और नेटो के करीब आने का मुखालिफ रहा है इसे खद था कि यूक्रेन की नेटो में शमू के बाद रूस के खिलाफ लांच पैड बन जाएगा लड़ाई का 2 साल से जायद अरसा रूस यूक्रेन जंग के 2 साल से जयद अरसे में यूक्रेन ने रूस की जानिब से कब्जा करदा 54 पर इलाके पर दोबारा कब्जा हासिल कर लिया है जबकि रूस अब भी यूक्रेन के तकरीबन 18 पर हिस्से पर काबिज है रूस ने यूक्रेन के शुमाल मशरिक इलाके खरकू में एक महास फोर रखा है जिसमें यूक्रेन के शहरों पर बमबारी और बंदरगाहों की नाकाबंदी शामिल है जबकि यूक्रेन रूस के बहरी जहाजों और इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर पर ड्रोन हमले करता रहता है जबकि हाली अरसे में यूक्रेन फौज रूस की सरहद के अंदर दाखिल होकर पर भी रूस को नुकसान पहुंचा रही हैं रशिया यूक्रेन जंग की मौजूदा सूरते हाल दोनों कंट्रीज में जंग जारी है और दोनों को भारी नुकसान उठाना पड़ रहा है और अंदाजे के मुताबिक 5 लख तक कैजुअल्टीज हो चुकी हैं जंग के नतीजे में इंसानी बहरा पैदा हुआ है और लाखों शहरी बेगर हो गए हैं इस तनाज का हल रूस और यूक्रेन तनाज का हल पेचीदा है अलबत्ता हल के लिए कुछ इकमा किए जा सकते हैं जिसमें जंग बंदी और यूक्रेन से रूसी अफवा का इंकला यूक्रेन की यकीन दिहानी कि वह नोटो रिक नियत हासिल नहीं करेगा सफारी मुजा किरात का नए से से आगाज अमन और तावुन के बदले रूस पर इक्त सादी पाबंदियों का खात्मा अमन के कयाम के लिए मुतासिर खिता में बैनल अकवाबा की ताना अकवाबा मुजा करराय देर पा अमन के लिए तारीखी मसाइल शिकायात नस्ली तनाव और माशी फर्क को खत्म किया जाए और एक पादर हल फरकन के सबर समझौते और तावुन से मुमकिन है नेटो या यूरोपी ममालाकंडम होंगे रूस का रद्दे अमल इतना ही सख्त होगा और इस जंग में शिद्दत आएगी
