so the USA lost yesterday in the Olympic 3 on three and I'm not going to lie I watched the game back I watched bits of it at the time I watched the game back and I'll say it I'll say it I think they uh I I think there is definitely the USA should feel hard done by I do I'm not sure there a conspiracy I don't think the refereeing was bad enough to Warrant a conspiracy but if you are a player on that USA team I think you would feel very very hard d by by some of the refereeing calls and I think yeah I'll say it they deserve they probably did deserve to win that game but before we get on to you guys are new to the channel subscribe we are trying to hit 26,000 by the start of the WNBA season we're about 230 off we're trying to hit that in we got about 10 days to do it but Haley vanl right here referees wanted USA to lose and you see I don't believe in that conspiracy because if you're watching especially in the women's someone to call like not even women the women's and the men's like I think it's just poor refereeing in general I don't think you can say there's any real malice out there trying for the USA not to win because there it doesn't that logic doesn't make sense it doesn't make sense because the whole thing is about the overall growth of the sport of basketball and U this USA team isn't dominant enough like South Sudan yeah would would it have been good if they had beaten Team USA yeah but like if referees wanted to rig stuff against USA they would have rigged that pre-olympic South Sudan game even because it had absolutely no um impact on the actual Olympics and instead when the sou Sudan players was fouled in a gamewinner and it wasn't called so I don't think there's any conspiracy theory there but I do think this is a badly refereed game in favor of Spain it was not the case all the women earned gold in the three on three term they fell short this year T's Haley vanit to transfer to the horn frogs I think Haley van lith by the way I'm going to make an entire video about this probably tomorrow I think van lith is going to be really good for TCU I think she was great at the Olympics I think that her game as much as her game offensively is suited for three on three I think with like she's going to be really really good she said is 100% BS those refs wanted the USA to lose they were flopping left and right they are not good they're not that good great job ladies we know we should have won and I get it and I don't like you did lose three games but if they were like if there were so much against you guys they would have C they wouldn't have called the fouls where you beat Canada in the pool play if they really didn't want USA to win a medal at the Olympics you were you started 0 and three fair and square they could have screwed you over if they in the two games you won by one point they could have screwed you over they could have done that so I think that that is a ridiculous thing to cry conspiracy but talking to someone right after the game it can happen especially a young like what 20 22 year old so I'm not going to hold that against Haley vanith I don't think it was and isn't the best thing to say no and is it going to be clipped out of context at different times sure but as an Irish person we've seen in the Olympic we've seen especially because we're good at Olympic boxing it is the most rigged the single most rigged Olympic sport is boxing like they don't even hide it half the judges are literally like they get banned from refereeing in international boxing tournaments for corruption and then suddenly they're Olympic judges like not have the judges so like boxing in the Olympics is completely corrupt and I think everybody including boxing knows that Olympic boxing is corrupt so to say that about it all being rigged uh so they do all these things like they have different layers the only way you can play is if you play in like 15 qualifying events that is yeah that's true but that's not about trying to stop the USA do you not think that other countries also would like to send their best teams other countries would like to as well like do you not think that I'm trying to think of a country that didn't make the five on five Olympics that were good in the three on three um or let's just say hypothetically Canada if Canada and the women's made the five on five but they were like um if she if they knew they weren't going to win five on five and they put in all their best players into three on three they could they could have done that but it's a it's more than it's more so we don't want to make a piss we don't want to make this event a piss take it's nothing to do with stopping USA and that is the one thing I'm really I'm angry at what Brian wior said because it is nothing absolutely nothing to do with stopping USA it is to stop basically what three on- three basketball has been and the whole thing was was it was basically the summer game it was the summer sport we're bringing this in as like a summer basketball thing a new style of basketball so that certain players that maybe have different styles of play can still play basketball it's a different sport entirely and what they didn't want it to do the reason for the qualifying is because they don't want it to be a complete piss take they don't want countries to just basically qualify for a tournament with one entire team and then enter another team in it that's why it's happening so whatever Haley van lit again what she said was out of emotion and I would understand they got screwed they got absolutely because Team USA did shocking there is like by the way there is no reason the qualifying system in Olympic sports you have to qualify like in most sports you have to hit a certain time for example if Usain Bolt did not hit a qualifying time or qualify through the correct means he would not have been allowed to compete at the Olympics who was it the like 800 me was it 800 meter where the world's the fastest in the world in the women's she fell at the US trials so couldn't complete at the Olympics Olympic competition has got strict qualification rules it is not some BS conspiracy against the us and this is just dumb from Brian Windor again Haley vanet's team got screwed out of a chance of gold she answered out of a motion and I think if she was asked about that today she would probably allude to it but would not say there was basically accused the Olympics of committtee conspiracy against USA I don't think she would say that but Brian windhorse you know better than this you know
