Can you feel it my friends can you feel the excitement in the air at Costco because today's not like any other day at Costco it's the debut of the September coupon book and in this book hint hint are a lot of Bobby approved items for great deal so let's not waste any time and break it down with the new packaging raise your hand do love this new EC paper plastic tube a clappy Eco paper tubing from vital proteins I do and I love6 off cuz it's a dollar per ounce go to Tar Whole Foods anywhere and it's probably about $180 to $2 an ounce this is the best deal ever and it just so happened while I was walking in here a guy's like hey Bobby my natural path doctor told me that you don't have to bother with collagen peptides cuz your body can't do anything with it you digest it and it goes right you might like blend up a soup or something I actually have a craft that's stainless steel at home for my Vitamix that I do in there I never put hot stuff in plastic because it can leech out the properties and the hormone disrupting uh properties of the plastic but this is a really nice one to make smoothies in here maybe the auto IQ program it'll detect what ingredients you put in there and blend it to op imum consistencies I mean I really have my doubts on that kind of technology in a blender but it is a good Blender at $49.99 I would grab it for sure I love me some chicken sausages when yogurt adds sugar and 8 gram of sugar per serving is two teaspoons which is a lot of sugar it defeats the whole purpose of gut health CU sugar actually destroys your gut bacteria killing the good bacteria and feeding the bad and when you have to add modified food starch which is essentially corn starch to solidify your yogurt you know you're not doing it right so I'm going to put this back and show you the one doing it right around the corner this has been in here for a couple months now and I've bought it and I like it it's plain organic A2 grassfed yogurt and it's 232 Oz for $10 now it's not Greek style strained and the only complaint I've seen from people on the uh Facebook FL City community group is that it's very loose and soupy and I actually like that cuz I use it for like siki sauces and yogurt sauces and I contact the contacted the company and grassfed cows they're not 100% grass-fed but the supplemental feed is not only non-GMO but they have no uh corn or soy it's oats and dried grasses and stuff like that so it's a really proper supplemental feed on A2 what is that mean A2 milk it means it's more digestible protein for most people really good deal on high quality yogurt much better than Activia folks I thought I've seen everything in my rip age of 46 years old this I thought it's like a cook top you cook on like induction no I was wrong it's a glass top hming see every component is coded in Teflon forever chemicals which Studies have proven is carcinogenic when it gets heated to a certain temperature or you scratch it with your cooking utensil you don't want Teflon anything in your uh house you want ceramic or stainless steel well inside of here there's no basket but here look at the picture the basket of this stainless steel the tray if you want to put something on there and bake it stainless steel and this is not stainless this might be aluminum here but I'm not concerned about that because that doesn't have Teflon a little small I prefer my air fryers a little bigger but this is quinart $150 so $40 off air fryers are so popular it's unbelievable if you want it go for this one never cook with Teflon this is really cool we got some chicken sausages on sale here just like those Amy L too and this one's tricky because it looks like a better for you option because it's not Bobby approved the chicken and the mozzarella are not organic or non GMO but the devil's in the details my friends here and buried in the middle here and I missed it the first time leani saw it is natural flavoring so I actually would give this the better for you stamp not the Bobby approved one but I can't because it has a natural flavoring so I'd rather you get those Amy L chicken sausages but I see another under the radar Bobby approved item that's on sale here it's until 91 so of a couple days I'm hoping all Costco Nationwide have this on sale and we talked about the EM L chicken burgers leave a comment down below you want to make sure that all Costco have this but this is grass-fed 100% grass-fed beef sirloin SV and I like this cuz it's already cooked so it's a very convenient source of protein in my honest opinion I've had it before the meat is a little tough and a little lean for me but I will give them Kudos because back in the day it had canola oil and they swapped it out for olive oil so if you scan this with the Bobby approved app it is approved now I don't like the fact that somehow Sugar's in there now but it's 1 G for a serving my guessing is they put it on the crust when they're searing it to caramelize it but we're talking 1 G where everything else is perfect so This falls under the Bobby approv stamp really high quality beef that's ready to go just not the most flavorful in my opinion grab this if you have it it comes out to $18 for this with a $5 taken off at uh checkout instead of that one there all right friends that is it for the coupon book for September a lot of Bobby approved items at unbeatable prices so hight
