everybody knows what the top news story of the week is I looked for a good rundown of the indictment that happened the uh indictment of this organization this tenant organization couldn't really find anything that was super good so um we're going to run the the the the hit from Midas Touch now I know Midas Touch is like click baity and maybe a little bit annoying on Twitter or whatever but I I watched this last night when the internet was down and we couldn't do c and I was like ah this isn't that this isn't bad actually it's pretty good rundown of what we knew four days ago I've got a couple stories about this including um the I've got I've got Tim Po's dad calling the [ __ ] majority report on the docket tonight we got a lot to cover so let's get going here this has just handed down an indictment of Russian Nationals in a $10 million scheme to spread covert Russian propaganda to us audiences to interfere with the 2024 election laundered through right-wing media commentators this indictment alleges that right-wing commentators like Dave ruin Benny Johnson Tim p and Lauren Southern as part of something called tenant media YouTube channel have been unwittingly working for a Russian influence operation although the co-founders of this so-called Media Company appear to have been completely aware of the fact that this was a Russian influence operation the two people described in the indictment as unnamed Founders were very aware their operations were funded by Russians will Sommer States Tennessee business records list tenants Founders as Blaze TV host and turning point USA contributor Lauren Chen aka the roaming Millennial and her husband we wrote about it on Midas news.com how these Russian Nationals employed by state controlled media RT in Russia are charged with conspiring to violate us laws by secretly funding this propaganda to interfere with the 2024 election through right-wing media platforms let's go into the story in more detail the Department of Justice has just unsealed an indictment charging these two Russian Nationals oh when this dropped by the way does everybody remember if you were if you're on Twitter does everybody remember like the people named and it were like this was leaked this was leaked and it's like no just unsealed it was sealed it was unsealed nothing there was no nobody leaked this was not leaked this was made public Constantine kalishnikov and Elina aena with I'm sorry Constantine kalishnikov does not sound like a real nameing to violate the foreign agents registration at farar and money laundering in a scheme to covertly influence us audiences both kalishnikov and aena remain at large according to the doj's announcement today the indictment reveals that kalishnikov 31 and aena 27 who were employees of Russian State Control media Outlet RT played a pivotal role in funneling nearly $10 million to a Tennessee based online content creation company referred to in court documents as us company 1 the content company unbeknown to its viewers was funded and directed by Russian television to produce pro-russian videos aimed at American social media users this company is believed to be tenant media who touts right-wing hosts Lauren Southern Tim P Benny Johnson and others as part of their roster the indictment remarks quote on its website us company 1 describes itself as a network of heterodox commentators that focus on Western political and cultural issues how mad is Brett Weinstein that he he didn't get [ __ ] invited to this party this phrase matches word for word with tenant slogan which appears on their website the indictment further states that kalishnikov and ofensa founder one and founder two also work together to deceive two Us online commentators commentator one and commentator 2 who respectively have over 2.4 so I don't imagine if that hard to deceive Dave Ruben million and 1.3 million YouTube subscribers founder one and founder two contracted with commentator 1 and commentator 2 to produce videos using commentator 1 and commentator 2's own names and leveraging their existing audiences for license and publication by us company 1 the subscriber counts at issue mentioned in the indictment match the number of you YouTube subscribers for the accounts of Tim p as well as potentially Benny Johnson although if you take a look at Benny Johnson it may also be someone by the name of Dave Ruben someone by the name of dauben relative subscriber counts it's unclear which one it is I want to make that clear um right now oh at this point we figured out it was Dave ruin remember this was from the the day that this dropped we figured out commentator one is Dave ruin shout out to like will summer and Matt Bender for doing a lot of good work on this by the way hey I'm Ben myellis one of the co-founders of midest touch you know I heard Donald Trump on a podcast the other day once again say that climate change is not real let me show you what he said the biggest risk today you know when I hear these poor fools talking about uh global warming they don't call it that anymore they call climate change because you know some parts of the planet are cooling and warming it didn't work so they didn't work the fuing idiot they just call it climate change you know when Donald Trump said that it reminded me a lot about what he said about Co when he said like a miracle it was all going to go away play this clip it's going to disappear one day it's like a miracle it will disappear and from our Shores we've you know it could get worse before it gets better it could maybe go away we'll see what happens nobody really knows and like a miracle Co did not go away Donald Trump didn't have a plan and millions of people died and now Donald Trump claims that the way he handled the co situation was you wonder what this is doing in this video supposed to be about unknown disease at the time nobody knew what the hell it was and what we did was a miracle you know I don't want that to be how we deal with climate change at all climate change is real and for me fundamentally you can't just say like a miracle it's going to go away it doesn't really exist that's just not the way we can handle things like adults we owe it to our future generations to get serious and what I'm showing you right there by Donald Trump is just not serious behavior in my view it is disqualifying Behavior but that's just my opinion I think it's important we talk about climate change I wanted to share that with you now let's go back to the video that we were just watching Russia has long sought to exploit our free and open Society by secretly influencing public opinion in the United States said attorney general Merrick Garland quote the Department of Justice will not tolerate these covert efforts by Foreign adversaries to manipulate our democracy the doj alleges in this indictment that between October 2023 and August 2024 Russian television transferred nearly $10 million oh and they're fake [ __ ] billionaire oh I don't know if anybody saw anything about like their fake billionaire through a network of shell companies in Turkey in the UAE and other countries the funds were allegedly used to produce and distribute content designed to sew Discord among Americans amplifying domestic divisions on issues like immigration inflation and US foreign policy quote yeah gorian or whatever operations as orchestrated by Russian TV are sophisticated and deceptive said Deputy attorney general Lisa Monaco quote the defendants in this case use fake personas shell companies and misle fake persona like Gregorian Russian propaganda to millions of Americans since it's launched in November 2023 us company 1 again believed to be tenant media has posted nearly 2,000 videos across platforms such as YouTube Tik Tock Instagram and X garnering over 16 million views on YouTube Alone by the way that's about half of what we do at the mightest Touch YouTube channel every 48 Hours goes on to say the doj notes that while the content appeared to offer commentary on domestic issues it was aligned with Russian government's goal of weakening us opposition to Russia's invasion of Ukraine the defendants are also accused of receiving two us-based online commentators with large followings into producing content for us company one so again I believe they definitely deceived Dave ruin without disclosing RT this is the easiest part of this that RT used a fictional Persona named Edward Gregorian to conceal its role as the company's true financial backer within the indictment lies a troubling sequence involving directives from Elena aena Alias Helena shudra to manipulate content creation at us company one aiming to tailor videos to specific agendas notably in early 2024 offens Eva orchestrated the creation of tailored content that included a video featuring a well-known us commentator who might as touch can identify as Tucker Carlson during a bizarre visit to a Russian grocery store and which Carlson said he was radicalized by how low the prices were in Moscow this particular piece was strategically circulated within the US companies ones producer Discord Channel prompting oh man is there internal concerns among the staff was there a mole in that Discord oh I hope there's a mole in that Discord I hope we learn later that there was somebody in that Discord taking screenshots about the overtly emotional nature of the content producer one a staff member at us company 1 expressed reservations about posting the video describing it as overt Shilling despite these concerns the directive from the higher ups at company1 was clear with founder 2 instructing them proceed publish the video because it aligned with the broader influence campaign underscoring the depth of control exerted over the content output to serve specific propagandistic purposes for Russia this episode exemplifies the sophisticated methods employed by RT's operatives to exploit I don't think I'm not going to call any of this sophisticated this is just propping up a Content farm with money I'm not sure this is not sophisticated uh we could do this the community here we could do this this isn't sophisticated credibility of well-known us figures not that we're dummies but this isn't sophisticated under the guise of regular social media content the indictment underscores Russian television's ongoing efforts to continue its influence operations in Western countries despite formal bans and sanctions following Russia's invasion of Ukraine in 2022 according to the doj Russian television's editor-in Chief boasted about creating an Empire of covert projects to try to shape public opinion in the United States kalishnikov and aena face charges of conspiracy to violate far which carries a maximum sentence of 5 years in prison as well as money laundering which carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison that's a little bit weird that uh moneya laundering carries a maximum of four times the sentence is uh not registering as a foreign agent essentially you you would think that you would flip those but I guess you're [ __ ] with people's money and this is America is leading this investigation more details and data emerging as well a hat tip here to area kovler who went through this indictment as we did as well and he says what this all means is that Russian intelligence agents were part of internal conversations with the co-founders tenant Lauren Chen and Liam Donovan about how much to pay some of these right-wing hosts like Benny Johnson and timpool and others goes on to say the Russians asked Chen again the co-founder of tenant to recruit Benny Johnson and Tim P to make some content and offered $2 million a year each Johnson said he wanted $5 million po demanded $100,000 per episode what's also notable is the indictment does not suggest I want to be clear here that either Johnson or pool knew that the money was coming from Russia yeah but it sounds like and I think I was I was listening to majority report when this happened right because of course I mean I don't listen a lot to other commentators but Sam had kind of a good point when he said that you know asking for that kind of money per video makes it seem like maybe this isn't their first rodeo Maybe not necessarily that it was that it had been Russians before but that they were familiar with with this this sort of this idea that there are people out there who don't necessarily want to return on their investment they just want their ideas out there and they want they want people to spread them and so they're asking for this like this is a large amount of money I mean these are Big YouTube channels but $100,000 a video I mean I'm trying to think of like how that works with like YouTu like all let's say all forms of monetization like together one piece of content say it's like an hour or 45 minutes what do you what kind of numbers what kind of viewership do you need on that to get $100,000 Tim P spoke to a Russian agent pretending to be a Hungarian businessman on a secure call Benny Johnson wanted more info on the fake businessman so the Russians made a fake CV but Benny had a concern the CV mentioned social justice which was very Al so that wasn't Benny that was actually Dave Ruben who's only who's only questioned about I think that was Dave Rubin whose only problem with any of this he was like well I don't know the guy seems to be into social justice and I I don't know if I can coign thaton and to be clear here it may all we're not sure if it's Benny Johnson or Dave Ruben we're pretty sure it's Dave Rubin now but again this was the day this dropped so no no shade at no shade at Midas Touch here for the reporting is there's no allegation that these individuals knew I want to be again very clear about that eventually they did a deal so whether it was Benny Johnson or Dave Rubin would unknowingly work for these Russians for $400,000 they were only two degrees of separation from [ __ ] that they were only it was like they went the the RT employee Lauren Chen Dave Rubin that's like that's not enough like layers of Separation that that it's likely that these people had no clue what was going on Exchange I mean I'm sorry for Dave Rubin yeah but Dave Rubin isn't the only person working at the reubin report there must be other people there who can [ __ ] brain only four monthly videos plus a $100,000 signing bonus pool also agreed to 100,000 video but no signing bonus weak negotiating skills there area kovor jokes um if you go to paragraph 2 seven of the indictment Chan and Donovan the co-founders of tenant knew it was Russians despite describing us companies one investors to commentator 1 and commentator 2 as Edward Gregorian a purported finance professional in Western Europe founder one and founder two admitted to each other in their private Communications that their investors in truth were in fact Russians the same term that founder one and founder two previously used to refer to RT while working directly under contract with rt as described above um the Russians wanted individuals to post Tucker Carlson's grocery video um but then some there thought it was too obvious Shilling but Lauren Chen said posted anyway the Russians wanted to blame the Isis Moscow attack on Ukraine they got one of their commentators to do it um and we're just trying to lock down who all of these other kind of commentator are but this is how the right-wing media ecosystem is working very closely with Russia and frankly a lot of these divisive messages are even originating with Donald Trump who's posting these types of devic and messages on his social media platform and then being kind of pushed out to these uh influencers uh very very very serious indictment here we'll come back to you with more information as we learn tier but wanted to give so what strikes me about this is they didn't do much actually to obfuscate what was going on they didn't do much at all to obus skate what was going on was like I don't know I feel like if if we were doing something like that us like this community I think we'd be able to cover our tracks a little bit [ __ ] better I don't know so here's uh Tim P's um sort of response I guess guess to all this he's uh he's I don't know I don't know check this out and we were preparing to uh engage in sponsorships and uh you know they were getting hundreds of thousands of views per episode and uh we decided to license it out because they ten Lauren contacted us and was saying you know we we'd love to license something from you and I said well we don't need to do that we're we're an independent company we have our own members and sponsorships and then it took quite a then he said excuse me how much a while but long story short we agreed to a non-exclusive uh broadcast license which meant that we own the show I barely even talked to Lauren and it's kind of crazy I've known her for a long time so when she said that she was launching a company she had investors I'm like okay I mean I hear that 50 times a year and uh in the podcast space we just heard that I think Travis Kel is getting a $100 million contract so these numbers are that's where they're at I I think people don't realize how big the podcasting space is and the revenue you generate from sponsorships and membership and for all I knew this was you know Lauren Chen she works the blaze uh she wanted to start a company she found investors that was seemingly the gist of it we only ever took money from an American corporation the the amount of money that we were offered for the show was around market value for offers we had already received no this is [ __ ] that that part he's [ __ ] $100,000 for a video that you already produced and that the people that are uh licensing it don't even own [ __ ] because if they think about this you can embed anything from YouTube or even Rumble so if you want it on your website you can just do it for free by embeding it and so it was just like cool I I know Lauren sure you know whatever and then you got Benny and Dave and Matt Christensen and Taylor Hansen who I know them all and I'm like yeah this this seems fine whatever and the crazy thing is you know assuming all the stuff is true I'm like man this sucks we we we didn't need the deal the deal didn't do anything for us it was just excuse me $400,000 a month didn't do anything for you [ __ ] out of here sure I guess and the the the revenue that we were paid through the licensing deal was inconsequential to uh my lifestyle to the bottom line of the company excuse the [ __ ] out of me who else has [ __ ] thrown money at this [ __ ] and we've actually never done anything with it like I I would say like you know the over we've never done anything that's we what we got this money we just didn't do anything with it not gone anywhere still sitting in a [ __ ] suitcase in my office actually and then you know we have we have people tweeting at me like give the money back or whatever it is like dude let me put it this way we're talking to our legal team uh I can say that I just announced I have been contacted by the FBI as uh a a victim of a a potential victim in a in a crime they have stated that I don't know about that friend oo i i ooh if I ever get cont Ed by the FBI I'm going to operate under the assumption that whatever scheme that I found myself somehow involved in that they think I did it and then you know what I'm not going to do [ __ ] say [ __ ] about it on the air ever have information relevant to their ongoing investigation and requested a voluntary interview so referring uh engaging with Council we are going to provide you know assistance in whatever way we can and that's about it I mean it's it's so somebody comes to me with an offer maybe you know that scale wouldn't be you know we're not we're not pulling any numbers here but if somebody comes to me and it's like hey I'm starting a company and I want to license your content and I want to let's let's say let's say I want to give you $5,000 a video and you know you can pick the clips and you still own the videos and you just send us the mp4 file I'll be like let me get back to you and then I would be like [ __ ] who knows the cheap loyer anybody know a cheap lawyer actually uh called the [ __ ] majority report to talk about this calling from a 773 area code who's this where you calling from if you're talking to me it's Tim's Dad I'm in Utah hey you hear me now yeah Tim P's is this uh Tim pool's actual dad well that's what the birth certificate said I'd have to ask his mom though to be sure well okay so can I yes this is this is Tim's dad I don't yeah I I've seen you comment before on our uh on our uh on our show so I just want to this is the same Tim pool's dad that had had had commented before and we can't confirm this but says you and we'll we'll yeah exactly it's the same guy that um was happy with your response when you were on Tim show you know and that uh I argued calling you a PDF based upon your against book Banning was moronic but yeah it's me oh well oh now for Nothing by the way uh Emma showed up on Tim's show like a couple weeks after he signed the contract with this company and said that they had no sponsors and that they were complete and he said that they were like completely viewer and listener supported or whatever when she went on there like a week after he signed this like two weeks after he signed this [ __ ] contract and then she still didn't have sushi with him and the boys talk to you now I'm not going to crap on my son uh he's still my son I disagree with many of his Productions and if you watch I do have videos that address what I disagree with his Productions well so you do have a YouTube channel right um what what's your reaction to this story that essentially Tim seems to have gotten money via a unwittingly but uh from Russian Russian assets essentially who want there to be more anti- Ukraine uh content out there well most of the production on the right supports you know unfortunately you know what Russia wants to sell now me personally I I go with the doj all right because what they're saying is these YouTubers Ruben and Tim contracted with a company in Tennessee that was owned by two Canadians now what's the due diligence expected to find out exactly where all the money comes from now I don't support his you oh that kind of money a lot of due diligence you know most of his products don't really concern me they're a lot of them are social things that don't really make a difference but when I hear you know um views on the lgbtq or when I see things about the Ukraine look the Ukraine didn't ask for Russia to invade so do I like money going out to Ukraine I don't like money going to is anybody when we have a 36 trillion dollar deficit okay but if we don't stop Putin like we didn't with Crema he's going to be embolden so we have to at least support Ukraine or we're going to eventually put our own people on the ground and I don't support that but right now I'm looking at this from the doj's perspective and until they get a better look into the investigation I'm going to defer to them that all ruin Tim and these other guys did was Take the Money and Run and Tim on his show said that he basically just licensed the production that he already does for them to show so people on the left or right are going to take their own viewpoints I hope to I'm trying to be impartial and non-biased when I deal with my son as when I deal with all left or rights I've gone into some left leaning Publications that I get called out when I actually give an unbiased look into it and they start you know fing me because it doesn't coincide with their echos and so I try to be true I try him be impartial I don't agree with a lot of his Productions and then I voice it now I don't directly attack the person I attack the production and when people start attacking the person like when Tim called you a PDF because you're against book Banning I'm like no you just lost the disagreement because now you're not addressing the individual topic you're going after the person so that's my viewpoints and that's where I stand on most of that I want a question question for you um he his first initial response saying that he's in fact a victim of this what's your reaction to that uh do you think that's an advised way to uh you know respond to this well you know I mean PR is a big moneymaker in this world and if you don't respond properly you just hung yourself so calling yourself a victim probably isn't the way to go I mean that's that's acting like a victim has no control over what happens it's like when somebody says she asked because she had a high skirt well she doesn't come out and say she's a victim because she wore a skirt so mhm yeah probably not the best choice of words but a lot of the times in his video productions I don't like his choice of words yeah but uh he's he's selling a product to people that want to buy the product so I just wanted to play a little bit at this this is a like a like a 20 22 minute video people can find it in the show notes um I didn't agree like and I chat's chiming in too I didn't agree with everything thing I think his name is Michael Michael pool uh said but like you got to think about like what it must be like to be that to be timo's dad the guy clear I think the my take from what I've seen of Mike P is that he's like a moderate conservative um but um is not interest is it would be on our like a moderate conservative who would be on our side of the culture War stuff like on the book bands like [ __ ] weird [ __ ] about trans people and gay moral panic and all that he'd be like on our side so I just thought it was interesting that he uh called the majority report he went on to like compliment um Emma and Matt specifically uh Matt Bender uh specifically and it was I just thought it was kind of cool that he had been that he had you know called a leftist show and as a as I believe a moderate conservative and like praised them for being honest and truthful and for you know generally generally being trying to trying to cover things in a fair and honest way and I just thought that was really interesting I suggest everybody go take a look at that like I said you're not going to agree with everything the guy says but he seems like a like a decent enough person right so and it was just kind of funny like at first you know I watched that I'm like I don't know is this really Tim P's dad then I was like yeah actually because I'd seen we'd watched a couple of his videos before and it sounds like him not just like his voice but sort of his mannerisms and the sort of he kind of a Midwestern guy and he sort of sounds like a like a Midwestern kind of kind of handshake kind of guy if I guess and so it was just interesting to see that and I think people should definitely check that out and I do believe at the end um as they were clo as the video shut off like CU they they clipped it in a weird place uh hack all the things that's from our chat had actually I AMD him to say something so you'll catch uh you'll catch the name of one of our regulars in the chat around here too at the end of that video If you go check it out so up next we got Marco Ruby um is going to weigh in on the ATT tenant media situation and uh I like the I like the still that we got here of Marco Rubio he didn't look happy but if I was Marco Rubio I wouldn't look happy either um Can can every one of those stories are real and truthful can you explain to me yeah so and this audience what that what that indictment is about Okay so disinformation is something totally different from what they are going after or describing disinformation is when you make up things that aren't true and you spread it so people think they're true that's not disinformation in this particular case disinformation could be true true or not true it's just that that oftentimes it would be more about the framing than the actual content talking about pre-existing political opinions in the United States these are pre-existing political opinions that have existed well before any Russian engagement or pre-existing then I guess they're not covered or what have you one of the indictments that came out yesterday it does not alleg that the people these people that they say were being funded by the secret donor that was hiding their true identity they already had these opinions they already believed in these things they legitimately believe in the views that they're espousing they were victims they were targets of a fraud in which someone posing as a just a regular investor had Russian money behind them as far oh they have a term for this in uh in Espionage right in like tradecraft they have a term for this it's called useful idiot and I mean I always knew Dave Rubin was an idiot but now I guess he's a useful one up next I guess here's Dan Bonino offering these uh these commentators some uh some legal advice uh his fact check of Donald Trump's press conference this is a a whole an entire segment between commercial 6 and A2 minutes there one other thing that Donald Trump said today that I want to point out because it it kind of involves me and he seemed to imply something that is unfounded he was talking as he has before about an interview that egene Carol did with me back on June 24th 2019 then there was an Anderson Cooper interview where she said essentially no he didn't rape me she was selling her book she wrote a book the book would have been a total failure probably was anywhere though probably sold more recently again there's a woman that wasn't doing well until she came out with this stuff about me and that's happened to others too by the way um she's not the only one wait what but they have the Anderson Cooper tape wait she was like she was writing a book and did the book even come out because he like seems to suggest that it did that it didn't but that it or that it did and it didn't do well and in the Anderson Cooper tape it's an interview of her and Cooper says something to the effect did he rape you did he rape you he was so happy oh did he rape you that's probably not how that went down good answer for me but a bad answer for CNN for Anderson and he said uh we're going to commercial break right now we're going then she came back from commercial Brank that shit's on a timer what do that shit's like on a timer is much more hostile but this man wouldn't let us use the tape or the proper uh questions having to do with the tape wouldn't let us the judge judge Kaplan wouldn't let it be used we wanted to get the outakes in other words what did Anderson coper talked to her about during that intermission for a commercial that he called for immediately why do you see this I mean some of you have seen it some of you haven't we're going to commercial break right now what and so what happened is we weren't able to use it okay so this is not the first time that Trump has seemed to suggest some nefarious plot by me to manipulate egene Carol into saying something he actually brought this up in a deposition for trial now I normally don't respond to when Trump says something about me I mean what is the point he recently referred to me using a female first name which I guess is like a third grade gay taunt I think he called me Allison or Ashley Cooper I don't really recall it's not worth you might just forgot your name this time it's kind of different cuz just kind of just demonstrably false first I just want to show you what it is he's rambling about this was part of my interview with egene Carol that took took place in my show on CNN in two blocks two segments separated by a commercial break now this is what you would have seen if that night you were watching at home or wherever and we went to Commercial and then came back from commercial we're not going to actually play the entire commercial break you would have been watching let's take a look I was not thrown on the ground and ravished when which the word rape carries so many sexual connotations this was not this was not sexual for it just it it hurt it just what it just you know but I think most people think of rape as a I mean it is a violent assault it is not I think most people think of rape as being sexy let's take a short break think of the fantasies we just going to take a quick break if you can stick around we'll talk more on the other side you're fascinating to talk to yeah he totally freaked out on her and was like oh my God we got to go to commercial go to commercial like she started stripping or something he was like oh we got to take a quick break can you uh stay around for after the break and her point there is like pretty good that like that what happened was a s SAA sexual assault that uh when we think of rape we generally think of uh penetrative uh penetrative uh sex uh forcible penetrative sex and that's not that wasn't the allegation so she's just I think best best I can tell she's just trying to be precise in how she talks about it cancer is the ugliest disease mankind has ever faced we're now in my conversation with Ean Carol in the president's latest denial of her sexual violence allegations against him he said quote she's not my type he's also said previously he did not know her had never met her even though they had in fact Met she's the one on the left along with her husband a local news anchor at the time and the president's wife at the time Iana the president has also say said flat out that she is lying okay so that commercial break which we only just played a snippet of the commercial ran 4 minutes long so the former president seems to be suggesting that something we discussed or that I discussed with e Carol during a 4minute long commercial break that you would have been watching at home made Miss Carol change her tone toward him not sure her tone actually changed after the in the second block of the interview but that's besides the point the problem with this conspiracy theory is that this interview was actually pre-recorded oh I didn't know that I thought I thought it was pre-recorded then the [ __ ] yeah you don't just take a 4-minute break because there's a 4minute I mean maybe if if you're going to maybe you do because I mean not not 4 minutes but maybe people want a glass of water want to go to the bathroom want to get up and walk around for a minute record a toss to a commercial break and then welcome viewers back after a commercial break so that the entire two parts of the interview would fit into my show that night so when you do that when you interview someone for however many minutes and then you toss to a break that'll later be inserted into the broadcast you don't sit there for the entire 4 minutes of the commercial break with the guest just waiting uh to then come back to the show you because it's pre-recorded you don't have to sit there during commercial break you just take a few seconds you make sure the control room is still recording you welcome viewers back as if you've just come out of a commercial break and you continue with the interview and that's exactly what I do with EEG Carol and I know this because we have the tape so while Trump is apparently suggesting I sat through a commercial break on live TV with egene Carol telling her to be angry or whatever we actually just paused in a pre-recorded interview for a few seconds and if you don't believe me here's the raw unedited video of what was actually being recorded and you will hear exactly what I said in the few seconds it took me to resume the interview we just going to take a quick break if you can stick around we'll talk more on the other side you're fascinating to talk to all right so we good we coming back y right back out stand okay um so before the break you said you don't use the word rape so nobody got up and even had a glass of water or anything there's an opportunity to take a break and they didn't even take one that was the entire break so when Donald Trump was saying was a 4-minute break I'm that I'm talking to ich and Carol you you think Americans seriously think that this is an important question they care you know what they care about they care about the economy they care about lowering cost they care about Healthcare with these people and um here's here's one of those times comma Harris is running a campaign that is resonating with the American public that's just a fact about it she has moved so far ahead of where Joe Biden was you know up seven eight points in some of these states she just pulled in $361 million in fundraising in August that's triple what Trump brought in and the most exciting part of that is that 1.3 million of those donors are new donors people who haven't given in this cycle at all and the stories that people are trying to pin on her like the Washington Post did this deep dive into the turnover within her office also citing the fact by the way that Mike Pence had 83% turnover in his office if you're using the same standards but these quotes are ludicrous like someone who worked for her said it's stressful to brief her because she read all the materials and annotated it and prepared to talk through it God forbid the it's stressful to brief her because she knows what the [ __ ] I about to talk about and has already read the thing I'm going to brief her about what what the [ __ ] do they think her job is woman actually read The Briefing book and this all flies in the face of what people had said about her that she was unprepared that she was pissed at people for not prepping her it was all about how she took this so seriously that she took it like a prosecutor would and was like I'm not just going to do this because you told me to I'm going to ask you why and I have not met yet a real live Democrat who says you know what I'm really mad about that I don't see KLA Harris all the time in big interviews they're watching her at rallies they're listening to what she had to say they're high off the DNC 100% and they're giving their money Jesse Yeah that Washington neighbors we respect differences that's your opinion look we're sitting here together Brewers and twins fans Vikings and Packers look we respect it but on things like health care and what books I read and democracy we all live by that very simple Golden Rule mind your own damn business mind your own business your Republican neighbors want to live that way we have to if they run running on mind your own damn business is pretty pretty solid because if you if you like understand like the messaging that's been going on they're trying to the the the the rot has been trying to like say oh they're trying to take away your gas stove they're trying to take away your gas stove and I'm like are they I mean gas stove at my place and it just taking away gas stoves we're trying to move away from trying to move away from having all this this infrastructure for gas because it's like a little little bit explody um and like electric appliances tend to be more efficient and stuff um but like their mind your own damn business stuff is like all this moral Panic like all like satanic panic and gay Panic [ __ ] and when uh people like when Tim Walls is mind your own business he's like saying telling you that like they need to mind their own damn business when you're at the library and I feel like that's just like normies like moderates regular people are going to understand that more than after he got elected president and this was his exact quote he's talking to a bunch of folks at Mar Lago you're rich as hell and we're going to give you a tax cut at the same time he was telling workers they get paid too much already that's who this guy is you tell me who in Wisconsin is sitting around saying damn I wish they'd give billionaires tax cuts and screw me over damn I wish they'd take my health care away I wish they'd underfund my public school I wish they would make my job more difficult and more dangerous and then at the end of the day I wish they'd make me work till I'm 75 years old no one's saying that no one's asking for that agenda what they're asking for is to be treated fairly with dignity that's what we have yeah this guy's just so good at talking to like do about lowering the cost of daycare Hayden obviously a working family and it's very hard for Working Families to get by how will we lower the cost of daycare you such an important question Charlie I think one of the things that we can do is make it easier for family models to choose or for families to choose whatever model they want right so one of the ways that you might be able to relieve a little bit of pressure on people who are are paying so much for daycare is make it so that that you know maybe like Grandma or Grandpa wants to help out a little bit more or maybe there so I have a nephew and my parents are are his grandma and grandpa and does this guy think that like the [ __ ] [ __ ] gestapo shows up when my sister drops my nephew off at my parents house because maybe her and her husband want to go to dinner or they have something they or she has something she needs to do and her husband's my brother-in-law is not Avail what is what do you me make it not everybody has that option my sister and I are and I don't like the word blessed so much but we're blessed that we have the parents that we do they're always willing to help us out and a lot of people already have that but not everyone does there's an aunt or uncle that wants to help out a little bit more if that happens you relieve some of the pressure on all the resources that we spent in daycare now you talk about just daycare let's say you don't have somebody who who who can provide that extra set of hands what we've got to do is actually Empower people to get trained in the skills that they need for the 21st century we've got a I'm sorry he just [ __ ] just change the subject a lot of people who love kids who would love to take care of kids but they can't either because they don't have access to the education that they need or maybe more importantly because the the state government says you're not allowed to take care of children unless you have some ridiculous certification that has you're not allowed to run a [ __ ] you're not allowed to run an illegal under ground daycare oh my [ __ ] God yo is nothing to do nothing to do with taking care of kids so Empower people to get the skills they need Don't Force every early child care specialist to go and get a six-year college degree where they've got a so that's not who the daycare isn't run by Early Child Care Specialists those people are generally like academics the daycare like someone in chat said the daycare is run by people who get some kind of certification or pass a background check and run and most of those people earn minimum wage a whole lot of debt and Americans are much poorer because they're paying out the the Wazoo for daycare Empower Working Families Empower people who want to do these things for a living and that's what we got to do all right we but you what what what that was the most well I don't know was that the most nonsensical answer that you could have had to that question his friends the man's uh the man's running mate actually um also was asked this question oh oh man the the the top of that ticket was asked this question at the economic Club of New York same question if you win in November can you commit to prioritizing legislation to make Child Care affordable in if so what specific piece of legislation will you advance well I would do that and we're sitting down you know I was uh somebody we had Senator Marco Rubio and my daughter Ivanka was so uh impactful on that issue it's a very important issue but I think when you talk about the kind of numbers that I'm talking about that because look Child Care is child care it's couldn't you know there's something you have to have it in this country you have to have it but when you talk about those numbers compared to the kind of numbers that I'm talking about by taxing foreign Nations at levels that they're not used to but they'll get used to it very quickly and it's not going to stop them from doing business with us but they'll have a very substantial tax when they send product into our country uh those that's but all that all that means is these same families that now can't afford [ __ ] now can't afford child care now uh their TV goes out and now the TV is $600 more than it needs to be or more importantly like the the if they own a house the the range goes out and the range is more expensive than it needs to be even if the range is made in the United States there's components in it that are not like everything just gets you think you think when like when we do tariffs you think you think the other country is just like oh all right well I guess we'll just pay it and then they just pay it and now the United States has the money like no you and me we all that a tariff is a tax on the consumer because the [ __ ] [ __ ] always rolls downhill numbers are so much bigger than any numbers that we're talking about including child care that it's going to take care we're going to have I I look forward to having no deficits within a fairly short period of time coupled with uh the reductions that I told you about on waste and fraud and all of the other things that are going on in our country because I have to stay with child care I want to stay with child care but stay with child care well you should maybe talk about about it relative to the kind of economic numbers that I'm talking about including growth but growth also headed up by what the plan is that I just uh that I just told you about you what plan did you just tell us you just told us about taxing you just told us about a way to make like um like if I need a new camera you just told me about a way that you're going to make that camera 15% more expensive we're going to be taking in trillions of dollars and as much as child care uh is talked about as being expensive It's relatively speaking not very expensive compared to the kind of numbers we'll be taken and we're going to make this into an incredible country that can afford to take care of its people and then we'll worry about the rest of the world let's help other people but we're going to take care of our country first this is about America first it's about make America great again we have to do it because right now we're a failing Nation why are they clapping I think uh I think Vance's answer was weirder but Trump's was stupider don't worry though this guy understands nukes better look I I believe agree or disagree with anything that Tucker Carlson or his guests say we believe in free speech we believe if you don't like an idea and obviously you know I I I the Holocaust was a terrible tragedy and it's something that we have to make sure never gets repeated again in this country the best way I think sir it was in another country to ensure sorry never gets repeated again anywhere in the world certainly in this country or anywhere else the best way to ensure that doesn't happen is to debate and push back back against bad ideas it's not to try to censor and suppress talking to you if you're wondering why Daniel Moss is defending his existence it's because of this list that's my first name that's my last name of thousands of voter registrations in Denton County being challenged as ineligible finding out that I'm on some sort of hit list of people who shouldn't be voting I was I was pretty pissed off how did Moss a legally registered American voter in the state of Texas and a university administrator end up having his voter registration challenge is Texas not Georgia thank you yeah they said that in the interview that's because this is from U the the Twitter right the blue Atlanta Georgia Twitter like threw me off [ __ ] Pro broadcaster everybody Pro broadcasters of one group hi there I'm Katherine inle bre with true the vote true the vote a right-wing organization fueled by the Maga movement all of a sudden in certain States they found all these votes a totally rigged election and the lies that the 2020 election was stolen with illegal ballots welcome to the iv3 project you have arrived in the nick of time this is the group's online training session for iv3 a user-friendly app pushed by true the vote recruiting and training thousands of private citizens on how to submit challenges to local election offices we've got to report what we can and get it as accurate as we can and it is making an enormous impact adding up to about 700,000 challenges to voters across the country so far documents obtained by CNN show many of them use the exact same language wait a minute I think it should be illegal to attempt to make it so your neighbor or somebody else gets removed from the voter voter role it seems like seems like something that we could make illegal Daniel Moss's challenge came from someone he doesn't even know I want to say it was Nancy Nancy lives in the same county and single-handedly sent in thousands of challenges this year we asked around for her I'm trying to talk to Nancy but she did not come to the door Nancy sends me something every day Frank Phillips is zenton County's elections administrator as November looms it's not just Nancy sending in challenges now there have been days where I've received uh a couple of thousand names isn't it overwhelming to get thousands of names every day it can be I've had to look each of those voters up one by one roughly 75 to 80% of the names they give me we have already dealt with and the rest of the names well you would catch them anyway there safeguards built into the whole system for any issue you can dream of meaning any of these questionable voters like the people who have moved away the system would eventually catch them anyway more than a dozen election officials CNN spoke would say they're getting the same challenges many from iv3 users when there's already a system in place that prevents fraud but that's not stopping the leader from claiming C in in the space of Elections you know the fraud has been institutionalized true the vote is based in Texas first we want to try and find true the votes office location the one it lists on its website as federal tax forms but we didn't find a brick and mortar office in said we ended up here at a post office with a bunch of PO Boxes next we came here to this strip mall that the state of Texas lists as the current address for True the vote but looks like it's a business that files income taxes and it's a functioning office but no Tru vote these Mass voter challenges are definitely a page out of the election denial Playbook there is a bigger picture impact on our democracy which is that weakening trust in elections and creating an environment where you can cast out or question the result of an election after the fact back in Denton County Daniel Moss will be allowed to vote elections administrator Frank Phillips found the challenge was wrong for the people who are making all these endless challenges he's chosen patience and education their mind they think hey you've got thousands of people on your roles that shouldn't be there which turns out not to be the case they come in with a preconceived notion my job is to explain reality K joins us now so K we saw that you never actually found the true the vote office did you ever manage to to reach anyone there oh we did reach them electronically and they did send us a statement and it says about his app quote it has developed a specialized processes Technologies and methodologies that have been affirmed by experts and courts but they wouldn't specify who those experts and courts are nor would they answer specific questions from CNN and we did speak with election administrators across this country who say a lot of the challenges coming from this app are just repetitive and sometimes as you saw in our story Anderson flat out wrong despite all this the 2020 election and all of the information and misinformation surrounding it has been a cash windfall for TR the vote in the last 3 years of publicly available records TR the vote has pulled in some $12 million despite having as you saw no offices and only a handful of Staff oh oh well if they're registered charity or nonprofit they're going to have to um open their books at some point I'm just spitballing here but um this smells like um one Mr Peter teal to me this smells like Peter this stinks of Peter teal I don't have any evidence of that um and there's you know I could be totally wrong because there's tons of ghouls out there but this this particular with the app and every this stinks like either Peter teal or like David Sachs one of that somebody from my neck of the woods is probably behind this somebody from here in uh the Bay Area Silicon Valley but again I'm speculating so don't be running around telling everybody that have been saying for weeks if not months that the fighting needs to stop in order to get the hostages back as many as possible alive but all of the 101 hostages still remaining oopsy he was like uh are using OPM other people's money when you're in college you're going into debt so you're you're detached from the cost in college you're using mom and dad's money in college you're using using other people's Capital excuse me excuse me allergy season back using other people's money other people's Capital to make your livelihood possible so therefore you become convinced and you become you become certain that the make University free then only way to live is by voting for yourself for the right to kill an unborn baby for the right to besides that I don't really know what they think they're doing but they think that it's it's a Vibes a group therapy type of election that was kind of incomprehensible but yeah when you're a university student if you're a full-time University student it's you know you get loans or um grants or if you're fortunate your parents maybe not just your parents other members of your family help you pay for it yeah that's that's what fortunate people do other people have a bit of a rougher time I know people I knew people when I was going to school that worked two jobs and had a full class load like that's not great that's a lot of stress you learn a different lesson then we got two more we got uh Mount Walsh talks about uh Jesus and uh Dei now on one level it's no surprise to hear abject heresy from a female Pastor the existence of female pastors is already a heresy well starting off [ __ ] strong here scripture's very clear on that point uh St Paul stated it explicitly throughout his letters and he wasn't exactly gentle or subtle about it you know in First Corinthians chapter 14 he tells women to keep silent quote unquote in the church and this is a theme that he returns to in other letters which means that a church with a female Pastor must at the outset eject St Paul from the biblical Cannon entirely you cannot keep both Paul and your female pastor and that is to say you cannot keep the Bible because once you start stripping the parts out of it that you don't like what you're left with at the end of that process is not the Bible it's some butchered husk of what was once the Bible it is The Gospel According to you it is a religion that's how everybody does religion they do it's what my religion according to me and that's fine actually no problem with that baby I used to be one of them weird atheists that's like well your Bible says this and it's like well why why why was I talking to people that way like if if their Bible says one thing but they're like well that's actually wrong and they go the other way that's better right that's better for everybody better for society invented for yourself now we should note by the way that St Paul is not the only reference point on uh this issue Jesus Christ himself chose 12 Apostles they were all men uh Jesus did not abide by the tenance of diversity equity and inclusion When selecting Apostles or when when doing anything else uh he he selected only men so if Rebecca was around in the year you know 30 ad or thereabouts I suppose she would have gone straight up to Jesus and given him a stern lecture about the importance of inclusion and the need for greater female representation then perhaps she would have tried to convince him that um anyone who harms a child actually shouldn't have a millstone tied around their neck and be thrown into the sea as Jesus clearly says in Matthew 18 but should instead be celebrated as a hero and awarded $500 million in taxpayer funding that's obviously the position that Rebecca Tod Peters holds on this subject as as we just heard after claiming that Jesus would have shepherded women to abortion clinics Todd goes on to say that uh she's she's had two abortions herself she says she personally works as an escort at abortion clinics every month or so so this sounds like a pretty cool ass pastor and I would go to her church I'm not religious myself but I feel like I would probably be welcomed at her church and the escort are the people that that uh that ESC or well they as the name suggests they bring the women basically bring them from their cars into the abortion clinic and you might ask well why do you need an es why do you need someone to do that and the answer is that sometimes there are pro-life uh pro-lifers outside of the abortion clinics not screaming at them or harassing them but just trying to praying for them and sometimes you might have uh sidewalk counselors that are trying to give them information or screaming at them and harassing them to let them know that there are other choices there are other options besides killing your child and the abortion clinic doesn't want these women to know even though they claim to be pro-choice they actually don't want the women to know that there are other choices they don't want them to know that so um so they have escorts that their whole job is to make sure the woman the woman as she goes in is not exposed to any other information on her way in but I feel that's so that's really there's a couple things there one the people that escort the the pregnant people to the abortion clinic are just putting some bodies between them and people who are harassing them but this the built into what he's saying there is that people who people pregnant people who are going to uh acquire an abortion they just they just haven't thought about it haven't thought about it haven't been exposed to any information about anything nobody's opinion nothing they're just they're just dumb they're just dumb and they're just like well I'm pregnant I guess what you do is you get in a like they haven't thought about it like it isn't difficult none of that built into that is that it's just like a a knee-jerk reaction and uh I'm pretty confident that even like the most pro-choice pro-abortion person who goes to have an abortion thems uh probably thinks about it gives some thought to what they're doing but it's also not my job or yours to [ __ ] spend too what does it mean culturally to crush your enemies it means U making leftist thought a complete Pariah to where someone is ashamed they are ashamed to publicly utter uh views um that that are that the Lord hates that God hates like murdering babies and chopping off the genitals of children like you should be ashamed and anyone who has said those things publicly in any serious position of power and media and all the um absolutely they should be crushed meaning what um uh that that you privately as a vigil anti should kill them no it means they lose their job it means they lose their livel cancel culture stock they lose credibility it means all those things so he wants to do a cancel culture I legitimately think that guy is only gaining popularity because he looks like Matt Walsh and he's saying pretty much the same things Matt Walsh is saying though he leans a little harder into like the Christianity part of it I know Matt Walsh like claims that it's about Christianity but Matt Walsh like leans more into the fact fascism and so I don't know what a what a weird place to end this show went really long and it's been kind of depressing and things aren't really going to get that much better in red light uh I had so much [ __ ] to cover this week that I had to put some regular news in red light like you remember that Tennessee cop that [ __ ] that qinon uh police chief from Tennessee I have not one but two uh [ __ ] things about him um I have there's a a sitcom we're going to play a clip of that we're going to watch the entirety of one of the episodes on cat day we got a MAG Prophet Julie green received another message from God then we got a little Nikki Fuentes still mad at Donald Trump and then a story about artificial intelligence uh teaching a class in the UK and then we have a very odd episode of the Piers Morgan show and then after that we're probably just going to go and see what kind of a brain rot YouTube has for us that isn't like on that list or maybe
